It's official. I'm comitting to it.

I've decided to listen to Islands of Mercy while on the treadmill.

I absolutely abhor running, especially on a treadmill, but I'm hoping that I'll want to listen enough that it will make me excited to go to them gym more regularly and with less mental resistance.

I'd resisted listening on the treadmill bc I didn't want to associate one of KMG's projects with something so awful, but I'm desperate to motivate myself. The rule is that I can listen ONLY while on the treadmill.

Currently rereading the Young Wizards books for the first time in years and here is what I’ve read so far in a nutshell:

So You Want to Be a Wizard: New York is amazing! Cry about a white hole and a car.

Deep Wizardry: The ocean is amazing! Cry about a shark.

High Wizardry: Space is amazing! Cry about a bird. I mean, she’s okay, but still, cry about her.

A Wizard Abroad: Ireland is amazing! Cry about some side characters we never really got to know, I guess, but you might as well save your tears for the next book. You’re gonna need them.

Ooo you have my attention! I know I've done the obverse (somewhat. I piggybacked off of I think darkeningannon? And Roman but idk, I can't remember) but the other way is also interesting.

It could definitely be when everyone still trusts Punz. Hmmm, it could be like a power play on Dream's part, to show how 'rutheless' he could be towards what most people would consider one of the admin's old friends. Of course, both Punz and Dream know that it's fine, it's something that they've tested out before with the revival book at the ready, so they're pretty chillaxed about it.

Meanwhile, the group of I'm gonna say four or five? People who had confronted Dream are totally freaking out and tightening their grips on their weapons, because this just proved that Dream was an unrepentant monster.

They’re like a year old now, but they didn’t age as poorly as I thought lol. What happened was I debated drawing new ones and changing their designs a bit.
