Okay so, Rowan and her hubby’s relationship is very wholesome. They love each other very much, complement and ultimately help each other in becoming a better version of themselves. Steffon’s softness tempers Rowan’s toughness and gets her to be softer herself (something she never allowed herself to be for various reasons) while Rowan’s confidence and her love for him gives Steffon a boost of his own confidence and self-worth to get over his perceived short-comings, aka failing in all aspects compared to Daemon Targaryen (because obviously the Rogue Prince would not approve of him and neither would Rowan because with Daemon as her father her standards must be very high). Except what Steffon thinks is a huge point against him, is actually a point in his favor to Rowan and pretty much every Royce.

They end up having five kids together - Yohn, their eldest and Rowan’s heir, the twins Rhea & Ryella, little Luceon, and baby Aelinor - and Rowan would kill and die for all of them. Her pregnancies mostly went pretty well, Rhea and Ryella’s was a bit taxing because twins and because it had only been two years since Yohn’s birth, but the most dangerous pregnancy/birth was that of Aelinor. There were complications and she was born early and everyone was worried for Rowan and the baby’s survival for some time. Fortunately both of them pulled through but it was enough of a scare to put the baby-making on hold for a while to make sure Rowan fully recovered - they had a bunch of kids at that point so there wasn’t much pressure to have even more anyway.

And despite her many obligations as Lady of Runestone, Rowan makes sure to spend time with all of those kids whenever possible and also take peepaw Vermithor out for regular exercise. It helps that she had a pretty good reference on how to balance being a mother and running Runestone thanks to her own mother, plus she has a husband that loves and supports her, and an army of people to take things off her hands if necessary. So she finds plenty of time to do outdoor activities (hunting, hawking, riding, you name it) with Yohn, Rhea and Ryella, or to teach Luceon, who has taken more after his father and prefers to read and study as a bonding activity, High Valyrian.

She is living the dream of a stable, loving, happy family life - now if only her father’s side of the family could stop being such a chaotic mess everything would be perfect.

Yes. I love angst... you all know this... but I'm also a big ol' sucker for happy endings where everyone gets to talk it through and hug it out.

I think if something happened to Mario– if he was presumed dead, even for only a few moments– Luigi would take up the mantel.

He'd do it with quivering hands and tears in his eyes, but he'd do it determined to honor his brother's memory in every way possible, even it means pushing himself beyond his limitations.

Lee gaining a huge crush on Luke but keeping himself together about it.

Only a few people(mainly his siblings and maybe Connor) really figure it out.

Luke on the other hand doesn't even realize he's been crushing on Lee since they met and he's still a mess. Of course people still don't really realize cause of how Luke usually holds himself, but he's still a mess.

Lee's able to be normal about their relationship and despite his crush doesn't get too flustered around Luke. He enjoys their time together even if he doesn't think Luke likes them back that much.

Luke is usually the one always trying to get where they're doing duties together and always standing next to Lee during meetings. And he's 100% staring at Lee half the time. Especially after Lee gets a sun tattoo on their forearm.

Lee's one of the only ones that could best Luke in a fight during capture the flag. And Luke might be a bit too into getting his ass kicked by Lee.

Luke's love for Lee it's bit more... encompassing? Like everything else in his life he has tunnel vision to it. Especially after he leaves camp and it becomes more obsessive.

Lee's love for Luke is steady, taking things by stride and not letting it take him over. They're calm to it, letting him just enjoy Luke's company casually without his feelings getting in the way. When Luke leaves he's able to stay as put together as possible. Hurt, but not letting it effect his duties and how he views the world. Not to say it doesn't effect him. He spends nights awake, cried plenty of times,gotten angry. But it doesn't take him over, they refuse to drown in it.

Luke continues to try and get Lee back again, especially with the realization of "damn- I like him."

Lee's able to refuse every time. Being open on how hurt he is.

How they love is a by project of their childhood. One hardly getting close to anyone and If he does he's desperate to hold onto them.

The other refusing the let their love be taken for granted. Making it clear that the other will have to work just as hard in the relationship.
