You’re absolutely right. It does suck that the younger generation has to grow up with the internet at their fingertips. They have access to all these social medias with adults dealing with their shit and expressing how they live their lives. But I don’t know how to say it other than that isn’t my problem.

There really isn’t a solution to that yet because these sites are intended for adults and children just lie about their age and come on. I can’t vouch for TikTok because I’ve never used it but I think that one is supposed to be child friendly and just isn’t. Because the internet will never be child friendly.

Firstly that wasn’t the main point I was trying to make. However, since you’ve brought it up, I’d like to clarify that I don’t mean 8 year olds. I mean 13-15 year old teenagers. They’re not too young to be on social media, they’re at the age that people start using it to communicate. They’re not children who need to be protected. They’re impressionable young teens who shouldn’t have weight loss thrown at them so often they develop body dysmorphia. And the people who post these things are also like women in their early 20s or younger.

Look, seeing anyone post about how little they eat and then glorifying it or acting like it’s okay and normal or berating themselves for not eating less is triggering for me and makes ED recovery much harder. I know a lot of people who face this issue and have had to block hashtags, trends, celebs etc because of it. It doesn’t just harm younger people.

If you glorify disordered eating as someone with an audience, you are participating in something that causes harm. If this was a one off incident I wouldn’t say anything but there’s literally so many trends that glorify dieting, weight loss, and eating less. They keep coming and going and it’s so frustrating. This is not about girl dinner it’s about much more than that.

Also this is NOT god forbid women do anything. Women who do this harm each other and themselves there is absolutely nothing misogynistic abt wanting these trends to die out. That was the main point I wanted to make, not debate about how child friendly the Internet is.

his first date is hard to define cause he goes out with morgan a lot before they realise they like each other and even then they don't have much time to date :-( but i've been thinking recently it would be kind of funny if their first "date" to their fav restaurant was back when they still totally hated each other. and morgan saw him while he was out and she was like omg kaii hiiii ^_^ and she went to hug him and he was like ! wth but then she was like 'play along or we're both dead.' so they pretend to be besties and go out to a restaurant and make small talk which is really funny cause kai is bad at it but it works on the people spying on them. anyway of course morgan pays cause she has expensive taste and too much money and then they go out and through some shadier streets and defeat the guys following them (actually theyre only following kai but morgan doesnt say that) and kais like hey we make a pretty good team and morgan is like tch 😒 whatever but secretly she likes it

he doesn't argue for as long as he can and 1. dislikes confrontation 2. is really nice and forgiving so he doesn't argue a lot. except for morgan he loves bickering with her about everything cause she sucks and has awful opinions

as for pda he's ok with a smooch on the cheek or a hug or holding hands (i mean his favourite way to have a date is to visit his and morgan's fav restaurant) but he doesn't like affection for show, and prefers stuff like kisses on the mouth and other intimacy to be private. occasionally he does do embarrassing romantic stuff around other people cause he likes to see morgan get flustered but he never makes her genuinely uncomfortable :3

Week 3: Digital Community: Tumblr

Does anyone even use Tumblr?

The first topic we will get into is Tumblr, from its history to what it offers to digital communities and users.

Tumblr amongst other social media platforms is ranked number 10 in Australia. It was founded in 2007 and bought by other major companies and in 2017 Verizon bought Yahoo's operating business one being Tumblr. Despite this, Tumblr is not linked to the ‘real name internet’ like other mainstream platforms. As a result, it provides a positive and safe space for marginalised groups including the LGBTQI+ communities. (week 3 lecture, 2023)

Who started #hastagging on social media and online platforms? Tumblr was among the first to introduce this feature as a community-building tool. It allowed users to #filter through tagged posts in real-time. (week 3 lecture, 2023) Surprising I know.

Furthermore, on Tumblr users don’t need to follow each other to see their content, making the site relatively public. Users simply use #hastags to interact with others based on their interests and what they would like to engage with.

To finish the Tumblr topic off, there is also less surveillance which monetizes specific details including when users are online and date/time stamps are not prioritised.

The core weekly reading: “Love the Skin You’re In”: An Analysis of Women’s Self-Presentation and User Reactions to Selfies Using the Tumbler Hashtag #bodypositive, Anna Reif, Insa Miller & Monika Taddicken (2022).

In relation to hashtags and its popularity and impact on Tumblr, this study conducted research on selfies posted by women using the #bodypositive hashtag on the platform. From this research, it was found that the hashtag created a sense of connection between users who would empower each other and diminish the chances of body image issues and comparing. It created a community of women from different backgrounds, body types, ages and races to embrace themselves.

On a different topic, Allison McCracken, Chapter 3 ‘Going Down the Rabbit Hole: An Interview with Amanda Brennan, Head of Content Insights and Social, Tumblr’ in a Tumblr book: (University of Michigan Press: 2020). Touches based on various questions that highlight Tumblr features and why it is liked by many users. She states how Tumblr allows users to share what they are passionate about while being anonymous. She highlights how hashtag-focused it is which creates a different type of interaction between users and reinforces how it’s based on interests. For example, a user can follow a person because they like Marvel then that person starts liking a new TV show which results in the user ‘going down the rabbit hole’. Let me explain how I view the #NotProForAnyoneJustForMe hashtag.

Because I know a lot of people think the hashtag is bullshit, and I get why. When I first got on the app I thought it was stupid. But today I use the hashtag myself, because I understand why it “make sense” kinda.

I am not pro eating disorder for anyone else than me. I think all bodies are beautiful except for mine. I don’t deserve to eat tree meals a day and a side of chocolate, because I am ugly and fat. But I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel the way I feel and to go through the stuff I am doing to myself. I can’t be pro this kind of self harm, but I can’t stop doing it to myself.

And a lot of people will think it is hypocritical of me to say that and still continue to post here and force my feelings and thoughts on other people. “If you are not pro, why are you encouraging it?” The thing is that I don’t want to feel alone. It is nice that there are other people that are like me. It is nice to have this little community.

And I truly, from the bottom of my heart, hope that everyone here one day will get better, but not me. The only one I am pro ed for is me.

✨ How To Wake Witchblr ✨

We’ve all seen the hashtag #wakingwitchblr or the term itself at one point. Still, I found that there’s a lack of info on what you can actually do to make witchblr more active. 

So I took it upon myself to create a list of things that anyone can do to revive our amazing community! Enjoy !

