But this request is an easy one, so I'm tryna get through the easy ones. (Totally not cause I'm procrastinating a massive request and have fallen back into my OBX phase or anything shhh)

You like to pretend that you're a level headed and controlled person. That things such as desire or general human nature don't faze you and you're focused on work and helping around the Glade.

And, for the most part - that is completely believable.

Mainly because Minho is always out in the Maze. Thank God.

Because every time you guys are in the same room, you can't take your eyes off of him. His shoulders, his back, his weirdly perfect hair, that stupid blue shirt that just clings to him in the best way- and his arms.

(Something you and a specific future Greenie and ex-WCKD member would have in common.)

His arms.

His fucking arms, man.

You just can't help yourself. He walks back into the Glade every day, sweaty and dishevelled, his blue shirt sleeves rolled up as he casually glances at you as he walks past. Sometimes, you swear he walks past you on purpose .

Newt suspects you purposely hang around the Map Room so he has to.

It's been months, and you just can't seem to force yourself to get over it. You've tried, but Minho is the hottest guy in the Glade.

You're fucked, basically.

That is no different when it comes to Bonfire night. A new Greenie pops up, every gets hammered, Gally gets in a fight, Alby looks like he's gonna have a stroke.

But it's all in good fun.

Minho doesn't normally join in the festivities. He's a very stressed individual. Sometimes, you think about attempting to convince him to join in so he can let off some steam, but you don't.

I mean, most of your thoughts are about him letting off some steam. If you get what I mean.

But, this specific night, somehow, Newt, the absolute Lord and saviour he is, has managed to convince Minho to play a game of beer pong.

Well, not beer pong, but "Gally's suspicious special brew pong" is a bit of a mouthful.

You sit at the sides with a couple of boys, watching Minho laugh along as he throws a ball (a screwed up piece of tinfoil) into a cup across the table. Cheers break out in his success, but you just stare.

Minho's arms flex under his shirt, the curve of his upper arm visible through his shirt, his forearm tenses as he goes to throw the ball agsin you swear you can see the blood pumping veins from here.

"You're drooling, mate." You're snapped back to reality as you look at Newt, who passes you a drink.

"Huh?" You catch on. "What? No - I'm not." You attempt to lie, but the heat rising through your face is a bit of a hint.

"Yeah - you are. As always."

"What? What's that supposed to mean?"

"You know what it means." You look away in respond, groaning as you rub your face with your hands.

"Shut up."

Newt snorts at this, rubbing your back with a mocking "There, there."

You want to punch him.

"Yo, (Y/N)!" You look up, heat rising in your face as Minho shouts you. "Ben just bailed on us, you wanna take his place?"

You open your mouth to speak, but your words catch in your throat, causing Newt to cringe in second hand embarrassment.

"Jesus Christ," he mumbles. "Yeah! They'd love to join." He nudges you. "Right?"

You clearly your throat. "Uh, yeah? Yeah."

Minho chuckles at this. "Come on, then."

You look at Newt again, as he nods his head to go join. Awkwardly, you stand up, walking over to join Minho's team.

"You know how to play?" He asks you.

"Uh, yeah- yeah, I know how to play." You attempt to sound confident.

"Cool - I should shuckin' hope so, you've been watching like a hawk." Oh God, he noticed. He noticed you staring. Hopefully, you can play it off as just being interested in the game.

"Y-yeah. Looked like you guys were having fun."

Please don't notice. Please don't notice. Please don't notice.

Please.

Minho's eyes flicker down you, almost like he's examining you, but also like he's drinking in your appearance, a slight smirk playing on his lips before he looks you in the eyes again. "Uh, huh."

Oh, God.

You immediately look away as another Glader passes you the ball for your turn. You miss, instantly as your body feels flushed, and then the game continues.

This goes on for quite some time.

You would think that any normal person would look away, now. I mean, Minho has noticed and Newt is undoubtedly going to bully you for it later. But, you are not that person, and you just can't help yourself.

