her affections are cooking and doing favors for you. She’s also quite protective/big sister like and will make sure your okay randomly throughout your day. She keeps your hair in place and buttons the buttons you forgot to button up. 💖💖 that type of big sister like <33 she may or may not complain a bit (not as much as with zoro) but she’ll do basically any (sane 😭) thing you ask of her. If your ill/injured she forces you to stay in bed as long as it takes until you’ve made a full recovery. I feel she’d have a lot of medical knowledge so that helps ;D

she’d be shy about it when your first getting into the relationship, but after a while..! when in private, I feel like she’d be very soft for cute little kisses! 😚 100% in private though- she doesn’t want any sour faces from zoro or mihawk (😑) she’d make this clear too because she like to be made fun of 😒

this was my first time drawing a series of different gas masks, no idea if they’re accurate at all, but it was really fun!!

it’s a lot of notes so be prepared for an info dump.

NOTES:

Philza: honestly, what more is there to say than “CROW MAN!!”? aside from his goggles being glow-in-the-dark, theres not much more to the mask design. however, i decided, “hey! this is purgatory! i can fuck up these characters!” so, he has a ripped ear(?)wing and messily cut back hair. (i didn’t pay too much attention to the hair in this design, i was mainly trying to get the gas masks down, but maybe i’ll go further into later.)

Cellbit: this is definitely one of my favorites, he looks pretty scary, i would NOT stop my car if i saw him on the side of the road. its based off of a cat mask(obviously) and a painted white streak goes through his mask, inspired by his hair. i didn’t include it, but circles in the goggles are supposed to retract with different emotions (kind of how cat’s eyes do, saucer and dagger pupils.) he’s also covered in blood because he’s going through it lore wise.

Slimecicle: ngl, it was my first time drawing code charlie(other than all the wips i have that i’ll never finish),but i think he’s pretty spooky. his mask is the worst quality, like it USED to work well until he wore it out. thus, there are broken air tubes that let the gas in. (he should probably get those replaced.) the holes for his horns are kind of like an airlock, so the gas can’t enter through them (phil helped him make it.) however, it makes it difficult to take off.

Baghera: baghera’s mask is kind of built like charlie’s, except in much better quality. aside from the loose air tubes, the mask almost goes all the way around her head, not letting even the slightest bit of gas in. theres also a plastic duck beak on top of the regular breathy-thing(i have no idea what i’m doing, so, no, i don’t know the technical term for that) to give it the “bird touch.”

Jaiden: jaiden’s mask was FUN. like i kinda went overboard. i did these all on different days, and this was the night after the big egg battle day. i saw she had fnaf bonnie ears along with her bird gas mask, and said “ok cool. i’ll add that.” she has the same feather/beak thing i gave to baghera. also, hair-wise, she gets a hair bun and her brown roots showing through(we love messy haired cubitos ^^)

Foolish: foolish was interesting, not sure i like the final product, but i’m tired, so it’ll do. his mask is based off of a lemon shark. he gas glowing green eyes and golden splotches on the leather. the air tube foolish has is REALLY long. like unnaturally long. so he wraps it around his neck to get it out of the way. the other members are extremely concerned it’ll choke him one day, but foolish thinks it’s cool and will scare other teams away. kind of like a “yea, i’m crazy, i could choke and die at any minute, and i don’t care.” phil, being the protective father figure of the group, does not like this at all.

Carre: and finally, we have carre. ah, sweet, sweet carre.(he is my favorite.) his mask is based off of a snow leopard because i hc he’s half feline. carre has the lightest, and most simple mask, since it’s entirely plastic, and more so based off of skiing or snowboarding goggles.

ANYWAY, i hope these notes make sense, excuse my rambling about silly designs, i tend to doodle messily, and not really have a plan when i draw, lol.

Thimble uses thread magic. So like Snail who went acid/slime to reflect normal Ink, Thimble uses thread to reflect normal Error.

Instead of drinking paint, Thimble, was supposed to eat thread but that felt too uhh... Too predictable and overdone. So instead he uses sewing pins as like lolipops which he can dip into various different powders. Sorta like a baby bottle pop LOL.