1) Don’t Like, Reblog instead 📣

There’s nothing inherently wrong with liking a post, it’s just that due to how Tumblr works, liking a post does virtually nothing. Reblogging, however, lets that post be seen by more and more people. The surefire way to revive witchblr is by reblogging as many witchy posts as you can. 

But what if some posts just doesn’t fit into your blog’s theme, even though you want to support it? Well, you have a couple options:

Reblog anyway. Diversifying your posts actually makes your blog more interesting. You can always tag it as ‘off-topic’ if the different theme bothers you that much.

Create a reblog/spam account! I have one and it is so simple. The post may not gain as much traction compared to if you RB-ed in your main blog, but trust me when I say a single reblog goes a long way.

Share it on other social media. See that arrow-like button down there? Click it and you can share the post anywhere. Send it to your witchy discord servers or your insta groupchat !

 2) Get off the 'Top’ page. Go to ‘Recent’ 💌

AKA reblog from lesser-known bloggers.

Not only will you support fellow witches creating content, this also give you a chance to talk to them and find your place within Witchblr! Which brings me to my next point...

3) Interact with The Community 💬

If I’m a witch who wants to move away from Tumblr, there will be only one thing that can stop me, and that’s the friends and connections that I’ve made here.

Join online covens and discord servers, ask your witchstagram and witchtok friends for their tumblr url, and just have fun together. 

Interacting with other witches, making friends, even just giving compliments or advices. This is what makes us a community. It’s what makes us stay here. If we don’t interact with each other, than we’re just a bunch of people who likes the same thing without any connection. That’s not witchblr.

4) Diversify Your Tags 🎪

There is a kind of... exclusivity, when you look through the hashtags of witchy posts. Witches only ever tag with “witchblr”, “witchcraft”, and “magick”.

This creates an accurate, non-spammy post, but it is also a post that will only show up on other witches’ dashboard and no one else’s. The community will never grow in this way because there will be no new people finding the community. It’s just an echo chamber.

Instead, diversify your tags. I’m not telling you to tag your ritual oil with ‘cars for sale’, but if you made a travel altar yourself, there’s nothing wrong in tagging it #crafting, #diy, #handmade, etc. 

Non-witches will then find the post and potentially become interested in the community, thus making it grow.

5) Make Original Content 🔮

Original content is the backbone of any community, and witchblr is dying because we’re not producing any. So if you want to revive witchblr, make content of your own.

No, it doesn’t have to be well thought-out. Heck, it doesn’t even have to be good. Original content can be anything! It can be you posting about a witchy thing that happened. It can be your drawing, or a picture you took. It could even be memes???

Or it could be a ‘how to wake witchblr’ post that you wrote because you have a script due 3 weeks ago and somehow this is your idea of procrastination

The point is: just click that ‘Make a Post’ button, and make a freaking post !

6) Share This, and Add Your Own Tips! 🖤

Now that you know these, it’s time to let other people know too ! I put a lot of thoughts into this post, but I have to admit that these tips will only work if everyone in the community is doing it. 

If you have other tips or ways to make Witchblr more active, feel free to reblog with your own addition too.

I love this community, and if you’re reading this post I��m sure you do as well. It’s not gonna happen overnight, but I know that we can be as active as we used to be. We’ve got the heart, we just need the action.

Hey there, you said your ask box was open for Justin Min's whole thing? I guess I just slept through the whole thing, honestly - could you just go over a gist of everything that happened? I get that it seems like a PR team didn't know how to use twitter (which, mood) and f-ed things up for him, but what were they "cleaning up" in the first place, who's Anna what did they do that warranted such a bizarre thread from the PR team, etc...? 😳

Hey! Okay so this is going to be a lot, so buckle up.

Right off the bat, I just want to say that Justin isn’t cancelled. The situation has been mostly resolved right now (more on that later).

So around a week ago, Justin Min started deleting his replies to fans. Depending on whether you’re on Twitter or not, you might know that Justin is one of the most interactive people of the cast. He knows a lot of fans by name, he has inside jokes with us, and he just interacts a lot with his fanbase. So you can imagine why him suddenly starting to delete his replies was a bit upsetting. There was nothing we could do about it though.

And suddenly, two days ago, Justin deactivated his account out of nowhere, which caused all kinds of drama to go down.

People started pointing the finger at specific accounts saying it was their fault that Justin deactivated (don’t even get me started on that logic; why a grown-ass adult deactivate because of a few teenagers is above me, it literally made no sense), even sending death threats. Others suspected that he got suspended because Twitter’s algorithm saw all these tweets get deleted and was like “welp, bot time.” Long story short, lots of misinformation was going around.

And then out of the blue, Justin’s account was reactivated, and he made a thread directed at Anna.

Now, who is Anna? Anna is a stan on twitter, whose @ I won’t be sharing for privacy, but here’s how they’re relevant in this:

Remember when I mentioned the inside jokes? Well, one of them was between a fan called Matt and Justin. Matt kept commenting on Justin’s tweets asking him to say trans rights. On the one year anniversary of Matt asking Justin to say trans rights, Justin finally said it. Then, Matt made a poll asking other stans what he should have Justin say next, and lesbian rights won.

Around a month ago, Matt replied to one of Justin’s tweets, and Justin responded with something along the lines of “haha, i know this is just an attempt to get me to say lesbian rights,” referencing the inside joke. People started commenting that the way he phrased it was a bit :/ so then he replied to his own tweet with something like “well, i’ll delete this before i get cancelled,” and that’s when things spiraled.

Lesbians get spoken over and looked down upon not only by straight people, but also the LGBT community. So when Justin tweeted that, lesbians were like “this sounds as if you care more about your own self image rather than our community.” Then, non-lesbians got involved and started either a) calling Justin lesbophobic (which lesbians never did) or b) blindly defending Justin and saying he did nothing wrong.

(Side note: I am not a lesbian, and I’m not trying to speak over lesbians in this situation. But I did talk about this to some of my friends who are lesbians, and they told me that what Justin did wasn’t as big of a deal as Twitter made it out to be. These are their words, not mine. All I know is that it was definitely not bad-intentioned, just a huge misunderstanding.)

Anyway, Anna made a thread explaining to Justin why him defending himself came out as harmful towards the lesbian community, and then Justin apologised and that was it.

Which brings us back to yesterday (26/9/2020).

Everyone is freaking out, posting misinformation, panicking. I don’t exactly,,, know how, but the #justinminisoverparty hashtag started being used for actual hate towards Justin for deactivating, and some people (including Anna, though I think their tweet was in the context of a joke? please take this with a grain of salt though. update: it was in the context of a joke) mentioned that Justin is a lesbophobe.

