in honor of iwa day, i have written up all of my headcanons for his lesbian moms that i came up with months ago. it's what he would want. <3

okay, to make it easier for me and you, i went ahead and gave them names! sachiko & mayumi. now, let's get into it.

they were friends for a long time before they got together, they didn't get together until after iwa was born. i'm thinking he was around three or four when they officially started dating? (i suppose i'll take this moment to say sachiko is technically his biological mom but the distinction doesn't matter to any of them, iwa honestly gets pretty annoyed when people ask) young enough that he has always known both of them as his moms!! [his father isn't in the picture]

sachiko works in an office & mayumi is a doctor.

personality-wise, i think iwa and mayumi are more alike. she can be fairly blunt at times and has her own stubborn streak. she's the one who introduced him to godzilla too! however, iwa did get his sense of humor from sachiko! he's also like... the spitting image of her. same eyes, same smile, etc.

he loves both of his moms but because of their similarities, he probably butted heads with mayumi more when he was a teenager. nothing too bad though, they just got into silly arguments sometimes lol.

they're a fairly outdoorsy family! they go camping at least once (if not multiple times) every summer and they tend to do a lot of stuff! fishing, swimming, hiking, bug catching, etc. oikawa would go with them from time to time when they were kids.

sachiko and mayumi both play softball! they just play for a neighborhood association now but they were on a team together in high school. and mayumi played in college! she probably could have gone pro if she wanted to but she thought making a career out of it would kill her interest in the sport so she didn't.

they know a bit about other sports too! they had siblings and friends who played other ones but, funnily enough, volleyball was the one sport they didn't know a whole lot about. so they were thrown for a loop when that was the one iwaizumi got really into.

they learned quickly though! i'm picturing like. eight year olds iwa and oikawa sitting down and teaching iwa's moms all about volleyball. :')

sachiko is really into furniture restoration/refinishing! she's taught iwa a lot about it and he helps her with her projects from time to time. her projects are just for the family but she does daydream a lot about opening up her own little shop dedicated to it.

mayumi has a garden! i think she mainly grows fruits and veggies but she started a section for flowers too after sachiko mentioned wishing they had flowers. they end up with excess a lot so they're always giving fruits and veggies away to family and friends. the aoba johsai volleyball club always gets free fresh produce, living the dream.

in high school, iwa spends every sunday in-season helping her with the garden! only exceptions being when he's sick or has to be away for volleyball/school. he has plenty of time to hang out with his friends the rest of week so he likes devoting some time to hanging out with his mom. sometimes though his friends will come over and help too (it's sort of a rule if they want to hang out with iwa on a sunday, lol, bc he will rarely budge on it).

but honestly? his friends coming around probably has more to do with them also wanting to spend his time with his mom, lol. i think iwa's moms are really popular with his friends! they all think they're both really cool.

a majority of the seijoh four hangouts happen at wa's house, probably most of the seijoh hangouts in general tbh.

partially because iwa is an only child so his house is less rowdy but also because everyone just feels really comfortable there and his moms are more welcoming to a horde of teenagers than the other parents lol. (as long as they are told ahead of time)

they're pretty fond of iwa's friends! they think they're all pretty good kids and sachiko likes to send iwa to school with a treat for them on their birthdays. at first, it's just for oikawa, matsukawa, and hanamaki but by his third year it's expanded to include the whole team.

which sort of happened because his second year, iwaizumi offhandedly mentioned that it was yahaba's birthday too and she got really upset that he didn't tell her matsukawa shared a birthday with one of the first years on the team because she would have sent something for him too! (and she had only met yahaba like... twice at this point) she did send him with something a few days later. so his third year, she asked for an updated birthday list.

so, basically, the opinion held by all of iwa's friends is that iwa's moms are cool (but not in a trying too hard/acting too much like their friends way!!).

literally the only thing stopping matsukawa and hanamaki from making milf jokes is their utmost respect and admiration for them (and lesbians).

on that note, hanamaki and matsukawa both keep in touch with them after they graduate! and they hang out with them a lot even when iwa isn't there (especially when iwa is in california, they miss their son!!). their bonus moms tbh.

i think everyone on the team keeps in touch actually but matsukawa and hanamaki are the only ones who visit with them regularly.

they will send iwa messages informing him that they are stealing his mothers and iwa leaves them on read.

