Hes (allegedly) worked with every war criminal throughout history and been every serial killer. even the gay ones. he ate a baby. his animal motif is a rabbit. hes kind of based off donnie darko. he almost exclusively wears merchandise of the Quentin Tarantino movie Death Proof. he talks to his cats in a baby voice. he wears a white fedora that makes every video he wears it in feel dated by like 7 years. hes 5'3. he hacked a girls tumblr blog. he added a laugh track over a video of him killing people. he named a chainsaw rex. he torments people by playing frank sinatra at them. his name comes from an animal collective song. theres a canon blog entry where he makes the speakers blare rob zombie before he enters a room, then holds a guy at gunpoint to describe what he did to to him while "making sure to leave in all the cool parts". Hes like ten tumblr sexymen traits rolled into one. His actor has gone on record saying heath ledgers joker inspired his acting choices. Sometimes his voice gets distorted and it makes him sound like bill ciphers first year on HRT. Hes basically like my artistic muse. For some fucking reason i associate the song cake by the ocean with him. I firmly believe that if everymanhybrid didn't require a masters degree in creepypasta autism to comprehend, he would've caused more teenage stabbings than the slenderman incident and more kin war tumblr scenarios than nagito komaeda.

Of all the things he could’ve predicted, loving you wasn’t what he anticipated. He doesn’t know how it happened or why it happened, but this sudden moment of epiphany set off a slew of thoughts. 

He tossed and turned his body constantly, completely sprawled in bed to forget about those bubbling feelings to find some rest; however, those underlying thoughts of you flooded his mind, like a ferocious tsunami. 

He never imagined a simple friendship with you could grow into him being utterly infatuated with you. Admittedly, you’re kind, strong, smart, and even beautiful, but you are just a friend, and it would never work out.  He’s too difficult for anyone to handle; hell, he can barely handle himself at times and he knows he can be a jerk. But the more his brain tries to rationalize his feelings, the more his heart takes the lead. 

He couldn’t stop the wave of “whys” and “hows” from washing over his clouded mind. What was it that made him feel this way? Was it the way you smile so happily or how contagious your laugh is? Was it the way you talk so passionately or how your eyes light up whenever something even remotely sparks your interest? Whatever it may be, he sees you differently: more than a friend, more than a sibling, more than just someone. He sees you. 

And now, he feels different. It’s all too foreign for him to grasp what’s stirring up inside him, especially when he yearns for something more. It’s like something is urging him to do everything with you, whether it’s something significant or simple, from wanting to travel the world with you to telling you all of his dirty jokes.

He lies in his scrunched sheets and stares at the ceiling, lost in thought, contemplating the “what ifs”. What if it does work out? Maybe, he can love you. But, can you love him too?

He doesn’t know how this new chapter in his life will end, but he knows for certain he wants to start it with you.

After, I don’t know how many hours, I would like to present what post-prison c!Dream basically looks like in my mind.

things you may not have noticed:

- His hair is cc!Dream’s color with grey roots from malnutrition, white streaks from the revive book testing, and a red tinge because the blood from months of torture dyed his hair due to only having hot water to clean it and the malnutrition making his hair more porous.

- The mask is literally the smile from his profile and the green is the same shade as his Minecraft skin.

- His armor and weapon colors are also actually taken from Minecraft enchanted netherite.

- His armor is a bit mismatched and ragged because this is not his nice shiny Nightmare gear, but the no doubt less OP and more hastily thrown together set after prison.

- You may notice he has a more almost feminine frame. This is because given his frequent twerking I imagine he was rather curvy before being starved in prison.

{things you can’t see but in my mind are there: his eyes are of course green behind the mask and I was going to put one of his dead parrot’s feathers in his hair but it didn’t look right, so just imagine it’s there.}

This was one of those battles where I survived it without a single reload. So. This entire scene? Accurate. Embarrassingly Accurate. (except the healy dealy. that's Greygold flair)

Wanted to get to the crown as fast as possible, but had to fly by Emps. Literally stopped next to bud to personally yell/reassure the fool I was gonna save their ass and then risked the opportunity attack.

BUT SQUID BUDDY MISSED. so. I like to think Enthralled Emps had put some effort into jumping through some rather large logic hoops to miss. Unlike Greygold who put JACK effort into dodging.

I originally intended to leave Emps completely alone, risk the attacks. But. Brain tentacle surprise happened. Right next to the squid. Emps rolled high in initiative.... But not as high as Lae'zel. Game-wise, ✨I panicked✨. Story-wise? I don't think this could have been any more in-character. Albeit, I found myself quadruple checking to make sure knockout mode was ABSOLUTELY on