Thimble used to be a normal skeleton, then a certain event happened and he got Ken Doll-ed.

I think that's all I can really think of/share right now.

For as long as Roman can remember, he's had trouble explaining exactly what he means.

That's why being Creativity is so useful, because then he can just take people into the Imagination and show them what he means. Or he's with Remus, and then he doesn't have to explain a thing, because the two of them run through each other's veins and they've never had to explain anything, not really, not when they already know what the other one will do. Their words spill out and over each other like paint constantly dripping down an ever-present canvas and it doesn't matter what words they're actually saying when they can hear what needs to be said clearly in the din of the noise.

But with the others, he has to actually pick and choose the words he wants to use. Language is clumsy. There will never be a perfect way to describe anything, but he has to try. Trying is difficult. He grew up with too many words and too few ways to move his mouth to speak them and so they poured over his tongue in a stream and he was so confused when no one could understand.

You're talking too fast.

You're mumbling.

So he'd slow down. Tapping his finger helped, trying to put one word to each tap, but then they would look at him like he's making fun of them—he's not trying to make fun of them, he's trying to speak clearly. Eventually, he could get it, but he always ended up forgetting the next time. Because how could he focus on what words he was saying when the thing he was trying to say was so much more important?

There are times where he'll repeat words, or he'll try and say a whole word in one syllable, or he's going and going and going and he only realizes that he's been doing it again when the person he's talking to looks so, so lost. And then he just wants to bring them into the Imagination where he can show them what he's trying to say, and they'll understand. But that only works for his ideas and his projects, not for questions like 'where did you put the coffee mugs?' Or 'why is there a book on the table?' Or if he's just…talking.

Roman is Creativity. Ideas curl off of him like steam on a winter morning, he can't help it. And if the ideas are coming too fast for the words to keep up, well, then the words will have to fall by the wayside. If he's focusing on talking, then he can get them in the right order with the right phrasing with the right pacing with the right intonation before they come out of his mouth. But that's so many things to focus on instead of focusing on the idea. And once an idea tastes the inattention, trying to wrangle it back is like grasping at smoke.

You're stuttering, it became.

You're slurring.

Why can't you finish a sentence?

He tries not to get frustrated, both with himself and with everyone else. He knows that's not the end of his sentence, but they keep treating it like it is. He knows what he needs to say next, but when they interrupt and try to finish it for him, it breaks his train of thought and he has to start all over. Or he starts sounding like a skipping record, repeating the same word over and over until he can force the next one out. And then, oh, and then the people he's trying to share his ideas with will smile at him with that blank, almost politely pitying smile as they say that's great, Roman, and turn away to do something else. And he wants to pull them back and say no, I'm not finished yet, I've barely said anything, but then he's said too much and the words just won't work the way he wants them to.

It doesn't help that as he grows, so does his Creativity.

Logan describes it this way once—and to this day, he's not sure if it's a compliment or not—when Roman had been talking with him: You're the only person I know who interrupts themselves. Which is true. He'll start telling one story, and then he'll interrupt himself and tell another one, and then he'll interrupt and tell another one. He has so many thoughts, all ricocheting around, that trying to get them to stop bonking around the inside of his head he has to just grab the words as they fly past him. Which does not necessarily lead to the most coherent or intelligible way of speaking. He grabs one set of words and they come out jumbled. He grabs another set and the one that goes right in the middle of the sentence doesn't fly past until way later than the ones that come at the end of the sentence. He grabs yet another and they all try to come out at the same time. And then he's just sitting there, holding words that he's shed as easily as time sheds his memories of the ideas that could be less permanent than breaths of the wind, and he has to be content with the seldom few that fall into place.

Sometimes he thinks that he's trying to speak the way he puts together jigsaw puzzles. Find the corners first, then the edges, then the middle. The problem is he knows exactly what piece connects the two ends of the picture, he just can't find it in the box in time.

In an ironic twist, it's actually his role as Creativity that's helped him the most.