oikawa calls them "Mayumi-chan" and "Sachiko-chan" because he is incapable of referring to those older than him the way he probably should. iwa hates it but his moms don't mind it at all. in fact, i think sachiko is flattered by it.

his moms love oikawa, always have!! oikawa likes to tattle on iwa when iwa's being 'mean' because they always tell iwa to be nicer to him lmao. (they're aware iwa isn't really being mean, they just like teasing him)

for the longest time, oikawa's parents thought they were just really close friends and this was something iwa never really corrected because he was like.... a child. i'm picturing like oikawa's mom talking to him (age 10) and she says something like "oh, it's really nice of your mom's friend to help you guys :)" and he's like "??? uh, yeah."

she is mortified that she said that to him when she learns that they're actually a couple.

i made a post abt this but i'm just gonna put it here too. when they were kids, after oikawa met iwa's moms for the first time, he asked him later why he didn't have a dad and iwa said he got eaten by a shark.

this didn't really deter oikawa from asking further questions though because then he just had lots of questions about the shark that ate iwa's dad. and thus began a lifelong friendship.

Some GAR HQ Zey thoughts in no particular order:

In addition to the blue lapis desk and bantha leather chairs, Zey’s office also has a small sofa and table up against the wall. It’s meant to be for less formal, private meetings but Zey doesn’t have many of those (if at all). This is referred to by Maze and Zey as the “nap couch” because it’s where they take 20 minute power naps. Those two can probably count on one hand the number of times they’ve seen their actual beds since the start of the war.

When Maze says Zey “makes caf” it should probably be clear that the tapcaf machine actually makes the caf--it's one of those 'put cup down and push button' machines. But Zey has taken it upon himself to make sure the tapcaf machine is up and running, like actually cleaning the machine when the 'clean' light goes on instead of ignoring it and hoping for the best like everyone else does.

It’s also Zey who gets a mini conservator put in and stocked with milk/cream/etc and actual mugs in addition to the to go cups. He gets good caf instead of GAR issue, but he keeps it on the down low because he feels bad he can’t distribute the good caf more widely in the field. GAR HQ just has “the mysteriously good caf.”

Zey’s love language is serving caf. It's always been his thing, making sure there's caf out for visitors, and now that there's a war on, he still makes a point of it.

Okay so I make a lot of canon-adjacent posts. *gestures at my food post* very canon very important very informative. But my heart is full of whimsy and magic and sugar and spice and everything nice.

Today I wanted to talk about some of my hcs that I have regarding Tsuna and Reborn. Shit I just completely made up ^v^ I'll do five each to not make this a long post again rkehns.

Tsuna:

Grows up to really like coffee like his mentor, but could never really stand straight espresso. From my food post research, I saw that he is a snack food fiend. So, I think he's the type to enjoy lattes, frappuccinos, and mocha. What I'm saying is that he walks into Vongola meetings with a iced coffee and he stress-drinks it for the sugar rush.

Good with kids! I don't think he wants kids of his own, because he has enough of those, but he's the perfect balance of playful and strict. I do think though, if he did become a parent by some accident, he'd be the stricter one of the two. Mom is gonna be the fun one and Dad is the one that brings crazy things around you, but tries to put you to bed at 8pm.

Still a bit of a dumbass as a mafia boss. The moment he found out he has to give salaries to people and try to tax that shit and file it with their IRS but also do the calculations himself, since technically he shouldn't show that information to Gokudera or anyone else that will know how to Math. He lives each paycheck day in fear that he will wake up the next morning and get arrested for fraud.

Actually bars anyone from bringing in pets to Vongola HQ. Believes they have their hands full with their box animals. "No, Yamamoto please we can't keep the box of stray puppies lets take that to a shelter -" "Gokudera, I see that you have a kitten in your pocket where.. where did you get it.." "Hibari.. Carry on, ignore me :)"

Has developed noise-cancelling ears. Doesn't hear the screams anymore. An ally family will comment on the noise at Vongola HQ and Tsuna will be like "..wdym? :o do you hear something?" Look around and will completely ignore Fuuta and I-Pin strapping Lambo to a medical desk as they are threatened by Bianchi, who is putting on sterile gloves and getting the scalpel. The silence though? The silence scares him. (WHAT A SOMBER LINE TO LEAVE OFF ON)

Reborn:

Super good with the ladies. I know this is something said in the story, but I mean the type that has the whole casual flirting with no weight to it thing down. But, also a little bit standoffish, like you'll never really get to know him this way. It's very strategic, but he does it for fun!!