Up close and personal, Minho looks like a God carved him out of stone. And when it's his turn, your eyes fall on his arms.

Because of course they do.

The way he rolls his sleeves up further, his muscles tensing, his veins flexing as you follow them down his forearms and down the back of his strong hands. You're seeing stars and your brain feels fuzzy.

"You good?" Minho's voice snaps you back to reality once again. Your eyes flicker to his face, his eyes narrowing as a smirk creeps across his face.

"Yep."

"You were staring."

"No, I wasn't." You say a bit too quickly, making his smirk turn into a grin.

"You sure about that? Positive you were just, checking me out?"

You blink at him, your face rising in heat.

"Yo," Clint snorts, having been also playing the game. "You were perving on Minho?" He drapes an arm over your shoulder, clearly drunk, but the implication making you more flustered.

"What? N-no. No. I wasn't."

"Mhm - I'm sure he doesn't mind." Clint snorts.

"Yeah, I don't mind." Minho agrees, grinning.

"I wasn't!" You attempt to defend yourself. "Ugh, shuck this." You grow irritated, shoving Clint's arm off. "I've had enough of this game."

You say, starting to walk away.

"What?" Minho's smile drops as he shouts after you. "We were just messing around! (Y/N)!" He huffs, dropping his head, watching you walk away. "Shuck's sake." He mumbles under his breath.

Newt, who has been watching the whole thing, stands from his seat and walks over. "Go on."

"What?" Minho asks.

"Go after them. I'll take your spot."

"Dude- why would I-?"

"Shut up, shank - you know you're just as bad."

Minho freezes at this, blinking at Newt.

Well, he's not wrong.

Minho has been listing after you for about just as long as you have him. And Newt has more social awareness skills than the both of you combined.

Minho huffs, but he turns on his heels, following after you, jogging to catch up as you make your way to the Deadheads.

"Yo! Hey! Wait up!" He says, slowing to a walk.

"Why? So, you can bully me again because you thought I was checking you out?" You snarl, mainly out of pure embarrassment.

"...But you were checking me out."

"No-"

"Yes."

"Fine! Whatever!" You throw your hands up in frustration. "I was checking you out! Big shuckin' deal! I can't help it, okay?"

Minho blinks, not expecting the sudden out burst. "Okay."

"Okay? Cool, okay? It's not my fault that you're hot, okay? A-and it's not fair that you look that good! All the time! Like, how is that fair? And how the fuck is your hair always flawless? You run for miles everyday - and somehow, you look like you've escaped Vogue! And your arms... how am I meant to even pretend to cope, you prick?"

Minho blankly stands there. "You done?"

You blink at him. "Yeah, I think so."

Minho slowly nods, stepping towards you as you both stand near the edge of the Deadheads, the drama of the Bonfire a now distant memory as he stands in front of you. He's so close and tall and generally intimidating in a way you shouldn't find attractive.

"So, you like my arms, then?" Minho acts, clearly enjoying the not needed ego boost. All you can do is blankly look at him.

What the hell is happening here?

"Do you?" You nod in response, slowly and unsure. "Okay, you can touch them, if you want?"

Your brain has melted and burnt. "...What?"

Minho huffs, simply grabbing your hand and putting it on his arm. You eyelids flutter, swapping between his face and his arm. "Don't be scared." He murmers.

Slowly, you drag your fingers down the fabric of his sun faded blue button up over his bicep, feeling the muscle and the curves of his left arm, tracing delicate shapes over the material. You move further down, passing the threshold where the fabric stops and the bare skin of his forearm starts.

To your surprise, Minho's breath hitches slightly at the contact. This is the first time you've ever touched him, and even he didn't expect the feeling to send chills down his spine and goosebumps dance on his skin. Your palm contacts with his forearm, rubbing down to his hand, feeling the visible veins as he creeps closer to you.

Your eyes go from his arm to his face, flickering to his lips as he stands directly in front of you. He becomes bold, raising his arm, your hand still loosely around his wrist as he touches your cheek. Slowly, he closes the gap.