A few hours later, Justin reactivated his account, tagged Anna, and said this (though it was actually his PR team, more on that later):

The next twenty minutes were pure chaos. Justin deactivated again, everyone started freaking out because that was very out of character for him. People were cancelling him because this could have easily been resolved in DMs, or tweeted without the mention of Anna (a minor) from a mainstream Twitter account.

And then, Justin Min DMed another fan on Instagram (her name is Em) about the situation.

Who is Em? For starters, I’d like to say that I personally know Em and that she’s one of my best friends. I’ve known her for more than a year now, and I can personally vouch for her. Everything that she posted is 100% true (if you want the thread where she posts proof of the DMs, please send me a different ask because I’m scared tumblr will not post this in the tag if I include it here).

The reason Justin DMed her out of all people is because he also kinda knows her? As I mentioned, Justin interacts with us on Twitter a lot, and Em is the one person he’s responded to the most, so he knows who she is. (He’s tagged her more times than other cast members, at least before all his tweets were deleted by his PR team.)

Anyway, this is what Em tweeted:

justin dmed me on instagram and basically the gist of it is that he hired a pr team and they tweeted the thread at anna without knowing everyone could see it. all of the tweets being deleted/ him deactivating was also them.]

And then, in a follow-up tweet:

Justin’s text: i mean, i guess you can share the information i’ve given you? it’ll take a bit of time for me to take back ownership on everything as i sever ties with that team, so maybe the sooner the better people know.

Justin’s text: sure.]

Then Justin’s account got reactivated an hour ago (almost 24hs after Em’s tweets), and he tweeted this:

And that’s all, I think? There’s lots we don’t know about what happened yet, so please please please try not to spread misinformation. This is a stressful situation for us on Twitter, and especially for Justin, and misinformation going around is the last thing we need right now.

tl;dr: Justin Min hired a PR Team that started deleting all of his tweets and deactivated his account. Misinformation started spreading, people started cancelling Justin for no reason. The PR Team decided to respond to Anna, made the response public, deactivated again. Justin DMed Em and explained the situation, and an hour ago, he reactivated and said he’s taking a small break to sort things out.

how’d u get into writing?

not to be like, super cliche, but I’ve...kind of always been a writer? as long as I can remember I’ve been telling stories, and when I was too young to read or write I would dictate them to my mom, who would type them up for me and help me choose clipart illustrations to accompany them. when I got old enough I would always be writing; I attempted my first novel at age 9, and while that never really went anywhere I did finish the darn thing and it had some pretty sophisticated plot twists for a 9-year-old!

like, writing fic

around the same time I got into fandom! I was deep into Warrior cats (like. really deep) and I believe I started writing my first fics when I was like? 10 or 11? my memory is kind of fuzzy on the order of things, but I know I got an account on the Warriors forums when I was 9, and that I was already posting my fic there when I made my FFN account. I believe I was 12 when that happened, but who knows. I haven’t the faintest idea of what happened with those forums, but uhhh pretty much all of my Warriors fic is still up on FFN lmao. you could probably find that if you want to but um...maybe don’t?

my first Big Fic was a self-insert of...my entire 5th/6th grade class into the then-current timeline of the Warriors books...well. I honestly think that might still be my most popular fic of all time l m a o though I try not to think about it because Hashtag Cringe. though as much as I look back on that time with a “yikes,” I am very grateful for the Warriors fandom in a way? that place was so accepting and encouraging of OCs, of AUs, of completely disregarding canon, of worldbuilding that is completely alien from canon - it was a fantastic sandbox to begin with, there were so many ways to write stories and practically all of them were accepted and had fellow fans invested in them!

and being part of the silm community, 

soooo I wrote Warriors fic until my freshman year of high school (wow sdjfhkdsjfh), which was when BOTFA came out, and I was absolutely wrecked by the ending and immediately started writing my own fixit fic. I was also super hooked on Kiliel! so that was my intro to the Tolkien fandom; and simultaneously, I joined tumblr, and, well, the rest is history tbh.

I honestly do not remember when I first read the Silm, but I kind of got into the more obscure parts of the Tolkien fandom through fandom osmosis, and I do have a vague memory of doodling the Finwean family tree in geometry class so it might have been later on in freshman year? that was also the same time I was having my Queer Awakening, and Russingon definitely contributed to me unlearning my internalized queerphobia, so probably around then.

anyway - queer awakening, tumblr, Tolkien, transitioning from FFN to AO3 - all of that was happening around the same time. I know I dipped my toes in the Silm fandom then, but I was still primarily a Hobbit fic writer focusing on Kiliel. toward the end of high school I kind of shifted to LOTR and (qp) Gigolas...but somehow the Silm fandom is the most active of the Big Three within the Tolkien fandom, and I was getting dragged further and further in.

it wasn’t until @backtomiddleearthmonth 2019, my freshman year of college, that I really dove into writing Silm fic! I picked some Silm-specific bingo cards and never looked back :D that was really not all that long ago but I am obsessed in a way I don’t really remember being even with TH/LOTR, I obviously cannot see the future but I anticipate hanging out here for a long time. the Silm fandom is great overall and there’s just so much material to work with!! <3

being Known, that stuff?

so I don’t really have a whole lot of context on how “well known” I am in the fandom?? definitely within the past year and a half or so I’ve noticed that I like, get asks like this, and get a significant amount of notes on my posts, and I’ve made a lot of fandom friends especially since I joined some Silm servers on Discord (hmu if you want invites; I’m on the SWG server and 2 general Silm servers and the Russingon server) this past year. and I have 3,000 followers as of this month - and while ever since I hit 1k I don’t particularly pay attention to my follower count I can definitely say that I have more engagement now than I used to! but it took me a long time to build this “audience,” I suppose; I’ve been around the Tolkien fandom since late 2014, so nearly 6 years of this, lol.

really the best way to build a following, in my experience, is to just post a lot of stuff. when I started making edits I got a lot more engagement, because for a long time I would post one every day! (I made them in batches and queued them; I didn’t actually make one every day lol...and now I’m too busy to do that, so I just make edits for events and whenever I feel like it) And I have [checks ao3] 145 works in the Silm fandom as of today - I’m fairly prolific! I’ve come to generally expect 3-10 comments on most of my oneshots, which is a lot more than I used to have back in the day. consistency and quantity are more likely to attract people to your work - and quality, of course.

also: how’d u build up the confidence to start posting meta/hcs?

