I'm here with my in laws. I cant just up and leave-!" And he pulls the big sad eyes and says "Its Rei." and you automatically sigh and nod before going to apologise to Kats parents for cancelling your plans with them, claiming there's a "family emergency", which isnt a lie because yandere Rei is an EMERGENCY at all times. Its just, you've always known your mother's mental health was detoriating, but the rate at which it detoriated increased ten folds when you moved out. She's always been protective of you, because of all the trauma and because you're her youngest, so of course... she took it the hardest when you left her side to be with Katsuki. And before your marriage, you swore to your father that you'll always be there to help him with Mom, whenever needed, no questions asked. Its the only reason Enji gave you his blessing marry RATsuki. So whenever he misses you too much, he tells you that Rei is having another "episode" where she's screaming your name, crying that someone took you away and is hurting you, is resorting to harming herself, etc. And sometimes Rei does have these epiosdes, other times she doesnt, but it doesnt matter to either of them because if they want u home, you will come. And as soon as Enji has brought you to the Todoroki estate, your're running (or waddling) inside, immeadiately engulfed by your mother who will now proceed to coddle you and fret over you non stop for the next couple of days (spoon feeding you her food, brushing your hair until you dose off, rubbing your baby bump while humming lullabies. Enji's having the best time too becuase he gets to tuck you in at night and wake u in the morning and have more daddy-daughter ice cream dates with yall) until she's better or... well, your husbands comes to fetch you.

And Rat- KATSUKI, sees through all their BULLSHIT! But you dont and thats why he cant call them out on it. Thats why he must be the more patient one between him and your greedy parents.

I spend an unreasable amount of time trying to read flashing text, gave up trying to put it in any sort of order, and here I am to theorize my findings: for your entertainment.

What's said, first page left side:

Conclusion: The dialog matches those from Wukong, Macaque, and MK during season 5. However, because of Xiaotian's new destiny to refill the energy of a Celestial being, he no longer seems to be the case. Instead, it would be the first time he tries recharging a Celestial, even if it's dangerous. Xiaotian wanting to due to some trama or some mentor's influence (ie: "I have to so this"), Macaque and Wukong probably did some sort of forbade thing, (ie: "Stop" "Xiaotian" one for Wukong and the other for Macaque) and Xiaotian did a little 'sneak out' thing, hence the dialog "Where is he?" But "What do you want" could be many people to many people, I assume it would be the snake guy in season five (forgot his name) or another Celestial, like Azure...

Conclusion: Somthing happens to both Wukong (Obviously) and Macaque (less obvious. ) 'Baba' is what Xiaotian calls Macaque. Now, he could be going after Wukong or 'Papa' (i.e., we have to save Papa). My theory is in trying to save Wukong, from whatever, he is caught and hurt or removed from the premises. Now... what happens to Wukong? Heaven isn't likely an option, now that Azure is the emperor, BUT still an option if there's some betray, aka the two monkeys don't want their son to recharge Azure, then the circlet could be a possibility. (i.e., "get away from him" "What do we do" "we need to save Papa" "It's me(?)") Now, the 'don't do this' in pleading form?? What's concerning, and I don't think it's about Xiaotian. Now, Wukong also has a sacrificial nature that I could totally see him going to recharge Azure or smth. Regardless I don't like it.

Conclusion: same, really, but even more evidence, and with the caps on 'Baba' and 'Wukong' is VERY VERY concerning. Wukong seems to do somthing he regrets (like sacrifice himself or doing somthing under influence of Azure). Now at this point "It's you" has been said many times, and whoever it is will drastically change whatever happens so I'm not really gonna touch it.

Conclusion: Someone is playing the role of the snake hair guy, (i.e., "It's his purpose," "only he can do this") saying it's Xiaotian's destiny, probably Azure, to Wukong or Macaque, either trying to exspain or stop one of the two from interfering. "Shut up" Can be Xiaotian to his parents (one for each, yummy angst) OR his parents to this destiny figure, which now that I think about it, could be Lady Bone Demon, the Hundred Eyed Demon, Azure, or snake hair guy.

ANYWAY-! I AM VERY CONCERNED, HOPE I DONT DIE FROM THE STORY! :'D.

