#i have another character for a campaign i'm in

a character i created for a rpg game

her name is amelia alderidge, a princess who got bored of her luxurious life and ran away to become a bandit/pirate, she lives her life off stealing and gambling, and fights with her crossbow and claws

despite her running away and being pretty much disowned by her rich family, she still loves jewelry, bows and pink things

Sometimes I try to write down thoughts about this campaign but I admittedly have not been paying enough attention to feel confident in my character analysis so I write an incoherent text post and then delete it because I don't know if I'm actually making the correct judgments.

With all of the Gravity Falls hype, I figured there would be no better time then the present to introduce my Ford Pines expy that I play in Toonkind D&D!

He is an Order of the Awakened Monk with strange hands (that have 5 fingers so that it's not a direct rip-off, I know I know, tragic) that seem to be made of toon ink, despite the rest of him being genetically Reelkind. He has claws can use to defend himself, as well as to write in his journal, since they're made of ink!

His journal often gives him hints about his current situation and seems to almost predict the future, although he isn't quite sure how. His life goal is to investigate the Toonkind race and the unique abilities they possess that make them unlike any other race in the world. Along the way, he finds himself drawn to odd creatures and anomalies at every turn. He has too many PhDs to count and I love him with my whole heart.

i need to write a proper backstory for my pathfinder character beyond the basic stuff laid out before the campaign started and answer dm questions about her... and i need to make a character for the new 5e campaign i'm in... busy busy...

in one of the twitch fantasy high talkback episodes brennan mentions making characters for a weird haunted fairytale campaign and its so funny cause siobhan immediately responds that she wants to play jack and the beanstalk and shes calling it before beardsley gets to it

now in neverafter they're running a weird haunted fairytale campaign and ally's character has the closest relationship with jack and the beanstalk lol

I signed up for a dnd campaign my local library holds since apparently my strixhaven campaign is deceased. no longer with us. post mortem. (and all the other party members have other campaigns to go to and I do not cause I don't have any other friends that play 🤩) and I don't know i just think it's kinda funny I have decided to play a character that is just what happens when someone's dad accidentally gets into a pact with like cthulhu

I have a giant list of character ideas and I decided the best option was someone's father

aita for being frustrated when my dm gave us the very base skeleton of a campaign premise and asked for our characters and so i gave him a character concept i’m very excited about only for him to expand on the lore more in a way that makes it impossible for my character to exist.