He writes more often that he talks, truly, if he thinks about it. The speaking that he does day to day to get by isn't really talking, not in the way that his writing is his talking just through words on a page or screen rather than out loud. The ways in which he learns to make his sentences on paper—or on screen—are the ways in which he has to say them out loud. The more he practices, the better he gets. And if he tries to speak how he writes, well, only Remus is going to hear him and Remus would never judge him for anything.

Remus is still here, of course, because they're Creativity and nothing will ever, ever truly keep them from each other, and he helps in his own way. Roman gets stuck in his head, stuck on his words, and nothing in the Mindscape is quite as jarring as Remus to get him to stop thinking too much and just go. That spilling over each other with their words is more helpful than ever sometimes, when all Roman needs is to go and Remus is there to hear through the dissonance. Of course, then they have to come back to everyone else and explain it, but it's easier to describe smoke when you have a picture of what it looks like. He can trace the curves of the idea with his words and make sure his pauses don't interrupt the lines, and Remus is there to help him when he can't quite say what he needs to say next.

Because at the end of the day, it isn't the smoke that he really wants to convey, it's the spark. The problem is that every spark creates so much smoke that it's hard for him to keep from choking on it.

Remus snorts and tells him he's had too much of Virgil's poetry when he tries to explain it using that analogy. But a few days later, there's a little air purifying plant in a pot with a green smiley-face outside his door, and Roman grins.

He knew his brother would understand.

Ngl I’ve never heard of this ship name so I got confused when I saw this ask and I had to look it up on tumblr LMAO. Really creative ship name though, I like it quite a bit! I couldn’t think of too much for this ship but I hope these are okay! 💕

-Abi started to develop feelings for Kaitlyn after she comforted her when Nick was infected. Little to her knowledge, Kaitlyn liked Abi secretly the entire time but wasn’t sure if she would ever have a chance with her.

-Post game I can see them leaving the camp alone together to figure things out. They stay at a motel for a bit and that’s when they confess their feelings to each other.

-they get a cheap studio apartment together and adopt a bunch of cats. Abi also adopts some sugar gliders and ferrets.

-Kaitlyn is the one who asks for the extra ketchup packets when they go out to eat because Abi is too shy :’)

-Abi likes to dye her hair at home instead of going to a salon, so Kaitlyn likes to help her out with getting the hard-to-see areas of her hair.

-Kaitlyn becomes intrigued by the fun colors Abi likes to dye her hair, so Abi does an at home ombré in her hair! Kaitlyn wanted to keep some of her natural color so Abi did a gorgeous black to blue ombré!

-Abi is always drawing pictures of Kaitlyn and she even painted a portrait of her for her birthday.

-They both feel uncomfortable in the dark as a result of the hackett’s quarry incident. Abi made DIY nightlights by putting fairy lights/candles in mason jars to ease the discomfort.

-(throwing in some furcustos agenda here while I’m at it) Even though Abi and Nick didn’t work out romantically, they eventually reconcile and become best friends. Since he happens to be the boyfriend of Kaitlyn’s best friend, Jacob, they like to go on double dates together occasionally!! They went on a double date to a carnival one time. Kaitlyn still makes fun of Jacob for getting sick on the teacups ride LMAO

At last, he is finished! My repaint of the Disney Bruno Madrigal doll is complete, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Let's go over the flaws of the original, and how I fixed them. Remember, this is my repaint, and my interpretation. If you choose to do this yourself, feel free to veer off from what I did. Just have fun with it!

Now don't get me wrong, the head mold looks incredible! I really do love it, I just wish they hadn't given him such a dead stare, lol.

I mean, his eyes aren't even brown! One can argue all day long, but comparing his to that if his sister Pepa makes it quite obvious that he has green eyes. The eye bags are also tragically understated, lol.

It took so many layers of white to make them opaque and smooth enough for my perfectionism. Ngl, he kinda looks possessed XD

Who said doll customizing was always graceful? If Dollightfull has taught me anything, it's that this kind of project is... interesting.

