Hello, my fellow dukhi aatmas. I am back again with more prominent dark circles and eye pain from sleep deprivation. What are you guys doing? I am listening to a lecture on PHP. Trust me, it's not that interesting.

As I told you peeps in the last post, I am re-reading my old books. I meant the ones I own. So back in those days (I am 19), Chetan Bhagat was the Colleen Hoover. Lots of books, popular and overrated. My father used to buy a lot of books back then. Unfortunately, the Bhagat ones were in English so I read them because I had nothing better to do.

So, I found one of his books and I am not reading that again because I pity myself. I would not say why I don't like his work but it's not worth your time. He definitely doesn't know what he is writing that I can say for sure.

His Dark Materials by Phillip Pullman is a must-read. The world-building, the way Pullman just grabs on to your attention and doesn't let go throughout the whole series is awe-inspiring. What a man! It also shows how kids are told they can be anything they want but only one thing when they grow up and how they slowly lose their hope in the world.

I read a lot of Sherlock Holmes and I still do. One of my favourite renditions of Holmes and Moriarty's dynamic is from the manga and anime, Moriarty the Patriot. It does not reflect how the characters were in the original Doyle version. But the beauty is that it does justice to their own characters.

Sherlock and William meet at a party and they are immediately fascinated by the other's intelligence and wit, Sherlock more so. I will not spoil you guys, but their banter and teamwork is just so interesting.

I listened to this song for the first time on Sense8. If you haven't watched it yet, you should. The diversity, the writing and the beautiful bond the characters had makes it worth your time. The song is a gem.

one thing that I don't see a lot of people talking about in regards to fictive heavy systems is that if you are stuck in the same unsafe situation that caused your trauma, you are going to be predisposed to split more.

if you are a minor with access to the internet, you are more likely to use the internet as a coping mechanism to distance yourself from the situation you are stuck in. And if you are still actively being traumatized and use media as a form of escapism YOU WILL HAVE A LOT OF FICTIVES.

fakeclaimers that see fictive heavy systems and immediately assume that they are faking are just being belligerent at this point. And the argument falls apart even more when you consider the fact that a fair amount of systems are also adhd or autistic and will be even more likely to turn to hyperfictations or spins during times of stress, causing them to (potentially) split off of that thing even more then a nt system.

anyway tldr: fakeclaimers are silly and don't do adequate research and fictives I love you mwahh

whenver i see people complain about things not being tagged im like. well yeah. when tumblr users went to twitter and came back, they all stopped putting content warning tags on literally anything. no one even puts cw tags on graphic discussions of sexual abuse anymore. i'm glad i'm medicated for PTSD now but before that i was always at risk of having my entire day ruined

they're both presented as girls with huge, embarrassing crushes that lead them to sometimes not make the best choices; both a little geeky and on the meeker side; both fully capable of turning around and lashing out at the people who wrong them; and, coincidentally, they're both really close to josh

idk. idk!!!!!! i just think that, of all the blackwood kids, ashley would be the most likely to sit and really stew over what happened to hannah (and by extension, beth) because that prank could've been played on her. it wasn't. but it could've been. and i think it would've gone exactly the same way, honestly. the others feel guilty because of the parts they played, but ashley? oh, oh i think most of her shame comes from understanding how easily it could've been her out there in the snow

I'm dying at Tharn waking up from a terrible dream where three of his homies are dead/hella fucked up, and Phaya's just like "what about some dick to start the day?" I know he's stayed on that man every day since he came back.  FUCKING RIGHT UP ON THE DOOR??? NASTY ASS. I love that for Tharn. I love that for Phaya. I love that for me. 

OH A FINE ASS WOMAN CAPTAIN HAS SHOWN UP ACCUSING THE FINE ASS MAN CAPTAIN OF STEALING HER CASE They have ~tension~ are they exes? Cause damn the fine ass Captain is reading her down. No matter what happens, I am choosing to believe they're exes cause like this feels ~personal~

Captain Akk is standing there stuck and restrained looking dumb. Like yeah baby maybe you shouldn’t have a damn married couple of like 14 years on your team? Especially when it was already shown that they can't really be objective about each other. (See: Khem getting shot and Thongthai useless for the last battle)

Okay now we're at the start. Those three aren't dead but Yai and Khem are still captured. But damn these three are all beat. So Khem had to see his man get shot AND beat? Guys. Thongthai can't be rational about this. I'm glad he called Phaya out about that. Captain Akk still sitting there like "maybe I shouldn't have picked a married couple for my team."

Okay Captain Akk. Baby. Let Captain Achara help. I don't know what your beef with her is. But it's not noble babe.

I'm sorry not Thongthai standing there beaten with a shot leg. He really wouldn't be much help here. But I get why he's there. He NEEDS to not only see his man, but get him back himself.