This would be why they would be protective, if he is destined to bring chaos, that means it's not just his aura, but he brings the battles to him.

If it would come off when he's an adult and in control, he would get a really strong burst of energy and would have to really concentrate not to lose control.

Simon looked over the paper he had taken from his son. He cracked a grin and shoved it back into his pocket. His wife's exes, huh? Fine. He'd let the kid go and take out his anger on them. After all, too much pent up anger turns you into something of a monster to other people.

He heard his wife getting up and quickly started mopping. She walked into the kitchen and quirked a brow up. "I'm guessing I'll have to go through the drive through for my coffee then?" she joked. Simon forced out a dry chuckle. "yeah, sorry. Came home with mud on my boots. Didn't want you yellin' at me."

His wife laughed softly and tapped his bicep. "Oh, it's fine, Simon. Thanks for cleaning up after yourself." and nodded, his stomach twisting with guilt. Said the poor kid asked him to pull over and he puked-the pills must've been the wrong kind and Y/n was going back to the doctor's then.

Simon had ended the phone call with that's a good idea Love i'll see you soon, gonna take him to see your sister, she's a medic right? plus were just a street away. and Y/n was non the wiser.

But now, they really were at her sister's. But not for medical reasons. Sam was just going there real quick to get the pills he needed for proper sleep and nothing else-like every other month. Then they would head out onto the highway and locate Y/n's first ex.

Simon let the kid handle his shit himself and when he came back Simon put the car into start and said, "You know where these guys live right?" Sam nodded. "I'll guide you...don't want it in your GPS-the FBI can trace that." Simon barked out a laugh. "You really did plan this out-didn't you?" "A little different but yeah."

They got onto the highway and Sam told him to take the next exit. So. Y/n dated a farmer once? No-not a farmer, a bull rider who was a huge jock back in high school. Simon didn't like him. Simon didn't play sports-wasn't allowed.

Simon parked at an old worn down looking barn. And it was old, water damaged and if the wind blew just right it would fall down. Perfect place to park. Yup. He and Sam got out and Simon couldn't help but feel a little...wrong for this.

Sam nodded and ran off to the upstairs of the house.

and Simon nearly regretted the words. His son snatched up his knife and went to town. Rose it over his head again and again and again and again. And again. "Sam-" "no. This is fun!" and Simon's heart stopped, turned cold and dropped all the way to his ass.

"Samuel-" "I SAID NO!" ...dear fuck. What had Simon provoked?

Same wasn't Sam. That much was clear. Simon grabbed his son's wrist and said, "...at least let me give you some tips." and Sam nodded. "So err...stab his stomach for a shit ton of spewing blood."

and Sam did. and Blood did indeed spew. Simon nearly puked. He was feeling how he used to around his dad. Scared. Afraid...Sam wasn't a boy anymore. Simon had let him do this...He wasn't like his father no...he was worse. Much worse.

What I think the Bad kid’s favorite shows/movies were as kids (obviously the fantasy variations of these shows, also some of these may just be American shows)

Fig: Power puff girls and My little pony. Fig still loves these shows, during freshman year when she was still a trying to be edgy she would have denied it.

Adaine: Wasn’t allowed to watch tv, but she did read the Frog and Toad books front to cover over and over again. She had to hide them at a certain point because she was “too old” for them.

Riz: Scooby-doo, he’d have it whenever it on, He knew the exact hours it aired. He’d solve the mystery himself before the show was over but he still loved them. Sklonda got him a dvd compilation as a gift one day and then he’d just watch it over and over.

Kristen: Also wasn’t allowed to watch movies (unless they were religious), but once she got to watch Winnie the Pooh and she fell in love with the character. (I 100% picked this because of Ally’s Pooh push).

Gorgug: Wonderpets, he was just fascinated with the way it was animated. His parents made him little metal figures of all of the character that he keeps on his shelf.

Fabian: Peter Pan, he loved the book, though he didn’t like how they portrayed the pirates. “His papa wasn’t evil.” When he watched movie came out he wanted to watch it over and over again. There was times where Cathilda might as well dragged him to bed.