Here's what the clothes looked like before. As you can see, lackluster at best. The sandals were also just a plain gray color.

I painted them brown, and also added the triangle design on the straps. (Also my signature on the bottom!)

Here are the clothes now! As you can see, I added buttons with globs of paint, a breast pocket, and a belt to the pants. This gives the illusion that the shirt is tucked into the pants, rather than it being one piece. The only change I made to the poncho was cutting the tassels, which made a big difference.

And here's the head and face! I painted a more realistic hairline, connected the facial hair print to the hairline, and added details to the beard. I completely repainted the eyes, and added blushing where needed. I also deepened the purple tones beneath his eyes.

Here he is, completely finished! I had fun with this, it was an interesting change. I'm also much happier with this than the original; he looks much closer to the movie version. Let me know what you think!

Starring the side couple from cutie pie. (Still in the chokehold) fun alternate reality plot that is actually pretty well done. The fantasy element could be stronger but the relationships are all interesting. Some really beautiful visuals. Naked painting sessions ala Titanic.

After Khram's beloved Phupha is murdered, something happens and Khram is pulled to a parallel world where, three years prior, Khram and Thai had been in love. However, that Khram was killed by Thai's dad. One day, Thai drives by a road and finds someone in the middle of the road. The face of that person stuns Thai because he looks exactly the same as his lover from three years ago. What will happen next?

Some crazy shit happens in this one. It's a little hard to explain. Editing could be clearer. Acting is pretty good, and noticeably improving. The side couple is childhood friends to enemies to lovers which is fun.

I'm half convinced this was made because fans saw the nipple action in cutie pie, so they said"you want nipple action? We'll give you nipple action." And they went for it. But seriously, their scenes are very well choreographed and very sweet. (And really long.)

Pretty red flag free. Other than some light kidnapping. (Gotta have a meet-cute somehow)

I have to watch this one again tbh. (I have a bias with this one for some reason)

(Side characters you actually care about.) funny and goofy at times. Great action scenes. I was pleasantly surprised, and this is another one I think I may rewatch. I hope these two do more work together.

They are the epitome of black cat/golden retriever energy and it works for them. Great chemistry. Their acting is getting better. The script is better than LITA I feel like. The first episode is kinda awkward. The second episode is pure spice. The third is oddly sweet. It's still airing so idk.

There's a lesbian side couple that's heading towards the fake dating trope with added power dynamic fuckery so that's fun.

Red flag level: well, at this point I think it still technically counts as prostitution so ...

One of my favourite things about Next Mutation is the cartoon sound effects when the credits come up at the beginning of the show. Like I don't understand people who see that and expect anything after that point to be sensible.

Honestly Venus is op. I have my issues with them throwing in extra turtles (I don't like change! Can't help but wonder how much of the hate she got (and still gets from some people) is just like the kind of thing that happened with Furiosa when Mad Max Fury Road came out. Hmm...

i've never been an earrings person, mostly because i hate feeling weight on my ears, and if they're dangly i hate feeling them move when i do (idk if it's an autistic thing or what), so it's been years since the last time i wore them, but ngl your new donnie fic is making me feel things. i've been feeling very tempted to change my looks a bit (mostly because of gender reasons, but also bc i'm tired of looking extremely generic lol) and i think i'm gonna buy some small stud black ones (1/2)

yeah, sounds like studs would fit that! you can try getting the kind that you just keep in all the time so you almost forget they're there, or you can take them out at night so that way they never have to touch anything like a pillow or something if the feeling bothers you.

of course, equally possible is, like you say, that piercings just aren't for you! and that's totally cool too. i get a lot of gender euphoria from simple things that are easy to change, and i kind of view it as a... a bit of a game, i guess. figuring out the things that make me happier in my body, seeing which ones are super easy, and the like. it might be as simple as changing how you part your hair, or painting your nails a certain color, or letting your leg/armpit hair grow out (or start shaving it). gender expression (and aesthetic expression, like that with jewelry!) should always be fun in my opinion, so don't stress too much about it if you find out that this (or anything else you try) doesn't work for you c:
