omg GREAT question, but soso difficult to answer 🥲 the thing is, every piarles moment makes me wanna do something drastic akdjskskd but i'll try not to empty all my camera roll into this answer. So!

whatever was going on in the paris nba event...specifically in this moment. you wanna grab him, charles? take his shirt off? go on! 😌

Hi, I've been wondering for the photography AU what general time period it's set in, what type of camera(s) does Koby use (it looks like a canon to me but seems to make polaroids, at least that's the surface level observation I can make from my extremely limited knowledge on cameras), what type of photography he personally enjoys and the type he usually does for work (if he does it as his profession too). What does Koby aim to capture with his images, the casual mundane life of an average person, an unreal, etheral sight in a place the average person can't go, Luffy's luffiness, etc? Also what's the general budget Koby has towards camera equipment (doesn't need to be that exact, just a general "he's broke" or "He spends all his money on lenses" would suffice)? My questions are kinda vague here because I'm going to research more about photography later. Thanks in advance :D Oh yeah and also does Koby travel, if not what's the general landscape of his nearby area. You don't need to answer this since I'll probably make it up but it'd be good to know.

- its a modern au!! so set like. now!

- koby uses sony cameras primarily but yes he does have a few canons (nikon confuses him)

- he has a seperate polaroid camera!!! he usually prints digitally from sd though

- for type of photography, he started with a passion for ocean and landscape photography, mostly beaches and any scene with water in focus. he also has an interest in portraiture but his love for portraiture only comes to play when he meets luffy. cheese cheese cheeeesyyyy because luffy smiles and hes IMMEDIATELY enamoured. anyway, he starts to study and practice portraiture in depth because of the pretty boy he met in maths class and eventually works up the courage to ask him to model for him. they get super close and eventually start dating; luffy likes how dedicated koby is to his work and how cute he is when he blushes.

-SORDY got carried away with the sappy lovey stuff. koby sells his landscape/wildlife photography at local stores as a side hustle thing haha. but he doesnt really do it professionally, he much prefers to keep it as a hobby / simple income.

- koby aims to capture the beauty of colour! he loves vibrancy when shooting with a softbox or some other source of light he will usually use something to change the hue rather than plain old bw on a simple white bg

- following on he HATES shooting black and white photos unless theyre negatives because idk i think he would think it looks cool. what a guy

- with luffy photography he just likes catching luffys smile or just luffy in general; whipped dud!!! he thinks he is gorgeous

- ahahhhh budget budgettt. lenses are fucking EXPENSIVE!!! he uses a 50mm that helmeppo got him for his birthday one year (rich kid stuff. he knew koby likes photography and searched Best Lense For People Pictures and bought the first one he saw) the 50 is canon as consequence so koby uses canon for loofy pics. he has an 18-55mm he uses as well.

- he is broke yes. koby does have a minimum wage weekend job to pay for living expenses but all in all that boys pockets are empty. luffy is the breadwinner (miss rabbit with the one zillion jobs) he works about 4 different jobs and is happy to pay for anything koby wants despite kobys adamant NOs. like i said he gets helmeppo to pay for a bunch of stuff and helmeppo pays on his dads card LOL.

- koby does travel! mainly by train or boat, not often does he go to an entirely different country but he has previously a few times. when he does go abroad he takes luffy with him!!!! (he looks pretty in the snow. he likes taking pictures of him in snow)

I don’t know if Auston attends many weddings tbh, he seems pretty quiet every off season. He only hangs out with his family and his Arizona friends in the summer. I only remember seeing him at the Kadri wedding (like 2017-18?) and one pic of him at a wedding in the summer 2019 his friend posted and that’s it. My thoughts on the KHY x BWS ship

Okay, so first of all, I have seen a lot (if not all) of the shipping edits across different online platforms. For transparency, I admit I couldn't help but smile so widely while I replay them so many times. They just make me happy whenever they're together.

BUT even with all these heart-pounding "moments" I still keep myself safe from crossing over when I think about three things:

KHY is known (apparently) as an anti-romantic. I didn't know this until I saw people post about it. Seeing her in the multitudes of videos (edits or official), she seems to be the type to interact as she usually does with her co-stars. If she's comfortable, she's comfortable, that's that. Although she also readily gives fan service, it usually involves aegyo or doing poses for pics. I guess what I'm saying is... she doesn't go out of her way for fanservice.

On the other hand, BWS (also apparently) is naturally flirty and goofy. He seems like a really nice guy with a sense of humor. I've seen some clips of him with his previous co-stars and he seems playful with them too. I admit not as much as when he is with KHY but I feel like this is normal for him. I mean, this is the guy who stared down a fan in that one video.