Fig: 100% All her school books were covered in stickers and drawings from her favorite kids cartoons. She had shirts and purses and hairclips and all kinds of pink and frilly accesories with the characters on them that she was STILL wearing right up until her horns started coming in. Now that she's mellowed out a bit you might catch her with an occasional hair-clip or tshirt that doesnt really match her aesthetic anymore but somehow doesnt look out of place with her other clothes.

Adaine: Still loves her books and the bad kids bought her a new set after her house burned down, plus some more they thought she'd like along the same vein. Girls nights are usually spent introducing Adaine to all the sugary sweet childrens television she missed as a kid and she gets really into it. Kristen also gets to broaden her cartoon knowledge this way so its killing two birds with one stone.

Kristen: Tried to introduce her friends to some of her favorite cartoons as a kid but only got a couple episodes in before they were all horrifed about how culty it was and never tried to watch them again (she honestly did not remember them being this bad). Fig has made it her mission to educate the other two bad girls on the joys of childrens media and every two weeks they spend a night not sleeping and binging entire seasons of cartoons.

Riz: Loved Scooby doo but, inexplicably, hates police procedural shows (aka Law and Order) because they're so unrealistic and have dumb twists 90% of the time. He loves crime documentaries with a passion but his mom has to watch them first because if he watched one and they didnt reveal the killer at the end he would not stop trying to investigate it himself to solve the mystery. She had to flat out had to ban him from watching documentaries on cold cases because obviously they dont know who commited the crime in those instances and it hooks into his brain too strongly. He's solved at least two since sophomore year (evidence and tips were sent anonymously to the authorities and arrests were made) but it screwed with his already messed up sleep schedule to the point where he made himself physically sick and Sklonda had to put her foot down.

Gorgug: Didnt really watch all that much television as a kid but used to watch a lot of gnomish cartoons when he did, or shows with talking animals (there tends to be a big overlap in this regard). He preferred playing outside and would take the cartoon figurines his parents made for him on his own made up adventures.

Fabian: Peter pan, Hook and The Princess Bride were basically on repeat in Fabians house when he was growing up. He knows that Peter Pan and Hook were portraying pirates as bad but reasoned they must just be mean pirates unlike his Papa. His Papa defeated all the bad ones and got rid of the Pirate King after all. The pirates in all those shows were still undeniably cool though to his child mind.

Just some Single Dad! Zhongli x Kindergarten teacher Reader things

I dunno, it was a cute idea and I'm writing it on the fly because my eyeballs needed a break from star rail.

not proofred, Zhongli x reader (tried to keep the pronouns gn but forgive if i missed a few and like, xiao referrs to them as mama at one point)

Zhongli who had adopted a young Xiao from an unfortunate situation shortly after he loses Guizhong. Was it a coping mechanism? absolutely, but he wanted, no, needed, someone to care for, to put his time into.

He loves Xiao, kid's his whole world. It takes him a little longer to learn to talk, and even then, he's very shy, very much a velcro toddler. Zhongli doesn't mind.

He does start worrying however, when Xiao reaches age four and the boy shows no interest in socializing, he doesn't really know how to play, other than with his dad, and while li does his best, he's no child, he doesnt know what the kids are into these days.

That and, while he's worked from home pretty much all this time, he's also feeling the itch to return to the office, perhaps talk to people who weren't four, but he also doesn't know how well Xiao will adjust to going to kindergarten, but he doesnt want to leave his son high and dry when he inevitably has to start grade school.

So, eventually, after much anxiety, he bites the bullet and enrolls Xiao into the kindergarten closest to his office, that way if he doesn't take it well, he can quickly swing in and take him, it's not like Director Hu would ever turn the child away.

He explains what kindergarten is, and what to expect to xiao, and of course the boy is all brave, puffed chest and hardened face (sometimes Zhongli wonders if he's let the boy watch too much ninjago) and tells his papa he'll be fine, he's a big boy and he can handle it, he can handle anything!!

yeah thats a fat load of crap, the boy is an absolute sobbing mess the next day at drop off.

to be fair, it's also a very near thing for Zhongli. he's not been without Xiao for an extended period since he adopted the boy four years ago, they've always been together, and seeing his son cry like that is almost too much to bear.