I’ve been writing since I was very young, and I’ve been writing fic for like...11 years? I think? in that time I’ve produced a lot of garbage, but imo most of that was in my Warrior cats phase, so I came into the Tolkien fandom with confidence in myself and my writing. I’m also working on original fiction on the side (I hope to eventually become a published fantasy author, but right now school takes up most of my time that I don’t devote to fandom, which gives me more immediate gratification and also is just Very Fun) and I know I’m a good writer.

basically, I’ve been doing this for like...half my life, and I’m still fairly young, so I’ve had time to build up my skill and confidence and I know I’m only going to get better with time. you will get better with practice. like I said, I’ve written a lot of terrible stuff, and it’s only through sucking for a long time that I’ve gotten to the point I am now. and I am far from perfect; I know I still have lots of room to grow!

for meta and headcanons specifically, I started with writing fic, and then when I didn’t think I could stretch something into an entire fic I would just make a hc post. I have a vivid memory of writing my first meta in a notebook during driver’s ed because it was so goddamn boring and I had Thoughts about Tauriel and Thranduil!

in my experience, meta comes from having Opinions and wanting to share them and most importantly to back them up - you need to have sources! you need to have reasons! you need to have justification! otherwise it’s not meta, it’s a headcanon or an AU. which is fine!! I love hc/AU!!! but they are not the same as meta, and I’m a stickler for being accurate when it comes to meta. if you have sources and shit to back you up, that will help you build the confidence to share your meta.

sharing disinformation and passing it off as meta instead of just coming out and saying this is a headcanon/baseless theory/AU or whatever is such a fandom pet peeve of mine; it’s not bad for something to not be Accurate! you just have to have that disclaimer - and even when you’re writing meta, you’re offering an interpretation of the text, and you need to acknowledge that other interpretations also exist and are valid.

um. I hope this answers your questions? and sorry for basically word-vomiting my entire life story, lol. this post got long; the main reason I’ve written so much fic is because I really just cannot shut up for the life of me. sooo if you can tear of that filter of being shy and just. say shit. you can go so far~!

OH and one more thing - I can’t believe I almost forgot this - but part of being a writer is participating in the community. this is code for LEAVE A DAMN COMMENT IF YOU LIKE A FIC. that’s how I made most of my fandom friends before Discord! I follow @ao3feed-silmarillion and stalk that blog for new Silm fics; I read the ones that interest me and comment on them.

I know this is not really the most common way for folks to find fic but it’s so rewarding to interact with new fic, new writers, new commentors, new stories - you can find gems that don’t rise to the top of the kudos/bookmark lists; you become friends with your fellow writers; you can watch people grow and change; you support smaller content creators. yeah, you might not be getting Just The Best Stuff, but it’s so so so worth it!!

and if you make friends in the comment section of other people’s fic - I guarantee you some of them will go to your AO3 profile and check out your fic, too! and they’ll leave comments! this is a fic community, and that’s what I cherish about fandom most of all, tbh.

PSA About this very toxic and problematic Tumblr, PART 2

This is the comment they made on a post that depicts gay men marrying in different countries. While the post itself is wholesome and beautiful, this person decided to make it homophobic. Well, other people did it before with the typical “God’s going to send you to hell” rhetoric and vomit emojis. But gay men marrying each other is not “why we need feminism.” 

Why include the tags for black people and BLM? What do they have to do with this weird post? It’s one thing to inform your partners that you have an STD, at least then you’re trying to keep your partner safe. While I agree that we should de-stigmatize sexually transmitted diseases and stop slut shaming, I don’t know how I feel about someone looking for a pat on the back for contracting all three? This is why sex ed is important to PREVENT the spread of these diseases but also to treat patients with sympathy and to help people get common sense about their practices to prevent all three from happening.

First of all, I'm pretty sure ‘prostitute’ is on its way out. I believe the modern politically correct term is sex worker. Not everyone is obligated to date someone who is a sex worker or enjoy their profession. Some people are disgusted and they probably weren’t worth the date anyway. Some people might be a little uncomfortable with the idea. Sex work shouldn’t be romanticized and pushed as an ideal job. It’s hard, it’s emotionally taxing, and for full contact sex workers (i.e. sex workers who go all the way) it runs the risk of contracting STDs, physical harm and abuse, violence or death, and it can make it harder to find a traditional job if they choose to leave sex work. It’s a stereotype to label trans women as sex workers, especially when so many are killed every day due to that profession. Being a “slut” or enjoying a lot of sex doesn’t make one a sex worker. Sex is not a human right nor is it even the “biggest one we deserve” as access to shelter, food, and clean water trumps sex, but maybe that’s just my asexuality speaking for me.

Again, why drag BLM and black people into a post that doesn’t regard them except in the tags to get more views? That part is disgusting. What’s also gross is the assumption that all women or femme presenting people enjoy being called sluts. Some people do and find it empowering, and that’s good for them. However, not everyone feels that way. This post also disregards sex-repulsed asexuals and people who don’t have as much interest in sex or having multiple partners without being asexual (yes, those people exist).

I don’t know, chief. It sounds like you’re implying something you believe and are just covering your ass. As if saying the bare minimum makes up for the fact that this is the same blogger who uses the BLM tag in posts that don’t concern the movement or black rights?

Yeah, let’s not force people to come out, especially if they’re surrounded by family or a community that helped internalize that homophobia. This is an extreme view but torturing people isn’t going to make them come out of the closet. It certainly doesn’t help push them back in the closet, does it?

Again, why are you using the blm movement hashtag in a post like this? If you’re so pro-LGBT+, why is this so blatantly homophobic? You can’t support gay rights while discriminating against gay men and gay men marrying each other. Toxic masculinity is a thing, but fuck you if you’re going to swing so far left you start sounding like the anti-LGBT+ groups you hate so much.

You do not get to decide whether or not bisexuality is valid. You do not get to decide whether or not bisexual people exist. Its definition has changed slightly to mean at least two genders of attraction, but it certainly doesn’t me you can throw a pity party and claim that bisexuality is an “outdated term” and we should “scrap it” because you don’t think it’s valid. If anyone here is the bigot, it’s you.

Lady also means a woman of money and power. Freyja means “lady.” Do you think that Frejya, the Norse goddess of love, sex, war, and beauty and who decided which fallen warrior got to go to Valhalla was a “helpless little creature” for the gods to “domineer over and control and r-word...etc”? Should we never more refer to Isis (goddess) as Lady of the Green Crops or Great Lady of Magic? The fact that you will use slut to reclaim the word, but ‘lady’ can’t be reclaimed for others is hypocritical.

I’d hate to say it, but not everyone is gay and saying ‘I love you’ doesn’t have to mean romantic feelings for people. Asexual and aromantic people exist too. Hell, some people are just genuinely nice, loving, and really care about their friends and say stuff like that in a platonic way. Not everything is driven by desire for romance or being attracted to someone.

It’s finally over. I’m sorry for the delay but stuff has been Happening. If there’s a tourism site that attracts you more to one city or the other, let me know.

Calgary | Edmonton

Below is some meta stuff about the ‘research’ (if you can even call it   that, it was more of a vibe check) I did for re-doing the profiles. Read  on, if it intrigues you. And I gotta mention there’s a bonus rabbit hole I went down for Calgary’s self-image that is. Well. A Lot.

Major Cities: Calgary and Edmonton

We made it team, the heart of the Battle of Alberta, the major city rivalry that defined generations. Calgary is the largest city in the province and the centre of southern Alberta, a young, fast-paced major city that oscillates wildly between boom and bust and is attracting both attention and employees from the traditional major cities in Canada. Edmonton is the capital of the province and the the most northern major city with a metro population of over one million on the continent, a little older and more blue collar, somewhat more stable economically, and quickly rising to meet the challenges presented by open data and sustainable urban planning. And, as we know, they've been antagonizing each other since the 19th century, but collaborating as well.

Website Round Up Premise

While I was revisiting these character profiles, I took a look at how cities represented themselves on their municipal sites and tourism sites rather than how cities were represented in the news or in stereotypes, as the latter already tend to live in the back of my head. I was interested to see who the target audiences for each city were, what they considered their strengths, and how much effort each city put into putting its own identity on display. I was also interested into what ideas sort of fed into any pre-existing confirmation bias I had about each city's personality as well as interested in what narratives might be used to counteract negative stereotypes.The first thing I tended to notice was the overall information architecture of each city's website. How easy were they to navigate? What kinds of information did they have? How did they organize it? How did they communicate that information?

Out and About

There's a sharp difference between the websites of major cities from other cities. They are very careful to separate the corporation of 'The City of' from the cities we might know, and therefore both websites have a much more business-like tone and more distance from their civic identities. This means no traditional "About" pages as other cities might have.

At the time I'm visiting, Edmonton's page has some ADORABLE art of a nuthatch that's making me very homesick. Calgary has a seasonally appropriate snowy skyline.

Calgary does have an "Our Organization" tab which describes the City as a corporation, and likewise Edmonton has a "City Government" tab that performs a similar function. Edmonton's is in alphabetical order which is only a little annoying and Calgary's reads like a very perfectly chunked business portfolio that doesn't... really say as much as it looks like it does, but it does get bonus points for vision/organization/accessibility.

I have never seen a more concise history of Calgary in my life. It's literally three bullet points and a couple of bracketing sentences, but it does do the job. Calgary is, more or less, what it says it is (although I do take slight issue with its self identification as a trading post - it may have functioned that way but that was not what it was founded for and in fact the trading companies gtfo'd asap in those early days). It goes on to paint a very good sketch of the city in as few lines as possible in the text, and there's a little video at the end that feels like it was voiced over in 1988 even though it's clearly not.

Edmonton's City government page is even vaguer. Let's make a more dynamic and resilient Edmonton shall we, the page suggests. Resilient against What Exactly, I wonder. Winter? The boom-bust? Calgary? who knows. The majority of the sub pages are even more mysterious and essentially paint the picture of a city. It's a normal city. Trust us. We do city things. Here is exactly how government works and how to raise and lower a flag. In Edmonton, which is, in fact, a city.

I'm begging you if you think Calvin is hokey and annoying please read the Our Culture page and see it's EXACTLY how I intended to portray him because it's eXACTLY what it's already like. "The Four C's of Our Culture" give me a break.

Edmonton offers me a picture of the skyline and says "City of Opportunity: City of You". I suppose this is true. I don't know what it means. I fear slightly for its intentions.

I keep seeing "Calgary: A great place to make a living, a great place to make a life" and it's like. Stop! I won't go! You can't make me! (and again the Strong and Resilient Calgary. these kids are always catching colds because they don't eat properly.)

Although Edmonton makes literally zero attempt to define itself (outside perhaps the official symbols page hidden under Facts and Figures), what strikes me is that it is portraying itself as a very future-oriented city, which, when I was growing up we really never were. We were an inward city constantly wishing we were somewhere else which is partially still true, and we were a city with such an intense nostalgia (that unlike Calgary we failed to really capitalize on) that grated roughly against a complete failure to preserve history. It does kind of make me glad that the city is looking towards the future and just like, acknowledging basic realities (like snow) and trying to involve people in urban planning more (and throughout the website the city LOOOOVES to share data which I also called, haha). There's also an adorable animation of the city road map in its strategic planning pages. It's interesting that for a city that leaves itself up to your own interpretation, it does have a LOT of information about itself collected and available.

Tourism

Oddly enough, neither city has substantially changed their tourism homepage to accommodate COVID-related staycation plans, although each does mention that many things may be closed or unavailable as a result of the pandemic.

CaLGARy, Be PaRT of THe EnERGy!!

I like how Edmonton's self-presentation is "original" and "we do things differently". It's like a Keep ___ Weird thing but in an understated self-assured way that makes me laugh a little. Like yeah, I guess we are kind of different, I guess we're just not used to seeing that as a good thing.

In the tourism guides there isn't much to say about Calgary's that isn't just "oh, classic Calgary" but I do think the fact that they have "quick facts" to explain what timezone it's in and what currency they use is adorable to say the least. also the title of the guide is CALGARY (and the canadian rockies) and that sums up Calgary pretty well, which I'll elaborate on more.

I actually can't find Edmonton's guide, if it has one, but that's ok. The website hits all the buttons that I would and I actually use exploreedmonton quite frequently because it has a nicer event calendar than the city website does, which is important in a place nicknamed Festival City. I really appreciate how things are organized by month/season and even down to "what's happening today/tomorrow/this week" because it makes planning trips for my visitors easy, so now you know my secret : ) I wish I could just beam this site directly into people's brains when they mention "oh yeah thats where the mall is" when I say I'm from Edmonton.