Tries to teach Tsuna how to hide a body on multiple occasions, in case he ever needs it, but mostly to torment Tsuna. "You can't incinerate all your enemies to ash everytime, it'll get really obvious after awhile. You have to spice it up. Now, put on these gloves. I have someone for us to use" "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU HAVE SOMEONE?"

I've said this one before, but it deserves saying again! I've always believed that pre-curse, his cosplay skills had real use! It was something he would use to sneak into buildings into or seduce who he needed to, before he brings the gun to their head. Very comfortable in skirts, dresses, wigs, makeup, etc. Wears his new identities like a second skin.

He snickers and sneers and smirks his way throughout the series (or does a lil maniacal evil laugh), but I bet his real laugh, uncursed, is deep and low. Something he keeps just in his throat, not loud at all. A softened version of his smirk on his face, pleased and relaxed. If you weren't paying attention, you'd miss it as he flips back into his regular demeanor.

LOVES judging things. Always the referee in their games (Snowfight!). Taste-testing (Mochi chapter!). Anything. He's judgmental and you WILL hear his opinion. I fully believe in the three criminal brothers episode, where Nana gets him coffee beans from a shop, he gets straight home afterwards and stands on the counter with his hands on his hips as it brews. He was prepared. Tsuna buys new snacks so Reborn opens all of them to take a bite and decide which one he likes best before taking it, leaving Tsuna with a bunch of opened bags. Ranks the guardians on obscure shit just to get them riled up "Most likely to win at a dance competition in a chicken suit" and he'll put Yamamoto above Gokudera just to watch him fume. A villain. I love him.

he's the sweetest and most awkward human being ever in this series. you people don't understand how obsessed I was with him and his hair back in the day when Hq season 3 came out, and I still am ngl. his hairstyle was one of the best choices this anime has ever made (besides having Akaashi Keiji as a character in it <3)

brings you to his practices all the time because he wants to show off how good he is - and then Shirabu gets under his skin and he will slam that ball on his head. but will listen to you if you start criticizing him and tell him to be more kind to his juniors.

highschool semi helps you with your homework even though he doesn't pay much attention in class. always buys you some kind of treat from the vending machines, and surprises you with them during breaks. if you two are in the same class he will not be paying attention at all and will send you notes via crumpled paper balls. if the teacher catches the two of you and you both get detention, he will be the happiest cause he gets to spend more time with you (and also apologetic cause he got you into this mess).

he looves his coffee shop dates and sitting there, endlessly chatting over an iced americano or two with no sugar cause he's just bitter like that (but a sweetheart to you <3). loves going on random shopping sprees and spending lots of money on useless things; loves shopping after getting his paycheck from a part-time job and makes sure to get you something as well!

I can see him collecting like couple items? nit sure which kind, but definitely those cute matching keychains and/or badges. he has a box with all of them with his and yours name written on top with a heart (he's such a sap, I love him).

goes to music festivals with you and those performances at bars and such. super protective of you in those settings but not in an overbearing way, he just knows that some people get a little too rowdy and risky when intoxicated and wishes to take care of you.

yo, he will judge some of your food preferences - like, if you're a mint-choco lover (I am one myself), he will judge the life out of you because “how can you eat that shit if it tastes like toothpaste?” I don't see him having very adventurous taste buds, so you will clash heads if you're more open to different food options.

has a cat at home and prayed to all the Gods before his cat and you were supposed to meet for the first time because that is his child and if you two don't vibe, we have an issue. let's just say you're all a happy little family and the cat likes you, so Semi's little heart can calm down.

once he gets his driver's license and a car, takes you on spontaneous road trips everywhere. imagine those aesthetically pleasing ones in movies and with the two of you in them.

maybe he liked it a little when you punched him on the shoulder as you realized it was just his antics

but he sure as hell liked it when you roughly smacked his naked ass and shoved his face into the sheets later that night to teach him a lesson

he was really trying to set it up for you, huh? cute. you figured you'd play along.

the phone was vibrating from the kitchen counter, and you picked it cautiously, glancing around you to find out from where your boyfriend was inevitably going to try to jump at you. you heard a chair move, and your eyes darted to look over in that direction out of instinct.

of course a hand clasped around your mouth and another pulled your waist backwards. you bit his gloved hand playfully to get him to let you go and just giggled, shoving your hips back onto him teasingly and trying to flip around to get a look at him.

your entire body got slammed onto the kitchen counter, hair pulled back in one harsh movement

oh fuck.

you didn't think you'd be bent over so fast, his hips already grinding into your ass while the thin, cheap plastic of his mask rubbed against your cheek, his husky voice laying out every lewd thing you both knew you were thinking. from the way his body was leaning onto you, you guessed that he was shirtless and wearing just about the tightest, low-cut pants known to man being held up by a belt (there was definitely a thick belt; you felt the buckle poke into your lower back every time he'd grind too hard)

"michzou..." you didn't have any problems with what he was doing, but loose fingers were touching your body all over and the thin shorts you'd thrown on previously without a second thought were soaking with every word he'd rasp out. "michi, stop playin' around, I-"

it seems your simple ask got you manhandled again, and both gloved hands were now on your thighs, lifting you up to sit you down on the counter so he could rub against you from the front. it was hard to take it seriously and you let out a giggle when you watched him loom over you with the ghostface mask on, trying to be serious. your fingers went to dig into his shoulders as your hips rolled, back arched trying to feel him better.

he sighed, groaning and trying to slip off the mask when he realized it wasn't having the effect he wanted, but you flicked it back on.

"just because I'm laughing doesn't mean I don't think this is fuckin' hot," you reassured him, ironically chuckling again, and this spurred him to grab your hands and pin them above your head on the cabinets above.

"can't believe you liked gettin' fucked by a masked man this much." his voice was deeper than it usually was but god did it get you throbbing. your legs wrapped around his hips, trying to regain control without your hands.

you quipped back with a sly grin. "would be better if you actually fucked me."

shit, you knew just what to say to get him riled up. he let your hands go to pull off your useless shorts which already had splotches of your arousal, and you seized the opportunity to unbuckle his belt, slide your fist into his pants and pull him out.

getting fucked senseless by your masked boyfriend on the kitchen counter at 3 in the morning was not on your schedule for halloween.

"you know," you mused, your pace slowing once the build up had passed but still rocking yourself on him, "usually the victims try to fight back."

the cold metal of a knife poked and teased the exposed skin on his neck, and you felt a little irritated you couldn't see his shock through the mask. "c'mon, you've had your fun, baby, it's my turn."

he wanted to play the part, he really did, but before he could try to resist you had him gently sliced into streaks of red, teeth marks coating his body and his tongue gagging on blood-stained fingers from under the mask. your legs were still secured around his hips, fucking into him slowly and deeply, and every guttural groan that echoed out in the hollow apartment was good enough to keep you going while his body tensed up with rigid muscles and heavy breaths.

he couldn't take it anymore once the searing sting of you smearing his blood on his skin mixed in with the pleasure of dragging against your tightly clenched walls, and he murmured a curse before discarding the mask, messily kissing you with groaning lips buried into your neck once he finally got enough air to pant your name.

ah, the dumbass. he really tried to get you to play along but it was hard when you had him under your thumb. maybe next year, he'd try again.

so im gonna start off saying that these are the ages I HC the boys are modern time, per my noggin.

don't ask me why, but its just my brain rot.

Ezio's family adopted Desmond into their family after he left the farm; so their relationship is like brothers (obviously) (Desmond was 16, Ezio was 17)

Arno met Ezio & Desmond through one of his mom's fashion show; Maria & Claudia are huge fans of her work and managed to snag tickets to one of her shows (those runway things). Maria and Marie (Arnos mom) talked about their sons and Marie was like "hey let's all get together over some nice wine, my husband owns a winery" cue Ezio, Desmond & Arno meeting. ironically when they first met Arno & Ezio couldn't stand each other because of how much alike they acted, Desmond was the peace maker. over time though Arno, Ezio and Desmond became inseparable. (Ezio & Arno were 20, Desmond was 19)

Edward and Connor met through Haytham, in my noggin Edward & Connor are actually cousins but there is a 3 year difference between the two. they also have a sibling like relationship due to Edward also not liking Haytham. (Ziio is alive and her and Haytham married, they are happy, although it was rocky before they officially married and Connor was 5 years old when they married.) Connor doesn't get along with Haytham not only cause of the Templar thing, but also Charles Lee & the other Templars judge Haytham for being with Ziio and Connor being his son. they belittled Connor hence his hatred for them, Haytham behind the scenes though threatened them to stop or else..

