When people moan about the epilouges and how bad they wrote their favourite character LIKE?? ARE YOU READING THE EPILOUGES WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED?? Your favourite character is acting out of character because dirk,despite not being good at understanding others,thinks this is the best outcome for them,thus letting/making them be the person they become in the epilouges.Hes the one controlling the narrative of epilouges,he lets all those things happen."Its like a shitty fanfic" They were stuck at home now they are stuck in a shitty fanfiction thats the whole point.Also I get really mad when someone says that homestuck 2 has bad plot,then I ask them if they even read the epilouges and the answer is usually no.Like yeah you cant understand hs2 if you didn't read the epilouges dumbass.I hate this fandom and how they "hate the epilouges for mischaracterising their favourite characters" while its irony on how they themselves are constantly doing it.I hate how this fandom doesnt even make theories anymore,its all about ships.Which dont get me wrong I am not pissed about ships I am pissed about how we do not do anything else other than ship content while homestuck 2 is finally giving us stuff to theorise.

I love this, because it blames @neil-gaiman for not writing a fourth season while a) season 3 hasn't even been greenlit yet b) there are STRIKES because everyone is UNDERPAYING THE EMPLOYEES OF THE INDUSTRY and c) this is an article you would usually read when season 3 is wrapping up. Not when there are maybe 30 pages of script.

Love it. Let's blame Neil Gaiman. Let's focus on that. Let's mourn a never gonna happen season 4, when we might never see the third season on the screen acted by the most wholesome actor duo I have ever witnessed in my life. Priorities.

Pay your writers. Pay your actors. Pay the people that make art, because life is miserable without art and we could all use a little less misery.

Funnily enough that part only incenses me on behalf of others, what makes me TRULY angry is that they think we're this stupid. I know that news will ALWAYS twist the numbers and words, because life is not black and white, and they need to streamline ideas to make them digestable. I get that.

But this is ridiculous. They're trying to distract people. They're trying to make people forget the reason why season 3 might never happen, and plant the idea in our head that it's the writers fault.

If you're going to manipulate us, be smart about it.

having flashbacks to that time like a week before tua s4 came out when i read a five x lila fic because i was like “wow ive never heard of that ship before, that sounds weird” and it was written beautifully and it was so well-done but i just personally hated them being together because it’s not my thing and i finished it and thought “wow i sure am glad this isn’t canon and can be interpreted by fans in their own ways”

Why the fuck is this considered such a problematic discourse? I hate to remind you that pride is still very well a march and a protest for our rights! We want, we NEED all the support available! Why are you all so stuck up about wanting to shut out the PEOPLE ON OUR SIDE???

Why aren't you HAPPY to see people marching with us when they have nothing personal to gain from it? Doing it because they believe we're right even if it doesn't personally affect them?

Last pride I went to (last year) I found some of my cis straight classmates there to show support! We marched together and had a good time! It was great knowing 100% for sure that they were safe to be around, and we are currently still friends! Don't you want that too?

You all are chasing them away and then wondering why society seems less accepting of us lately, gee, I wonder why! (tbf, I know there are many things affecting it, but this sure isn't helping and does play a part!)

Just chill and be happy that there are people who want to partecipate and be at our side even if they're not queer or have queer friends/relativea themselves!