Interestingly enough it's Calgary's turn to be vague, which I can only assume is part of its "exactly what it says it is" charm. This desperation to find a shred of self-description outside of things to do and places to stay led me down a rabbit hole I will elaborate on in a moment that truly showed me I Knew Nothing about how deep Calgary's branding goes. Otherwise, the website is very practical and functions more like an answer to questions you had about the what and the how and less so the why.

Also, the "Locals" page on Calgary's site has tips on hosting friends and family from around the province safely during the pandemic which is kind of cute. Edmonton doesn't really have a local page (i guess because if we had a hashtag like #loveyyc we'd ruin it)

Bonus: The Rabbit Hole

I wondered why Calgary's tourism page, which I expected to be the most in your face description of the city possible, fell kind of flat. I learned this seems to be because tourists are not the target audience that Calgary wants to attract. It's companies and corporations, and they get their own page.

Boy oh boy do they get their own page

This led me down this frightening path of getting validation like being repeatedly punched in the face by what On Brand Calgary truly means and I'm frankly quite speechless about it - all I can say is that you need to see it for yourself.

The tourism site gestures to a Billion reasons why you should hold your next meeting in Calgary and here is where the self definition as Big City Energy and Western Hospitality starts kicking the tires and lighting the fires. Likewise with the media-oriented page. Suddenly stuff like the Calgary Bucket List starts popping up and I can't help but go hang on, why not suggest this to tourists?

"It's cowboy spirit, but also refined and cosmopolitan" [sighs into hands]

Suddenly all the "Calgarians love visitors! Calgarians love the outdoors!" stuff is spilling out like water from a dam here. "Where's Calgary?" [Link that reads FIND US].

Like i literally feel like the tourism side on the left is the Kids Menu, it's the corporate stuff on the right that I'm actually finding the type of information I want on. Eventually, I somehow make my way to Calgary's Destination Strategy which is trying to make Calgary a place that... well, people go. Like, internationally. Like the Olympics but MORE of that.

Then I find the Brand Evolution. Then I find Calgary's Economic Development site. The poetry about rocky mountain prairie skies and "where a handshake still means something" starts to reach its peak.

Then back through the tourism site I find the video. And the video makes me shake because it suggests the premise of The Powerpoint.

The Powerpoint. I cannot summarize the powerpoint in any meaningful way or how my emotions were a rollercoaster further and further up and down the longer i scrolled. Everything I know and suggest about Calgary seems to be unequivocally true, including the sense that Calgary as a person is the sort of person who makes powerpoints about his own identity crisis because that's precisely what this is.

And then I get to the part of the powerpoint that suggests I imagine what kind of person the city of Calgary might be (and implied: does that person think about anything other than the mountains???) THEY EVEN DID AN OCEAN PERSONALITY TEST FOR THE CITY I KID YOU NOT

(food talk cw) hi, so sorry for such a weird question but i saw your posts on EDS and POTS and i wanted to ask if you’re comfortable with answering: what do you usually eat?? i (probably) have both and eating is so complicated because so many foods make me feel worse + the pain and dizziness when i cook by myself lead to me eating a lot of junk food. i would ask my doctor but the last time i brought it up she told me to eat quinoa bowls and salads and that was not helpful at all lmao

If you’re reacting so poorly to food, I’d recommend researching/asking a doctor about MCAS, IBS and/or other illnesses that affect one’s digestion. EDS, POTS and MCAS are extremely comorbid with each other. It’s very likely for people with EDS to have a combination of those three, including all of them together, which I, my mom and sister do. IBS, food allergies and reflux are common for us too.

My case of POTS and MCAS are luckily pretty mild (hEDS is the one that kicks my ass into Jupiter), so I have no problem eating whatever I want besides my also mild lactose intolerance regarding which my hubris knows no end.

My sister is the one who has the MCAS bad. She takes a lot of meds to protect her highly damaged digestive track. On top of those meds, she takes lactase to counter her INTENSE lactose intolerance. At least in my country, lactase pills are very cheap and accessible. Regarding her diet specifically, she basically has to avoid dairy and spicy food, even garlic and onions, at least until her digestive track heals if it does at all. You can ask her directly here @marui-bunta though she’s not always on Tumblr.

She avoids sweeteners such as saccharine, sucralose and all that too, opting for regular sugar instead. I don’t remember if she does well with stevia or not. I’d also avoid food with too much artificial coloring if I were you (triggers my brother’s reflux a lot). I know it’s much easier and all, but I’d just drop junk food if I were you. :/ Many are spicy, and the AGGRESSIVE artificial coloring can’t be making things better.

We could only prove that her digestive track is nearly destroyed by doing one of those tests where they insert a tiny camera in to take pictures from the inside, so maybe if you can get that done that could help at getting doctors to at least acknowledge that there’s something going on beyond an upset tummy.

My mom is the one whose case of POTS is the most debilitating among us. What works for her is taking isotonic drinks, adding more salt into her diet, and not drinking TOO much water (but still drinking some). That pretty much fixed her dizziness, and helped with her fatigue, muscle pain and brain fog. Note that there’s more than one type of POTS so higher salt intake could have the opposite effect on you, but it works for us and a large number of POTS patients.

Is there a way you can sit on a chair while cooking to avoid getting too fatigued? Also, steam in the air is pretty bad for us which is one of the main reasons why bathing/taking showers can drain us of all our energy or even make us pass out, so this might be a reach but maybe the steam from cooking isn’t helping either? If that’s a factor I’d keep the door/windows open, use some other form of ventilation, or a dehumidifier while cooking.

Compression leggings are something else that people with POTS use to fight it off. If you’re from the northern hemisphere you’re going into winter right now so this may be the best time to test those out.

I’ve recommended looking into this before, but there’s a hashtag on Twitter #NEISvoid for people with any sort of chronic illness to form community, ask questions, spread information and health tips, and just. Fucking vent.

Does anyone else have any advice to give? Or maybe something to correct me on because I’m much more knowledgeable strictly on EDS than the others.

Oh, and fuck your doctor. I’m so sorry you got such an intellectually lazy and inept one.

Oh would you look at that! The insane level of reblogging that my chronic pain post is getting has reminded me of yet ANOTHER aspect of the culture within the chronic illness community that I cannot abide or support. 

Let’s examine this, shall we?

Within the last day or so, someone reblogged it and added the hashtag “fuck doctors”. hm... Let’s talk about why that’s not ok at all, shall we?