That is until someone kneels beside his son with a soft handkerchief with a little duck embroidered in the corner. they coo and gently dabs away Xiao's tears with a soft smile.

"oh dear...you must be Xiao." they greet softly, taking one of his little hands in their own and giving it a little shake. "I know new places can be scary, but it's ok. you trust your papa, dont you?" Zhongli is prepared to step in, to tell them that Xiao doesn't really talk much, but his son surprises him.

"U-uh-huh..." he wibbles, letting this newcomer dry his eyes.

"Well, you know your papa would never leave you somewhere he didn't think you'd like, right?"

"mhm..."

Zhongli watches as you smile, and he feels the shock settling into his chest. He knew you were certified in early childhood...but no one, not even the best paediatricians had managed to get a sound out of Xiao.

"Papa wont be very far away, how's about this...if you really really don't like it here today, papa is only a phone call away, he can always come and get you, yeah?"

Xiao turns his watery yellow eyes up to Him and Zhongli smiles, easily scooping the boy up when he raises his arms. "They're right little dove, I won't be far, and I promise to come get you if you are unhappy, if you can try to give it a try?" He murmurs.

Xiao, to his credit, sniffles and gives his papa a small nod, he's rewarded with a tight squeeze and a kiss to his forehead.

"that's my boy. Try to have some fun, hm? there's lots of toys for you to play with..."

"Mhm..."

Xiao surprises him yet again, when the teacher stands, he turns and stretches his arms out to them, never in all his years has Zhongli seen his child do that either.

To their credit, they take him with ease, settling him into the crook of one arm with a soft croon before looking to Zhongli with a smile.

"and you must be Zhongli? It's a pleasure to meet you." you greet, holding out your hand for him to shake. "It's quite normal for little ones to have the first day blues, I'm sure after morning snack he'll be just fine."

Zhongli can't help but smile, he had a feeling Xiao would be just fine.

It only takes a week before it's Xiao who's waiting by the front door, bouncing on the balls of his feet, waiting for him to unlock the car so they can go.

He hasn't stopped talking about school, about his new friends and of course his teacher. Zhongli has never felt so relieved to know that his son is adjusting quite well.

He runs into the room to greet you with a smile and a hug to the leg, seemingly only just remembering to turn and give his papa a hug and a kiss.

"Have a good day at work, Papa!" he coos happily as Zhongli picks him up for their usual farewell cuddle.

"And you too, little dove." his response comes easy as he puts his son down and watches him gallavant over to his little group of friends.

"And to think a week ago he was crying his little eyes out." you chuckle, Zhongli hums and nods before remembering he had something to mention.

"Ah, there is a chance I might be a little later to pick him up than usual, It will be before the centre closes, but I figured I'd give you some warning lest Xiao worry."

"Oh, no problem! even if you think you might be later than close, just call the centre before hand! I'll make sure he's safe." you smile at him, and he feels another sense of relief wash over him.

He does end up running late, much later than he'd expected. Adding in traffic, he knew the centre would be closed by the time he made it, and he'd called ahead.

He comes rushing into the room, full apology at the ready, and assurance that any acrewed late fee's would of course be paid in full without complaint but stops dead at the sight before him.

Xiao, asleep, on your shoulder as you hum a soft tune. He can tell his son had been crying by the redness of his cheeks, he must have been a bit anxious because of his lateness.

You spot him in the doorway and smile, slowly ceasing your song as you effortlessly grab Xiao's bag from his cubby, and a drawing from the art rack with practiced ease.

"How was he?" he whispers as he hooks Xiao's bag over his shoulder.

"An angel as always." you whisper back, attempting to pass Xiao to him, but you're stopped when she little boy whines in his sleep, burying his face into the crook of your neck with a content huff, little hands clenched into the collar of your shirt tightly. "Oh...seem's he's comfortable..."

"And he'll be cranky if you pull him away too soon." Zhongli sighs, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly, perhaps it was his fault for indulging the little boy's need to be close, but who could really say no to that face?

"hm...ok, gimme a sec." you chuckle, shifting to hold Xiao in one arm as you quickly glide through the classroom, picking up stray toys and nudging little chairs back in beneath their tables with your foot, hitting lightswitches and locking doors with such ease that it leaves Zhongli impressed.

It all culminates with you both (plus xiao, still napping away) in the parking lot, everyone else was already long gone, and Zhongli finally bows his head to you.

"My most sincere apologies for being so late, I'll make sure the late fee is included-"

"Oh, no no, it's fine Mr. Zhongli." You wave him off "It was an honest mistake, and honestly, Xiao is such an angel, It's really no trouble. heck, before he started worrying, he was helping me clean up." you explain with a small smile, hand rubbing small circles into the child's back "You have a wonderful little boy, Mr. Zhongli, you've done an amazing job."

Zhongli blinks.

Perhaps it was just a combination of his stressing about being late, his anxiety about leaving his son to return to work, and everything else.

but that was also the first time someone had actually said those words.

He'd done a good job.

He'd raised a good kid.

He hadn't fucked up.

"M-Mr. Zhongli?" he hears you ask in a panic as he comes back to himself, he see's your wide eyes, worried as your free hand digs around in your jeans pocket, pulling out yet another handkerchief with an embroidered duck in the corner. "Are you alright? did I say something wrong?"

Only now does he realize he's crying like a damned fool.

"a-ah. my apologies" he mumbles, taking your handkerchief to be polite and drying his eyes "It's just...it's been a turbulent week."

Your face softens a little as you lean against the hood of your car. "First time leaving him?" you ask, he nods.

"I've not been without him since I adopted him..." He admits "And I was so worried he wouldn't take to school, or children his age..."

"He's doing wonderfully." you reassure "he's respectful and attentive, sometimes he can be a little bit of a tattle tail but he's thriving."

Zhongli chuckles, somehow he can see his boy, chest all puffed out, telling off other children for breaking the rules "That's...good to hear."

"Oh, hey Xiao...guess who's here?" He hears you mumble as Xiao finally shifts in your arms. Slowly Xiao turns his sleepy eyes to Zhongli and his soft little frown eases a little at the familiar sight. "See? told you the mean cars were just making papa a little late."

Xiao goes easy when you finally move to hand him back, snuggling right into Zhongli's shoulder with a content murmur.

"Thank you so much again for watching him after hours." He sighs "please, if there is anything I can ever do, let me know."

"oh you." you chuckle as you reach for your keys "Like i said, he's an angel, and it was only, what, fifteen minutes? I'm sure I'll survive." you joke with him before tilting your head to smile as Xiao. "Bye bye Xiao, I'll see you on monday, yeah?"

"mmh...bye momma..." the little boy mumbles, already half asleep.

Zhongli can feel the way his cheeks heat, and he can see the way yours flush a rather pretty shade of pink before you laugh, trying to wave it off.

"o-oh that happens more often than you'd think!" you chuckle as you unlock the door. "H-have a pleasant evening, Mr. Zhongli."

Zhongli feels like a deer in the headlights. It was a simple mistake on his son's part, he probably just wasn't used to the concept of 'teachers' yet.

but even so.

"Same to you." he mumbles stiffly, bowinf his head once more before he turns and makes back towards his shiny black sedan, anu excuse to hide his red face.

As he's carefully clipping Xiao into his booster seat, the drawing you'd grabbed from the rack slips out of his bag, teetering on Zhongli's shoulder, and his face goes even redder.

Seems he might need to have a talk with his son, if the crude stick figure drawing of Him and His teacher holding hands, with Xiao holding Zhongli's other hand, was any indicator.

and yet, he cannot help but notice, that it was definitely your handwriting attatched to the little arrows pointing to each stick figure, meaning you too had seen this picture.

Zhongli quietly wonders what that might mean as he climbs into the drivers seat.

Here's a WIP exploring the idea I had the other day about ghouls being born from the merging of a human and demon and how they can freely shift through a spectrum of froms. I'm a little stuck now as I think up Swiss's form. If you have ideas please send them my way.

Mountain/Swiss, Swiss Alps, WIP, mature

"Mounty? Where are you?" Swiss called out as be worked his way deeper and deeper into the woods, "Its been three days. Are you done being feral yet? I miss you."