They are promoting a drama together. BWS loves Sun Jae so much that he (still) couldn't let go. KHY lived and breathed Im Sol for those 10 months (or more) of filming. BWS said he let himself (as Sun Jae) fall in love with KHY's Sol and acting opposite of her made it easy. It's not new for actors to catch feelings when they are in the same projects together (and it actually happens often enough, I think). Is it the same in this case? Maybe. But I think it's more plausible to think the chemistry is working its magic for promotions.

Now, don't get me wrong. I'm happy seeing them in really good terms with each other. Whether this friendship blossoms to something more in the future is something I would also like to see. But, for now, especially since I believe they are both smart to know their careers are still taking off, I don't think they will do anything about it. They seem passionate in acting and I have high hopes for them.

I will forever love SolJae and them as the actors who brought this OTP to life. As KHY and BWS, however, I don't want to presume anything, only hoping they wouldn't drift away any time soon, even when their careers bring them to different places.

her and spinner are actually really close and sometimes geek out about games/game lore without Tomura.

she helps Kurogiri clean and cook around and bosses Tomura to clean his room.

Pokémon BW Rival Destinies: Wrath of the Legends (2013) Comic Storybook Scans

The second book (here is a link to the first!) is titled "Wrath of the Legends", and is adapted from parts one and two of the episode "Stopping the Rage of Legends!" This book is about Ash and crew going to the Island of Legends, where they get caught up in a battle between the Forces of Nature.

Ash tries to battle Clay for the Driftveil gym badge, but instead is given a fetch quest to refill the revival herb stock at the gym.

They set out for Milos island and meet a guy named Lewis, who says the revival herbs are drying out and the grass Pokémon of Milos island are falling ill.

They learn that the island has a legend involving the revival herbs and the legendary Pokémon Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus.

The crew attempt to summon Landorus, who is the peacekeeper of the three, and instead Tornadus shows up.

Tornadus is here and it is not happy. Apparently an obelisk that protects the island from Tornadus and Thundurus has been destroyed. Thundurus also shows up, and it too, is not happy.

And of course, these two are both not happy at all to see each other, thus making them each more unhappy. Quite the unhappy bunch we have here.

Turns out Team Rocket is behind the destroyed obelisks, and all is going according to keikaku for them. And yes, I'm putting this panel out of sequence because it literally says "according to Team Rocket's evil plan…".

The gang try to fight the feuding legendary Pokémon to no avail.

For some reason, Lewis is sure Landorus will show up if it is summoned by a shrine maiden. He just decides to appoint Iris as a shrine maiden…I guess because she is a girl?

Apparently any girl dressed up in shrine maiden clothing will work.

You look great, sweetie! Also just love how Iris looks like she is indoors while the guys reacting to her are outside? Lewis, it already looks like you are back at the shrine. Also love Ash's singular "Wow!" and Cilan's dead open mouth stare.

I'm a sucker for characters getting interesting alternative outfits for plot.

So the gang summon Landorus - Pokémon battles and Team Rocket shenanigans ensue. All that's really important is that the gang defeat Team Rocket, save the legendary Pokémon, and Landorus stops the fighting between Thundurus and Tornadus.

Now I'm going to share some panels of that are meant to be very serious, but are just downright (Darius) hilarious to me.

I love when there is supposed to be a serious moment between powerful Pokémon and they aren't saying anything besides their names! It's so comical, I love it.

They have such a way with words.

The legendary Pokémon calm down and work together to give life back to the island. The revival herbs and grass Pokémon flourish and heal from their illness while Ash and gang continue on their journey.

And yeah! That's basically it for this book.

I did forget to mention Lewis has a partner Pokémon, Gothorita. Just like Palpitoad in Book #1, Gothorita steals the show for me with her expressions.

That's all I have for now, it was quite fun going through these books. My Pokémon anime experience ends with Pokémon Advance, which took place in Generation 3. I enjoyed revisiting the anime art style!

I'm not sure if there are more books in this series, as I only found these two (link again to the first one!) at the store.

Louis would greenlight all this but Harry wouldn't. He doesn't even post pics of himself with his sister, mother, niece, old friends. He hasn't even put out a documentary, the only artist at his level who hasn't. Everything is kept secret and I don't think he'll change just because he's come out as gay and with Louis.

I think the opposite! I think Harry would be flattered and want to be involved, so that the story is portrayed right. He was an executive producer on that awful TV-show based on H living with BW. I think he's flattered that there are movies based on het fanfiction of him (aft*r and tioy). H loves attention and i'm pretty sure he's dying to tell the world about their love and share his story. He's been surpressed for years, and i think he wants a hand in all this.

Also, fun fact, in 2013 or 2014, stylesforstiles had an anon everyone "believed" to be H. The anon brought up this topic of making a movie about their life when they're out. The anon wanted a hand in the casting, especially the casting of L, and the anon had a very specific request for the music score and the songs that they wanted featured for the different scenes. Oddly specific about a topic no one was even discussing at that time. I'm not saying this was H, very unlikly it was, but it made me convinced that yes, H would so be involved in this and he would have opinons on the song choices for each scene in the movie lol. He would finally have control over his own narrative. It's his story to tell.

I think we need to remember that H is going for a mysterious image, a bit untouchable and an icon (because he doesn’t need to do fan service). A documentary would reveal he's just an ordinary goof and not half as mysterious as he's portrayed. He's also closeted and would have to pretend (and maybe feature his stunts). It's also possible they're saving footage to use as exclusive for a documentary in 10 years time, because the impact will be bigger then.

Mycroft smiled again, before putting his feet up and devoting his attention to Sherlock again.

‘She’s going to Peru, isn’t she?’ He asked, Mycroft just took a deep breath and chose not to engage. ‘Visiting her parents for two weeks. Lovely people.’

‘You’ve met them?’ Mycroft frowned.

‘Briefly.’ Sherlock nodded. ‘A few days before I met Beth, they’re good people.’

‘Indeed.’

‘You?’

Mycroft nodded. ‘Yes, her father and I met while he was at Cambridge, he built an aircraft that we now use for sending medical supplies to Africa. And her mother I met when she worked briefly with the World Health Organisation. They are indeed good people.’

‘And do they know about your association with their daughter?’

Mycroft chose not to answer that. He got back to the point of Sherlock’s visit.

‘AGRA, a city on the banks of the river Yamuna in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is three hundred and seventy- eight kilometres west of the state capitol Lucknow-‘

‘Yes.’ Mycroft smiled, a private joke with himself.

‘AGRA’s an acronym.’

‘Oh good, I love an acronym. All the best secret societies have them.’

‘Team of agents, the best, but you know all that.’

‘Of course, I do, go on.’ Mycroft was enjoying the façade of Sherlock telling him something he thought he might not know, but he really needed him to get to the point and soon.

‘One of them Ajay is looking for Mary, also one of the team.’

Mycroft took a small breath. ‘Indeed. Well, that’s news to me.’

‘Is it?’ Sherlock frowned and Mycroft just gave him a look as if to say of course he knew. ‘He’s already killed looking for that memory stick. AGRA always worked for the highest bidder, I thought that might include you.’

‘Me?’

‘Oh, I mean the British Government, or whatever government you’re currently propping up.’

‘AGRA were very reliable,’ Mycroft said. ‘Then came the Tbilisi incident. They were sent in to free the hostages, but it all went terribly wrong. And that was that, we stopped using freelancers.’

‘You’re initiative.’

‘My initiative.’ Mycroft nodded. ‘Freelancers are too woolly, too messy. I don’t like loose ends. Not on my watch.’

Sherlock leaned forward and grabbed one of the files Mycroft had on his desk. ‘There was something else. A detail. A codeword.’ He scribbled on the edge of the file.

‘Ammo?’

‘It’s all I’ve got.’

‘Little enough.’

‘Could you do some digging as a favour?’

Mycroft smiled. ‘You don’t have many favours left.’

‘Then I’m calling them all in.’

‘And if you can find who’s after her and neutralise them, what then? You think you can go on saving her forever?’

‘Of course.’

‘Is that sentiment talking?’

‘No. It’s me.’

‘Difficult to tell the difference these days.’

‘I told you, I made a promise. A vow.’

Mycroft smiled, he didn’t need to wonder how far Sherlock would go to protect Mary. He’d seen it first hand with Magnusson. ‘Alright, I’ll see what I can do. But remember this, brother mine. Agents like Mary tend not to reach retirement age, they get retired, in a pretty permanent sort of way.’

‘Not on my watch.’ Sherlock was determined and left Mycroft to do the digging he required.

He spent the next few days trying to subtly dig up what he could, all the while keeping an eye on where Sherlock was going.

Beth had sent through a selfie of her sitting on the plane, waiting to take off. She was smiling with her headphones around her neck and her dark eyes were illuminated by the morning light streaking through them. Beautiful.

Mycroft smiled as he finished getting dressed for the day, unconsciously putting on his navy suit. He wasn’t stupid, his thoughts were firmly on Bethany and that was why he opted to wear it. It was ridiculous, she wasn’t even his, she wasn’t his girlfriend or labelled as anyone significant in his life, she was a woman who he had kissed twice and had a vague association with over the last year and a half. That was all.

Over the two weeks that Bethany was gone, Mycroft was dealing with several things that he wished he wasn’t, Lady Smallwood was in meetings that she needed him to be a part of and most of it was tedious. The only thing that got him through was the occasional message from Bethany, accompanied by a picture of her on her adventures.

Bethany stood at the very top of the citadel with her arms spread out and the sun shining on her tanned features. She just wore her shorts and strapped crop top, why would she have worn anything else? But it had Mycroft quickly putting the phone away to avoid smiling too much at how much fun she was having.

She was holding a baby jaguar by the looks of things, one that barely looked six months old. Bethany was laughing and Mycroft could see her mother in the background handling a woolly monkey and talking with one of the staff. She looked so similar to her daughter and it was clear where her frizzy hair had come from and her kindness towards all creatures. He wanted to respond and joke about her parents allowing her to have such dangerous animals, but in the interest of subtlety he decided against it.

It was by far the most beautiful photo he’d seen of her on her adventures. She wore her cream cable knit jumper, thick black leggings with a camping mug close to her chest. Bethany’s gaze was focused on the setting sun and once again the light streaked through her dark eyes, making them almost look a golden colour under the rays. Stunning.

The last photo he’d received from her was during a meeting with Lady Smallwood and Sir Edwin, Mycroft lost focus of what they had been talking about, he didn’t think it mattered so much as they had been disagreeing for the last half hour.

Dancing with my dad. She wore a beautiful red dress and sandals and danced with her father who wore a linen white shirt and cargo shorts. Mycroft could see where Bethany got her dark eyes from, her father’s were almost black. They had the same smile as well, but to him, there was more beauty and radiance in hers. They seemed to be in some kind of restaurant with locals and everyone was dancing and having a good time. Mycroft felt his heart swell, to see her so carefree and happy, made him extraordinarily happy as well.

She was coming home the next day. Sherlock was somewhere in Morocco as far as he could tell and everything was starting to slot into place nicely.

‘Sir?’ Anthea interrupted the meeting, not that Mycroft minded, but it seemed to irritate Lady Smallwood and Sir Edwin. Mycroft motioned for her to come in anyway, quickly putting away his phone. She handed him a file he recognised and he gave her a fleeting frown in questioning, but she remained silent. When he opened the file, he realised why.

‘Ah.’ He said. ‘Apologies, we’ll have to cut this meeting short. I have an urgent call to make.’

‘Mycroft, you can’t just-‘

‘We can pick this up later, Lady Smallwood.’ Mycroft gestured for Anthea to head out of the meeting room first. ‘Has anyone else seen this?’

‘No, sir, I brought it straight to you.’ Anthea said, quietly.

‘Good.’ He nodded closing the file. ‘Miss Wheeler will be back in the country tomorrow evening, please see to it that she is in my office at seven o’clock sharp.’

‘Yes sir.’ Anthea went to make a phone call.

Mycroft ran his hand over his face, holding the bridge of his nose, she promised him she would stay out of trouble and this did not fall under that brief. How did this not come up in her background check? How did he miss such a fine and damaging detail?

Mycroft prepared himself for the next day, knowing she would probably be annoyed and probably be upset with the situation, he needed to read through everything and try to make sense of the paper in front of him.

For example, there is a ship of Hilda and twilighttheater's Red, so I won't romantically ship with another Red but am absolutely open to other dynamics with other Reds. Everyone brings something different to their characters.

Duplicates. I am completely open to interacting with other Hilda/Hilbert/bw protag muses. It's fun to see how things differ to me. Events, other plots, & AUs. I generally do not reference events or other plots with people unless they were in that event or were a part of/going to be a part of that plot just out of respect. If we both did an event and we want to go back to something with it or reference it I am chill with that and will tag the event for those that weren't a part of it to filter. Same goes with plots like Ghetsis overtaking Unova for example, people involved in it are welcome to interact with it & I will tag. I do this out of respect for people's lore and also to allow filtering. Same goes for Royal Ball AU with friends and my friends' Ultra Space campaign. Events, specific plots, and AUs are tagged for filtering and accessibility. Triggers. I am a healthcare worker in emergency medicine. I love talking about emergency medicine and don't mind sharing knowledge at all with people for writing purposes. I don't mind writing illnesses and injuries. However, narrative descriptions of things like cardiac arrests, cpr, and death are triggering due to ptsd from working the pandemic. It's one of those things I can talk about from a science aspect but can not write or read descriptions of it happening. I will always tag 'tw medical' for anything medical and always am willing to add trigger tags to anything if needed for others.