Now, this isn’t an isolated incident. I actually see that sentiment a lot, often paired with “you know your body best” and often coming from so-called “self diagnosed” people who spout off about knowing more than doctors. 

First off, just to get this out of the way, self diagnosis is not valid. I’ve said it before and I will say it until the day I fucking die; it’s absolutely ok and encouraged to do some research as to possible causes of your symptoms, it’s ok and encouraged for you to advocate for yourself and to bring them up to your doctor to see if they feel the overall symptoms fit that diagnosis. It’s ok and encouraged to seek a second opinion if you feel necessary. 

HOWEVER it is not ok to doctor hop again and again until you find one who tells you what you want to hear. It isn’t ok to claim you have a condition that a medical professional hasn’t diagnosed you with. You can say “oh I think I may have this, but I need to bring it up with my doctor to see what they think.” You do not know more than your doctor. While you may suspect you have something based on your symptoms and a google search, your doctors have been to med school (hence them being a doctor and you not being one) so there are definitely things either within your symptoms or within the diagnosis that you don’t really know about or understand that make it a poor fit. 

Yes, occasionally you will bump into a doctor who is a prick that doesn’t listen to patients at all. BUT if every single doctor you see is ‘mean’ or ‘not listening’ or ‘a bully’ then you need to take a step back and take a look at what you are doing. There’s a saying that applicable here: It’s common to meet an asshole from time to time, but if everyone you meet is an asshole, then it’s more likely that you are the problem/asshole. That also applies to doctors.

I feel you. I’m long winded. sorry about that. 

So the chronic illness community at large has fostered an attitude and stance the last few years or so that if a doctor doesn’t agree with you or give you what you want, they are horrible and mean. Typing that out or saying it out loud, it sounds like a very spoiled child, right? Yeah. In the same vein, there’s been an attitude that has sprouted and taken root from that, which is the ‘fuck doctors’ thing. It’s basically fostering a blanket distrust and dislike of medical professionals, which is incredibly dangerous. 

I understand how frustrating it can be to be undiagnosed and not know what is happening to your body, to just want a name for it so you at least know what you’re up against. As someone who didn’t get diagnosed until she was 31 despite glaring, lifelong symptoms, I get it. But that doesn’t make it ok to self diagnose or distrust and discredit medical professionals, most of whom are just trying to help. They usually want to get to the bottom of things just as much as you do. They became doctors to help people become healthy or at least mitigate the impact of their condition via various types of symptom management. 

Chronically ill people (and really people in general) need to keep in mind that information within the field of medicine is constantly changing, evolving, being added to. As more conditions are discovered and more information about currently known conditions and how to treat them is discovered via research and clinical trials, the more new information doctors have to learn. And the field of medicine in general moves forward so rapidly that there is no conceivable way for every doctor or medical professional to keep up. I think that as long as they are willing to learn new things, even if only as they come up, then they are doing fantastic. 

Let’s talk about a real world example, shall we? 

I have vascular ehlers danlos syndrome. It’s a fairly uncommon and serious subtype of the ehlers danlos family of conditions. When my rheumatologist gave me a clinical diagnosis of just ‘ehlers danlos’ while we awaited my genetic testing appointment, I went in to my general doctor to update her. She said, “Well, I don’t know much about EDS, but I will do some research to get us through until we find out for sure which type you have, then I will dig into that one, too.” My cardiologist was the same way and when I came into my first appointment after notifying them of my official diagnosis (post genetic test), he was visibly excited because he found the research about it to be really interesting and he wouldn’t have ever done research about it had I not been his patient. 

My point in this example is that doctors are people, too, and cannot be reasonably expected to have all knowledge of every condition ever, especially with the rate at which new information is discovered in their fields, how quickly advances are made. Think about it. Would it be reasonable for you to know every single thing about whatever field you are in? No because that wouldn’t be a reasonable expectation for any human being. What is expected is a willingness to listen, observe, and learn on the doctors part and a willingness to listen, adequately and realistically communicate, and follow your treatment plan is expected of you as a patient. 

This whole movement of demonizing medical professionals and nurturing a distrust in them has to stop. This weird culture of thinking that your google search overrides their medical degree has to stop. 

I mean, shit, I’m betting a lot of the chronic illness community who does that last bit were rolling their eyes, shocked, or just plain livid at all the people during this Covid pandemic who claimed their google research was more valid than the medical professionals at the CDC, WHO, and various governments’ agencies. 

Yep. When you run around your chronic illness blog or group claiming that your research & life in your body is more valid than the experience, education, and conclusions of your licensed medical professional, you sound JUST LIKE the people who during the pandemic have claimed that what the CDC and WHO say is wrong and needing masks is a lie because they “did their ReSeArCh” via facebook or google. 

So, stop acting like a covid denier or anti masker. stop nurturing this hate and distrust of doctors who more often than not are just trying to help. Yeah, they may tell you stuff you don’t want to hear or disagree with, but the fact is that at the end of the day, they literally went to school for AGES specifically for this. No amount of google searches or living in a body is going to outweigh that. 

If it did, we’d all be fucking doctors.

Hook-up and dating apps – Sex Ed for Bi Guys

Guys ask on r/BisexualMen how they can find other people with whom they can explore their bisexuality. While most of the time its men seeking a first experience with another guy, it can also be about exploring sex with women or people of other genders. While gay men know the world of hook-up apps for men, many bi guys might not be. Also, for bisexual, pansexual, and polysexual men, there are options that are more interesting for us than for monosexuals (folks attracted to a single gender). This post is a brief guide to the most interesting options to get started. You must be at least 18 years old to use these apps. Also, I’m in Montreal, so the size of the userbase for each app in your area might differ.

Quick pointers

Have good photos. Smile on them. The more photos you can put up, the better.

Mention early on in your profile what will make you stand out. What kind of person do you hope will contact you? Put forward your qualities and interests that would grab their attention.

State clearly what you are looking for, but don’t be a jerk about it.

Read people’s profile and mention something that you liked from it when you message the person.

Take the initiative and message people who catch your eye. Ask open questions that give them a chance to talk about themselves. Reply including some information the other person can engage with.

Do not send a pic of your junk unless the person told you they’d like to see it. It won’t take you long on hook-up apps to see why that’s a problem.

The male hook-up apps

These apps have many similarities. They are for men: some are more trans-friendly than others, but they acknowledge little gender diversity. They show you a grid of guys near you that you can contact. They allow profiles without a face pic unlike most other dating apps, which discreet/closeted guys might appreciate.

