This is a livable space.#I've helped out friends and family who were struggling and let me just say...I have seen some pretty dysfunctional living spaces.#Hell I've *lived* in some very dysfunctional living spaces.#Hording dishes under the bed was always something that grossed me out but it's unfortunately something I've seen people do way too often.#The horror everyone has upon walking into WWX's 'living' set up is so consistently 'Mate how are you living like this?'#It's honestly so integral to me that WWX's 'just left home for the first time' house/room be a depression/dysfunction pit.#You can learn a lot about someon's state of mind from how they keep their living space...and this guy is oozing 'deep depression'.#I don't think he's eaten anything but foods that classify as a struggle meal in a year.#Everyone is trying to stage an intervention but he just isn't in a good enough place to help himself.#By the way: I want to steer away from shaming people who have messy homes/rooms because life *does* hit hard sometimes.#My love language is coming into your home to do your dishes and do some housework. Don't apologize for the mess king.#Nothing could top some of the places I've had to help my older siblings out of.#I'd be okay with my flatmate having a severed limb and a blood pool at this point.#As long as he lets me take out the dishes from under the bed - We're good! My standards are so low at this point.

Rereading the Our Worlds at War tie-in again and God I miss their friendship every day

#they're such an underrated dynamic from this series #like throughout yj98 there's a definite distance between tim and everybody else since he can't reveal his identity to them #and cassie is definitely way closer to cissie and kon and bart than she is to him bc of that distance #and you can feel that awkwardness here in the way she apologizes to him immediately -- they're not at the level #where she can just shout and be mean to him and know it'll be fine -- not like she is with cissie or kon #but for tim -- i think he is at that level? like he wouldn't shout at her either but that's cause he's generally sweet to the yj girls #he doesn't butt heads with cassie like he does with the guys - but i also think she's someone he trusts to have his back in a very real way #and i think it's really telling that when everybody was confronting him about batman's contingencies it was CASSIE'S opinion #he asked for -- like she was the last person he thought would think that of him #obligatory 'the two people who died in his granny goodness nightmare were cassie and kon'#idk there's such an undercurrent of care even if they don't get as many 'this is my best friend' moments like some of the others #aghhhh #and the way cassie so clearly respects his opinion and is so worried he'll be mad at her when she replaces him as leader #the way she's the first one to hug him when he comes back to the team after he quits #oof. #genzen #zengen #demon slayer #genya shinazugawa #zenitsu agatsuma #kimetsu no yaiba #genya x zenitsu #tanjirou kamado #tanjiro kamado #I’ve been feeling a very special type of sad lately so I wanted to kinda project that a little bit on my silly guys #I don’t often think about them in universe it’s always usually just modern au #I like to think that they were on good terms during hashira training #genya apologized for hitting him after they met up again from sanemis training #they spoke a little bit to each other at that point but after that it was mostly just #existing together during group hang outs #the whole group was preexisting already #genya just kinda would stand back and silently watch them have fun and banter #he never really felt like he belonged together with all of them #zenitsu also struggles with feeling like he doesn’t deserve to be apart of the group as well and will sometimes sit back with genya #they laugh together at inosuke and sit in a silence of mutual understanding #he doesn’t really show it but zenitsu is genuinely very torn up about hearing genya death #he missed his chance to be friends with the one guy he had the most in common with #he never got to see the soft side tanjirou would tell him about #if only they could’ve met before everything turned bad #if only they could’ve met in a world without demons #maybe they wouldn’t have turned out so bad if they had each other #maybe he would still be here if he had someone #zenitsu will forever beat himself up that someone as bad as him died when he himself lived #he didn’t deserve his second chance at life just as much as genya didn’t

As a Cinderella Boy reader and fast-passer Idk where else to put this but I have THOUGHTS okay. Fast-pass episode 58 spoilers below the cut (obviously)

OKAY SO, “STILL WATERS PT.2” WAS PAINFUL, but I have thoughts. Not great thoughts cuz season finale be upon thee, but thoughts that need out! Chase has mentioned several times in previous chapters that he dislikes boats. Deacon laughs it off and says it’s just cuz he gets seasick, but he didn’t seem so seasick on the little ferry that rode calmly on a quaint lake.

Chase ALSO didn’t want to do the book where their ship wrecks and he and Deacon would get stranded on an island until Deacon said they’d use the bookmark trick and just chill on the beach.

He claims he doesn’t like water when Buddy tossed him in the ocean as revenge for a beach ball to the face (LOL) but he didn’t mind it all that much because it was shallow water. He DID NOT want to go in Deacon’s Ship books because storms are in the name and the water would likely be rough and deep and dangerous.

Now water is seeping in from everywhere and filling up the book and Chase is panicking about being stuck in a book with sudden rising water.

Do you see where I’m going here???