Edward, Jacob (and Connor) met Jacob this way; they met during a mission they were sent on. they had to meet Jacob at a pub to listen to a Templar meeting and after they got their info they all sat and had drinks and a meal (Connor didn't drink any alcohol, only Ed & Jacob). they all got along great, although Connor did NOT appreciate having to carry both the drunkards back to the hotel, and he just dumped the two of them on the bed and went to sleep in his.

Altaïr met Ezio, Desmond and Arno at one of the Creeda HQ centers. he was just transferred to their branch, and he was a complete dick. Arno had no hesitation and lit into Altaïr for his behavior and had one of those "catch me outside how bout that" Altaïr ACTUALLY had respect for Arno for standing up to him let alone make a threat. they became good acquaintances, that developed into a great friendship (he does wish to throw hands sometimes if Arno becomes too sassy). Altaïr was Top Annoyed with Ezio when first meeting him. *looks to Arno and points at Ezio* "does...does this thing ever shut the hell up?" cue Ezio *LE GASP* "ME? A THING? bastardo! how dare--" and Desmond pipes in "let's all just calm down and talk, yes?" they all sit down, Desmond & Ezio introduced themselves. Altaïr likes Desmond too, Ezio is a 50/50, he wanted to punch him in the face but he didn't hate him. they're now great friends too. (Altaïr: 23, Ezio & Arno: 21, Desmond 20)

Arno, Ezio, Desmond & Connor met at Arnos Cafe (the one he was gifted from his parents on his 20th birthday) Ziio recommended the Cafe for its bakery sweets and rich flavorful coffee, they also have great hot chocolate. (Connor got the hot chocolate and some macaroons) Desmond was the one who made the recommendation on the flavors of the macaroons while Arno recommended the "campfire hot chocolate". Connor heard campfire and was convinced it'd be the best thing ever, it's his go to whenever he's there now. Ezio was introduced to Connor by Desmond & Arno. they adopted Connor into the boys then and there. (yes I see Ezio being the one to give the friend group that name)

Connor introduced Edward & Jacob to the boys.

Arno & Desmond introduced Altaïr to the boys (Ezio was still salty with Altaïr so he didn't do the introductions).

Like... This demon used to work with Lucifer and Samael before he decided to stay in Assiah and start a life.

That was centuries ago by now, though, and now a half demon appears at True Cross with the powers of that demon.

This was harder than I thought, knowing little to nothing about half of them it got tricky but I hope you like it. Beelzebub's was so rushed, sorry if doesn't liveup to your expectations and if it took me this long to post it.

Him want go see the big fancy holiday lights with you. That's it. He just wanna go see some neat decorations and ooo and aaa. Also just wants to drink hot drinks and eat hot food with you.

Saejima Taiga

Doesn't care for public holiday events so much but he WILL be making a giant cauldron of homemade soup for you both. You don't have to help out but he would love it if you did!

Akiyama Shun

Not much a festive guy, typically spends holidays just sleeping a lot. Would go out for a particularly fancy dinner with you though. Does tag along for Christmas shopping if only to take notes on what you seem to like so he can buy it for you later.

It's really fun for the both of you, running around and throwing up decorations, telling grunts to put that there and not over there and what the hell were they thinking putting those lights with that color ribbon.

He wants to visit all the cutest cafes and try their seasonal items. Nothing like a cutesy dessert for two... or two desserts. Or three. Also likes to wear matching scarves or matching gloves.

Daigo Dojima

He's also fairly unfamiliar with what couples do during the holidays but he's trying his best. Will take you out for a nice dinner for sure. He tends to prefer attending winter festivals instead of events for more modern holidays so if you're willing to try that, he'd love to go with you! His personal favorite holiday tradition is just enjoying hot tea while watching snow fall.

Mine Yoshitaka

He's pretty inward most of the time so holiday chaos just makes him want to stay home. Usually just decorates inside of his own home, he's not really religious but he likes the appearance of a Christmas tree so he typically goes with that. Would love to shop for some ornaments for you to hang up specifically.

Literally all he wants to do is wear a Santa hat. That and probably go bar hopping on Christmas Eve. He's all about just relaxing and having a fun time, so long as he's with you. Would go caroling with you, although be warned he sings a little off key.

He's probably one of the few out of all the boys that genuinely isn't picky about doing much during the holidays. As long as he gets to spend time with his loved ones, he's content. This silly head is making truck loads of homemade steamed buns and drinking a lot of tea and nothing can stop him from accomplishing his tasty holiday mission. He'd love to teach you how to make the buns. Likes watching you proudly place them in the steamer after he's filled them up.