Your chest feels like it's about to explode as his lips comnect with yours. He breaks the kiss, trying to figure out your reaction, but when you kiss him again, he takes the hint.

He's slightly taken aback from the passion and the heat, humming against your lips unintentionally as he kisses back. You're letting out the months of tension you've been feeling, your hands coming around his shoulders, feeling the muscles and caressing the tops of his arms as he backs you into a tree.

You gasp, your back hitting the back as he pushes his body against, his hands grasping at your sides. It seems that the kiss gave him all the answers he needed. His hands move down before slipping under your shirt and brushing at your bare skin - almost like he's becoming desperate for direct contact.

Pushing yourself forward, you can already feel Minho through his trousers, the kiss already getting him worked up.

For a second, you genuinely consider just letting him take you then and there when Newt clears his throat.

You both snap in the direction of the blond boy. Minho's chest rises and falls as you look away, using Minho's shoulder to hide yourself from your friend.

"As much as I hate to interrupt - but let's be real, this has been a long time coming, the others want you back at the game because apparently I have klunky aim." Newt shoves his hands in his pockets, casually rocking on his heels.

"Are you serious, right now?" Minho asks as you pant into his shoulder, clearly able to maintain his composure better than you.

"Yeah." Newt responds. "And I don't think Alby will be happy if he finds his favourite Runner fooling around in public."

Minho looks at him, before dropping his head. "Alright, give me a second."

"What? Need a moment to calm down?" Newt teases.

"Shut your shank mouth."

Even you can't help but chuckle at this as Minho starts to grin before sighing and stepping back. "I'll uh, I'll catch you later, maybe?"

A half-smile creeps across your face and you nod, your heart banging against your ribcage. "Yeah - yeah, sounds good."

"Good that." He slowly steps back, smiling at you as he walks over to Newt.

"You good?" Newt snickers at his friend. "Sure you can walk straight so lightheaded? I mean, lack of blood to the brain is a bad thing. Especially when-"

"Shut the shuck up, Newt."

Ahhhh I'm back. Kinda.

Don't bet on it.

I’ve seen lots of takes in the buddie side of tumblr and TikTok abt when buddie will go canon. And I have 2 things to say abt it

Before I go on this rant. this is me thinking logically. My thoughts on bucktommy vs buddie has no play in this rant

I’ve seen SO MANY people saying it will happen in the first couple eps. I’m sorry even if Buck and Tommy were to break up in the 1st ep and we never see Tommy again, buddie is still not going canon in the 3rd ep, hell not even this season, because it jst wouldn’t make sense. Cuz 1. Buck still has some things he needs to work out himself and 2. Even tho it took jst a kiss to make Buck realize, it’s gonna take way more for eddie. also were gonna be focused on Bobby and the event and so much more that I don’t think there will be enough space for the to put in a Romantic arc.

And unlike Natalia and buck, it would make no sense for buck and Tommy to break up. (Again not me thinking as a bucktommy shipper but me thinking logically) cuz they actually have things in common and Tommy isn’t obsessed with only one part of buck, he loves him all. So atm there’s no issues in the relationship (I’m not talking abt the name debacle, it’s not confirmed nor denied that buck has a problem w it so not counting it as a issue) so it would make no sense for a break up

And the second thing (Ik long rant srry) Eddie doesn’t need a new relationship. He needs help, professional help. He doesn’t need a gay awakening added onto his catholic guilt and losing his son. He needs therapy. And yeah buddie could be possible if he gets that help. But that means it’s not happening this season, even closer to the end it wouldn’t happen. Cuz yeah eddie can get help and work through his catholic guilt and trauma but it’s still going to stick with him and even if he was the greatest ally on earth, he was still raised in Texas. Those beliefs and things he was told growing up are always gonna stick with him. So it’s not gonna be easy to get him through a gay awakening and it wouldn’t make sense, even with therapy, for him to accept himself like buck did. So if buddie were to go canon it prob won’t be till end next season.

And final thing. Yeah ABC is a very open channel and did allow bi buck when FOX didn’t. But it’s still tv and ABC is still a big (greedy) company and they care abt their views. And while buddie becoming canon would boost the views a bit, it would cause more harm than good to rating and views making 2 of their biggest and hottest characters queer. And to the BoBs saying that they’ll stop watching if bucktommy stays. I would like to let y’all know that they don’t care. You are 0.01% of their veiwers. They don’t care if you leave or stay.

Even as an adult, Franziska admires Miles. Her main motivation for even BEING in the second game revolves around him. It is made clear that she isn’t going after Phoenix because of her father, but because of Miles. She believed that Phoenix was the reason for Miles choosing death, and she was NOT going to let him get away with it. (I will add more later, I could go on about them for hours.)

I like in the anime adaptation of farewell my turnabout, Larry is rlly nice to Pearl :) And in bridge to the turnabout, this could be a hot take but I think the whole 'loser shack' thing was hilarious. Larry was so enthusiastic and boisterous and Pearl was just like yeah guess I'm here.. and as soon as Phoenix comes around she turns her full attention to him. Idk I just thought that whole exchange was charming.

I really wish I could go a hiking one day. Maybe just a ground-level-trail will do. I once go on a spontaneous trip to hike down part of a mountain (a range to be exact, I just remember the name) just to go see a type of flower. But it wasn't their blooming season so a lot still stay as buds. I cannot go futher down because it's steep. I remember vaguely, my aunt got latch by a leech and she wore high heels (wedges to be exact). Some of us were wearing flippers and shoes. The trail was slippery and we almost stumble. She didn't even once while wearing wedges. Of course this was all when I was still healthy.

Do you like hiking? If you have to choose: steep like mountain/hill or ground-level (park) trail?

I check on hailstorm in google and confirm we don't have it here. The ice that I saw my friend capture (video) was melt almost immediately when it hits the ground. So small and thin ice flake that looks like dust. The coldest we can get is 15°C, hottest is 36°C. Even that is already feel like we're in the middle of desert. Today we have an afternoon rain so now it's midnight here with 23°C. It's not that cold but enough to get me sleepy.

Some people like thunder. Some people sleeps like a baby comforted by the sound. You are lucky to not be scared and even like them.

Does the fog make it looks like there is an overcast? I think I can picture this. If I remember I have a picture I took of a road. I might share it with you only if I can find where I store it.

I used to be inspired by cook books/recipes. I don't have the time to do it beacuse I came home late from work and just wanna get rest. If I'm on my 2-days break (since I work 8-5) I still feel tired. Right now I'm on a big break (waiting renew contract) so maybe I can try some baking. *cross finger* 😉

Huge congrats to your aunt, I think I would have fallen somewhere if I were her hah, but yeah I think ground level walks could work for you. Maybe one day you'll be able to try one for real.

I like hiking, I don't do very difficult trails but I always liked to go hiking. A part of my hometown is elevated from the other so probably is for this reason too. And also cause I think I can gain a different perspective on things. You know, I like walking in nature in general but I really had to choose... maybe hiking on hills. It's not as tough as mountains (at least here) and it's a little different than parks as it's already a bit elevated. I'd just like to enjoy some good view and nature in peace atm. Hiking at times can get heavy for sure.

I think we occasionally have them though. Not that often lately but yeah it has happened in the past. It wasn't ice and it wasn't water, like something in between. The temperature here goes below 0°C (at times even far down) in winter while in summer it gets 36-40°C too (occasionall ygot over as well but luckily not for long). I'm glad it'll be fresh enough to help you sleep tonight! Here it's getting pretty cold outside... not too much as other years October was way colder than this but still kinda cold (maybe cause it happended suddenly, we got 10-15°C of difference in a couple of days).

I think I am in between those scared and those who just enjoy thunders... it depends though as if they are sudden and right over my roof, I do still get scared. But it's a good scared? Idk how to explain. I used to have tears back in the days... right now I think it's mostly earthquakes that scare me that much.