Grindr is the inevitable one, as it has the largest userbase of all hook-up apps for men. Most guys who are into guys end up on Grindr at some point or another. It’s meh for trans men and it has a reputation for being toxic, but you can meet good people on there still. It has a filter based on “tribes”, but it lacks features that set it apart for bi men.

Scruff also has a large user base. It’s geared towards hairier guys and people who like them, but not exclusively. It is friendlier than Grindr (for trans guys too), but expect some toxic stuff still. It’s more interesting for bi guys than Grindr, because you can tag yourself as bisexual and filter to see other guys who have done so.

There are more options with smaller userbases; they might be dead unless you are in a major U.S. or world city. Jack’d is known for being friendlier to people of colour – racism on male hook-up apps is a major issue – and people can select (and filter) a “bi/straight-curious” scene. Hornet adds a social media feed; you can hashtag yourself as bisexual and search by hashtag, but no bi guys were online in my area when I scoped the app out. GROWLr has a larger user base; it caters to hairy, bearded men (“bears”) – even more so than Scruff – but it has no bi-friendly features.

The dating apps

These apps are more dating-oriented, but many people use them for hook-ups also. They are not restricted to a single gender, but some are more gender-inclusive than others. Typically, the app presents you with a person’s profile, and you swipe right or left (or a variation on that) depending on whether you’re interested in them or not. When the other person also likes your profile, the app notifies you that you matched, and you can strike up a conversation. Unlike male hook-up apps though, face pics are usually mandatory.

Tinder has the largest userbase. Straight people use it the most, but there are people of all sexual orientations on it, and it has inclusive gender options. You can set the app to show you people of all genders, but Tinder tends to throw a truckload of women at you and few other people when you do that though. It makes attempts at inclusivity, but it wasn’t built from the ground up for that. Tinder lacks features that let you focus on people with similar interests and values, or other bi people also.

OkCupid has been friendly to bi and non-monogamous people from the get-go, and it has a large user base. It has a matching system in which you answer multiple-choice questions in an attempt to match you with users who have similar interests and values, and you can write detailed profiles. Like Tinder, it throws more women profiles at you than anyone else when you indicate your interest in multiple genders (it’s gender-inclusive). You can hide your profile from straight people if you’re worried about outing yourself. Although there are many search filters, you can’t filter for specific sexual orientations.

Hinge lets you put up your answer to three different questions that are a way of letting people know something about you. Their shtick is that people can like a specific answer or photo, providing a conversation starter and more to go on than profiles on Tinder. It’s gender-inclusive and it gives you a good gender balance when you tell it you’re interested in everyone. It’s reasonably well-populated also.

Feeld and #open embrace people attracted to multiple genders, and they offer many gender and sexual identity options. Many people seem there because they want to explore their sexuality. They have features for couples and make it easy to look for a threesome, although a single person looking for just one other partner is fine also. Feeld seemed more populated than #open in my area.

BiCupid is exclusively for bi people. You’re unlikely to encounter biphobia or be outed, but you won’t be able to meet gay or straight people through that app; it also lacks gender-inclusive options. Despite the similar names, it is not affiliated with OkCupid. BiCupid limits a lot of features for non-paying users though: you can’t be the first to message another person, and you can’t restrict the search radius to less than 320 km (and profiles are not sorted closest first).

Bumble is similar to Tinder, except only women can message men first; it also has a feature for people looking for friends rather than dates. It did a better job at showing a good women to men ratio, but it didn’t seem as populated as other Hinge or Feeld in my area.

This should give you an overview of apps that are worth checking out for a bi, pan, or polysexual man. Although the hook-up and dating scenes have moved to apps in this day and age, there is something to be said still about meeting people the good old-fashioned way: in person through social activities. This is a topic on which I’ll expand in an upcoming post.

—> Gaara has two jobs, one in a flower shop and the other in a coffee shop. Both sites are next to each other. He is a quiet and shy boy, he really possesses the same personality as Gaara being a child. Innocent and very kind. His favorite hobbies are taking pictures of all types of cacti found along the way.

On the other hand, Rock Lee is a boy who is passionate about motorcycles and martial arts. He is a lover of those machines, but he also has the desire to get to own his own dojo, and can teach martial art.

Lee began to frequent that cafe shop where was attracted to Gaara from the first moment.

—> In youth, Gaara and Rock Lee were very good friends… Lee was in love with Gaara, and Gaara too… Well, it could be said that too, although he was not sure what was happening to him. However, for a long time, Yashamaru had some hope for Gaara to become a good priest in the future, although Gaara was not sure of that. Everything changed when Yashamaru died and Gaara decided to take his uncle’s wish to make it happen. Lee, meanwhile, didn’t agree with that decision, knowing that it would ruin what he wanted for both. For a long time, Lee tried to get Gaara’s attention and divert him from that path, but Gaara continued.

—> This is a version with Gaako. The difference? It was the decision of Gaako and her father. But Lee will not lose his body and neither will sell his soul to the devil, on the contrary, he ends up accidentally put in a curse by a strange object.

Lee is the blacksmith of the royal army and the inquisition. The accident occurs, and the demon begins to torment Lee to agree to unleash the power he has given to him. The demon tortures Lee with his love for Gaako, making the impure desires fill his head to seek out of control of himself.

Paradoja

—> Rock Lee was herited from a great fortune by his father, but things are not so simple. He has to know how to maintain the business relationships and friendships that his father had, having to surpass his personality with a hard, cold and difficult mask to deceive those interested in knocking down his power herited. One day, Lee makes the decision to make a purchase of dancers for private shows to strengthen relationships with old friends of his father, as usually. He needs something new, and that’s when he meets Gaako.

Gaako, on the other hand, was never there from the beginning, she was never “a slave from birth”, but she was kidnapped for that business. Could it be that with Lee things made easier or worse for her? Actually, Gaako doesn’t feel confident about anyone. Lee is trapped by her unusual beauty and never before seen by those territories, but he must gain her confidence.

And well, each new page (most likely I’ll upload two pages per novel update), I’ll upload it on this same platform, at least, until I find another way, but to be honest, I like it more here. I will arrange each story with its update with its corresponding hashtag, that way I will also add previous page and next page in each description, including a translation, probably. :’)

Cada página nueva (lo más probable es que suba dos páginas por actualización de novela), la subiré en esta misma plataforma, al menos, hasta que encuentre otra manera, pero para ser sinceros, me gusta más por aquí.