His ass don't know nothin' about holidays! No, seriously, he's so confused. "Why's there a man in a red suit at the mall today?" Mostly just curious and kind of enamoured by all the activity spiking up all around the city. Strawbetty’s notes: I haven’t read the Spider-Man 2099 comics yet so any references to Miguel’s family from the comics in this post are just related to what I learned on Wiki pages about his family from the comics :0

🕸️ Miguel doesn’t like having his hair in his face, so he has a routine where he gels his hair back every single morning. That’s his most favorite morning routine

🕸️ No matter how stressed out or busy he gets, Miguel’s a stickler for his hygiene, so he makes sure to shower and brush his teeth every day (showering helps him de-stress after a long day)

🕸️ After Peter B brought Mayday to Spider-HQ for the first time, Miguel had everything in HQ baby-proofed (from the chairs in the cafeteria to even his floating platform)

🕸️ In his lab, Miguel has a drawer filled with little baby snacks for Mayday (he claims it’s just to keep her from not swinging and climbing everywhere, but it’s actually because he secretly adores her)

🕸️ I love the Strawberry Miguel fan arts where he’s in like a chibi form and is in a strawberry lol, and that made me come up with the headcanon that this man’s favorite fruit is strawberries, and has been ever since he was a kid

🕸️ I haven’t read the Spider-Man 2099 comics yet so I don’t know much about Miguel’s family other than Miguel having a younger half-brother named Gabriel and a sh*tty dad they grew up with (who apparently isn’t Miguel’s biological dad but that’s a whole other story). So that made me think of this headcanon that our Miguel’s dad that he thought was his dad (George O’Hara) was absent throughout his life and that Miguel and Gabriel were raised by their mom Conchata and their maternal grandmother (their abuela). I also headcanon that Conchata was always busy working to provide for the family, so Miguel and Gabriel didn’t see her much as they grew up

🕸️ Thus, Miguel was really close with his abuela growing up. She was someone who was so loving to Miguel and Gabriel, raising them to become people who pay kindness forward to others while also teaching Miguel and Gabriel to not take crap from anyone as well

🕸️ Miguel’s abuela taught him how to sew at a young age, and he and his abuela would make all of Gabriel’s costumes for school plays (Gabriel was an avid theatre kid in school)

🕸️ Miguel and his abuela would attend all of Gabriel’s school plays and they would make sure to sit in the front row. Miguel would stand up and cheer for Gabriel at the end of the plays like a sports fan even if Gabriel played a minor role like Tree #2

🕸️ When Miguel referenced to “Dr. Strange and the little nerd back on Earth 1999” in ATSV, I was like “Miguel, aren’t you a ‘nerd’ too pfft?” /lovingly. So that made me think of this headcanon: as a kid, Miguel loved to read books about science and history and his classmates would call him a “nerd.” While young Miguel would mostly say that he didn’t care what they called him, he also couldn’t help but internalize their words

🕸️ So as Miguel got older, he participated in more sports like basketball and soccer and became a “jock.” He still loved science, though, and would get straight A’s in all of the math and science subjects in high school. I headcanon that Miguel was even the valedictorian of his high school

🕸️ Miguel always, always, always stood up for the underdogs who got bullied at his high school (Miguel would get into fights with bullies and every time he got called to the principal’s office, he would always tell the principal, “You should’ve seen the other person.” This would only get Miguel more time in detention)

🕸️ He wasn’t the type of person to try a lot of foods from different cultures until he created the Spider-Society, where he met Spiders from different cultures and backgrounds who introduced him to their favorite dishes. Miguel also makes sure that the HQ cafeteria offers a lot of variety in terms of dietary needs and cultural cuisines to be inclusive of everyone at the Spider-Society. Miguel tends to favor really spicy dishes from different cultures now

🕸️ Because he’s so busy running the Spider-Society and going on missions to other Earths, Miguel eats more takeout than home-cooked meals (he occasionally gets food from the HQ cafeteria). He’s actually good at cooking, though, because his abuela taught him and Gabriel how to cook since they were kids