Yeah at times fog makes it look like an overcast, others it's just far in the distance and it's mostly an annoyance (but looks good)... let me search for some pictures I took. I also have a video but I think it's boring or weird as it's in a park and it's... very Halloween-ish. And ofc, if you find that pic, send it :D

I understand that after working all day and all week you don't feel like cooking or baking. Maybe yes, on this break you can try something! If you do, let me know :) Take care of you though!

hanma wakes up one day; but its not his room, nor the warehouse he sometimes sleeps in. its a real bed, not just a smelly old mattress on the floor. when he looks at his hands, they are wrinkly, when he stretches, his joints hurt and crack in ways he had never known and when he looks in the mirror he can see grey hairs peeking through.

hanma is thoroughly confused. he recognises himself, its still him but he definitely isn’t 16 anymore. did he get hit so hard on the head that he cannot remember anything anymore? was he in a coma for 30 years, what is happening?

he looks around a bit; it’s definitely a bedroom. ordinary and quaint but more than he has ever known. everything looks new and shiny.

is this supposed to be his future or something? he must have hooked up with someone and stayed over at their place, how else is he supposed to explain it? still a bit dazed, he leaves the bedroom and heads downstairs, cursing a little at his aching joints; if this is what it means to be an adult he’d rather die young, he tiredly muses.

when he enters the kitchen, he freezes. there is a nice smell of eggs and pancakes wafting through the house and the cause of it is a young lanky boy with hair unmistakably his. his figure makes him look older than he actually is, he is maybe 12, maybe 13 but probably not much older.

his son, he now assumes, smiles at him; a smile he recognises all too well a smile that can only belong to-

Oh my god I don't know if you ever saw my short little post about timeskipper!Hanma. Where the person that sent him too and from (like Naoto) the future and present was the reader that he was dearly in love with. But you word vomit reminded me so much of that!! My brains a bit scrambled I woke up early and have been doing yardwork all day but-

timeskipper!Hanma still being in love with you after everything's gone down. Being with Kisaki was a little "safer" bc at least it was fun and he didn't get violently jerked to a bleak future if he touched him. Unlike with you. Every time he touches you its this god awful dreadful future that he doesn't want to think about. But doesn't want to do anything in the moment to make better. That's tomorrows problem. Never the problem he wants to deal with today. But after Kisaki's death. Being a fugitive. Living like shit and not in an exciting way. He's certain this is why his future was so bleak. The warm house. None of this is familiar. Not what he use to know was his fate. This seems like a cruel joke. Until the older version of you kisses him on the cheek and tells him to get ready for breakfast. Before he can even say anything. Hanma is ripped back to the past. Standing. Not alone this time. No. He's standing in front of you. With you looking at him in the most peculiar way but he has no idea why. Desperate to take the easy route and go back to that future. Hanma grabs your wrist. This would surprise you if this wasn't Hanma we were talking about. When he expects to be yanked from his conscious. The sinking feeling in his stomach happens. Desperate he even laces your fingers together. Trying and realizing you hand isn't doing anything. He's still here. He's still standing right in front of you.

"What are you doing?" "I should be asking you that Shuji, what are you doing?" "I uh- I was-" "You had asked me out." And Shuji freezes. Not even recalling that he had said that. Before it didn't matter what happened when he was 'gone' to say. But not he realizes he has no idea if you answered him or not. "And...you said....?" "I said yes Shuji. I'll always say yes."

It's then Hanma realizes why he can't go back. He has to make that future he saw a reality. He has to do it himself if he wants to wake up one day to the smell of pancakes, your kisses and his son.

So!…we were in quarentine in Sydney 🇦🇺. (A month earlier than expected as you can’t book a flight into Oz atm, got in though at the last sec!) Then the plan was to fly to Melbourne to relocate and base there, Eric’s finishing up some stuff in LA & coming ASAP!

But towards the end of Quarentine I got offered a really cool little job in Alice Springs, NT! So…instead of flying to Melbourne we flew there!- but had to go via Darwin, so we stayed there for a few days. So glad we did, such a special & beautiful place!