Swiss listened closely, his, currently, pointed ears twisting this way and that. After hearing no sort of response he sighed deeply.

"You know, Mounty," Swiss said under his breath, if you don't come home I'm going to have to join you out here. I miss you too much."

"Prooomissse-ah?" 

Swiss whipped around to face a terrifying creature leering down from the trees. Its body dark browns and blacks and covered with patches of moss, vines, and flowers. Its long maw hung open, showing many white, razor sharp teeth. It's limbs were much too long for its already enormous body and they bent on unatural ways. They clung to the tops of trees which somehow managed to hold its weight. Its four eyes glowed as they stared down at Swiss, its face inching closer and closer as it climbed down from the trees and extended its long neck towards him. Swiss grinned, showing off his own sharp fangs, and reached out towards the beast. 

The beast made a sound that was most likey a purr despite it sounding so guteral. It knocked its great curled horns against Swisses and allowed Swiss to hug its head. 

"There you are Mounty! I've missed you, my giant forest cryptid." 

"I... said... prooomissse?" The voice came from Mountain, but his mouth simply continued to hang open, unmoving. 

"I didn't think you'd hear me, but yeah Ill go feral with you. But only for a day or two. We got things to do at home, you know."

"No." Mountain growled. 

"How long do you want to stay?"

"Till the end of days." He said in a deep, almost seductive voice.

"Okay," Swiss laughed, "You've convinced me. Papa's gonna be mad though."

"Dont... care." 

"You'll care when he's out here disturbing the peace."

Mountain only whined and began biting and yanking at Swiss's clothes. 

"Okay, okay! I think you just want me naked."

Mountain purred.

"Fucking pervert." Swiss teased as he nearly folded his clothes. 

"Did you bring a bag this time?"

A massive claw reached into the greenery that grew on Mountain's body to produce a messenger bag. It hung from that claw like a doll's bag hanging from a child's finger. A now naked Swiss took the bag so he could shove his clothing in along side Mountain's. As he did so Mountain nudged his great head against Swiss once more. His lolling tonge licking up his back.

"Hold on! Wait till I've changed. You're a pervert and you're impatient." 

Mountain whined again as he took the bag back and stashed it on his, so to say, person once more. 

"Okay big boy. Give me some space." Swiss instructed. He shook out his limbs and rolled his shoulders back. Mountain retreated back to the tops of the massive trees. 

With a growl that started low but grew deafening, Swiss began to transform.

Hollywood Undead: 6/10 Well they ARE from LA. so thats 50% of the name explained. How close exactly to Hollywood i don't know, though. Undead? well we dont know if the undead exist. they say its a metaphor for. does it slide then? they're all pretty alive to me tho :/

Senses Fail 9/10 yeah their emotions are failing at getting a good grade. Not much talk about the other senses tho, except for when they talk about dying so. erm.

Brand New: 0/10 for a 'brand new' band you sure as hell are almost 25 years old

My Chemical Romance: 6.66666666667/10. i don't know about 'mine' or 'ours'. they do have chemicals (war) and romance in the songs

Armor for Sleep: 1/10. just cuz you talk about sleep doesnt fix the fact that you're all about anxieties and missing people. that's not very protective really. also as far as im concerned none of you are wearing armor when performing

Falling in Reverse: 0/10. you can't do that

Escape the Fate: 0/10. you also can't do that

Get Scared: 5/10. your ex lead singer being a pedo was pretty scary so you get points for that. your music not too much

Papa Roach: 3/10. at least one of the members has kids . but none of you are roaches unless you're gregor samsa in a trenchcoat

excuse me, miss mama? sorry for bothering but tomorrow is my birthday and im kinda scared, i dont wanna grow up yet and so im just wondering if it'll be ok? like just life and having to grow up..

Happy birthday little one! What an exciting day for you. I promise, there's nothing to be scared of. Every new year brings new adventures, new people, new changes...some good, some bad. I cannot promise that it will all be perfect. When I was a little girl (so long ago!) my Papa told me to try not to worry too much about what my life will be like, because it's going to be far different than anything I could imagine. And he was right! Life will take many unexpected turns, but the best thing we can do is get up each day, smile and make the best of it.