🕸️ Miguel’s abuela passed away naturally due to old age a few months after he became Spider-Man 2099 (she knew he was Spider-Man 2099, too, even though he never told her). Currently, Miguel keeps his mom Conchata and his brother Gabriel at arms length because their whole family dynamic without his abuela is rocky at best. Another reason why Miguel keeps his mom and brother at arms length now is because he doesn’t want them to be in any danger, and he’s just too busy running the Spider-Society. Gabriel does know that he’s Spider-Man, though, and he still makes attempts to contact Miguel and drop off food for him at the Spider-HQ. Gabriel is always in consistent contact with Miguel’s AI assistant Lyla to make sure Miguel’s ok; Gabriel calls Lyla the “cool younger sister” he and Miguel never had (Lyla agrees)

🕸️ Back to general Miguel headcanons, this man doesn’t like boba drinks, he’s more of a coffee guy and he doesn’t like the way you have to chew on the boba toppings while drinking the boba tea. The young Spider crew (Miles, Gwen, Pavitr, and Hobie) LOVE boba drinks, though, and they like to make fun of Miguel for hating on boba drinks

🕸️ Miguel knows how to drive the futuristic cars of 2099 and is generally a good and safe driver, but also I can see him not driving cars that much since he could just leap from building to building as Spider-Man 2099 (and I headcanon that he prefers that over being stuck in rush-hour traffic) (also maybe 2099 cars are all self-driving?? I haven’t really looked into that yet)

🕸️ Miguel literally has the same outfits (like basic hoodies and sweatpants or whatever) in his closet, like those cartoon characters who wear the same outfit everyday. He doesn’t care for fashion at all (Gabriel is the more fashion-forward sibling)

🕸️ I can’t think of any particular colognes or scents Miguel would wear (I think if anything, he prefers a clean, linen scent), but I also like to think he uses vanilla-cupcake-scented hand cream from time to time to keep his hands from being super dry, and also because the scent reminds him of his alternate dimension daughter Gabriella and how one of her favorite desserts was vanilla cupcakes

🕸️ Mayday made a messy crayon drawing of Miguel once and he had to turn around so no one could see the tears forming in his eyes. He keeps the drawing safe in one of his drawers in his lab

🕸️ As a mentor, Miguel’s the type of mentor to be a stickler for a tight schedule and he can be intense with his rules regarding training. However, he is good at coaching and giving technical advice (he’s not good at words of encouragement, though, that’s kinda more of Peter B’s thing)

🕸️ While Miguel might not always seem the most present or most caring towards others in the Spider-Society, he knows pretty much everyone’s business in HQ and would give a Spider some time off or have Lyla provide them with the right resources if they told him that they were dealing with personal problems

🕸️ He’s also aware of everyone’s strengths and weaknesses in the Spider-Society. As leader of the Spider-Society, Miguel knows which Spider to deploy on a mission based on their strengths. If a Spider is lacking in a certain area like combat or stealth, he has another Spider who’s good in those areas coach that Spider (he also believes this builds teamwork and unity amongst the Spider-Society)

🕸️ Tinkering with gadgets (or “goobers” as he calls it) or building things in general is Miguel’s #1 way to help him de-stress and relax. He always feels a sense of purpose and accomplishment when he builds things with his own two hands. If someone touches Miguel’s “goobers” or interrupts his “Goober Time” (he came up with that himself, he’s so cute lol), they better run away as fast as they can :’0

🕸️ Animals love Miguel. Dogs, cats, and even birds just flock to him because they can sense he’s a good and kind man beneath his tough exterior

🕸️ Speaking of animals, I can see Miguel being a cat person. He finds cats calming and if he had the time, he would adopt a cat

🕸️ He doesn’t like going through drive-thrus at fast food places because the introvert in him finds it awkward to talk out loud to the drive-thru comms and he hates repeating himself whenever the person who’s trying to take his order through the comms can’t hear him even if he is loud. Miguel hates repeating himself in general

🕸️ A random Miggy headcanon but I headcanon that he doesn’t like eating sushi or raw fish in general; it makes his stomach hurt

🕸️ He’s the type of guy who loves sarcasm and dry humor. When Miguel cracks a joke he thinks is utterly hilarious but no one else gets the joke, he just grumbles that they don’t have a sense of humor

🕸️ I’ve tried to find out whether Miguel O’Hara has a canon birthday date via his ATSV wiki info or even info from his comic counterpart, but it doesn’t seem like he has a birthday date so I came up with one for him: August 14, 2068 (which would make him 31 years old in 2099). I headcanon that our Miguel from ATSV is or is turning 31 years old “this” year (like for us, it’s 2023, but for him, it’s 2099) because the Spider-Man 2099 comics released in 1992
