This is the list with all the prompts for the new version of the Loummy Fic Fest. The prompts that are cross out are already taken. This list will be constantly updated whenever the authors choose them.

1 - Louis and Harry didn't know each other but one night they had a one night stand. From there Louis discovers he is pregnant with him. They discover their journey as parents and as people who fall in love and in the end decide to become a couple.

2 - A fic where harry is into ANR (adult nursing relationships) and how he discovers it and brings up to louis, if you decide to make it a/b/o it would be shorter or it might not be and louis would try ways to induce lactation but please it make it with so much fluff and the ANR parts don't have to be sexual all the time :)

3 - Omega Louis is a single mom to a 2 year old with another on the way. His boyfriend broke up with him (maybe because he couldn’t handle parenthood/found someone else), leaving him touch-starved and broke. Harry comes along when Louis needs him the most.

5 - Childhood best friends to lovers with a lot of pining/slow burn. Or a Love Rosie au with Alex!Harry and Rosie!Louis, abo it would be amazing or also mpreg for the part where Rosie (Louis) finds out she's pregnant!

6 - A fic inspired on Saturdays (FITF). Louis and his partner have a thing (a romantic routine or a fun routine just the two of them) every saturday. His partner always insists that he doesn't want any baby (the reason is up to the author) but Louis, on the other hand, has always been obsessed with having a baby and starting a big family. One day Louis accidentally gets pregnant (his and his partner's baby), he keeps the baby, runs away from his partner because he’s too afraid of what would happen since he always said he didn’t want it, and becomes a single mom for a while until the partner finds him and their baby. The Saturdays’ lyrics inspired scene can either be expressed from louis or his partner point of view depending on the author. Preferably Larry please :) and angst with happy ending bc saturdays is a sad song but with hopeful bridge <3

7 - Louis as the single mother of a very active pup that gets his arm broken in school and has to be taken to the hospital where Harry is the pediatrician. They fall in love but are too shy to tell each other. Very fluffy fic / omegaverse please ‼️

8 - Chicago AU. Canon Au. Where Harry and Louis broke up and Harry decided to have kids with another person (woman or man is up to the author) but when Harry came up to the radio and listened to the song decide to get closer again to Louis. In the end they also had a baby together. Fierce arrogant protective Harry feat broken sweet wounded feminine Louis.

9 - Louis gets hurt/feels sick while in the park with his son. The kid sees Harry in the park and begs him to help his mommy. After that, they start meeting in the most unexpected ways and get closer. (Louis’ son plays a big role in helping Louis understand his feelings towards Harry). Can be ABO.

10 - Chicago but from Louis’ partner POV. He’s heartbroken to know that Louis, the love of his life, his ex (or could also be just fwb) the person that he thought he would spend the rest of his life with, now has a baby. Little did he know that it's actually his baby. Louis broke up with him and kept the news from his partner because he didn't know how his partner would take the news. Yt's one thing to create baby names for fun but to actually have it and at such a young age OR where the relationship doesn't really have strong commitment? angst with happy ending please and preferably larry pairing :)

11 - Harry as a single parent of twin girls in a small town. Louis is the new townie that has just moved in the house next to Harry's with his daughter. Their children become best friends which leads them to get closer every time. Fluff - Friends to lovers kind of fic - Omegaverse

12 - Where Louis goes with his little daughter who belongs to the Scouts to sell as many cookies as she can to earn a nice bike. Upon arriving at Harry's apartment he falls in love with Louis and in addition to buying the cookies he also offers to help his daughter sell them. Harry goes on a crazy journey to get the #1 spot of all the girl scouts and win the bike for the girl (which he really only did to get the attention of that sexy milf). I want this with a lot of fluff but also smut scenes after louis falls in love with harry (smut tags: pregnancy kink, feminization, dirty talk, riding, belly kink, body worship) I also want there to be a lot of sexual tension between them, harry himbo because he's my favorite and louis wearing feminine clothes and be the hot milf he is.

13 - Louis is having cravings and Harry's always taking care of his omega, including late night runs to the supermarket and strange cravings of such. One day as they’ve been walking in a park Louis starts craving some waffles. They're lucky to find a shop nearby but that shop only sells waffles in the shape of genitals. 16 - The nanny AU. Louis as Fran and Harry as Mr Sheffield! The kids fall in love with Louis and he becomes their mother and eventually Louis gets pregnant with Mr.Sheffield's baby. Lots of sexual tension with Louis in the iconic outfits Fran used to wear!

17 - Louis and Harry are in the same college. Harry is the single father of a baby girl and is having some difficulties with the mess of diapers, bottles and pacifiers all over his flat. Louis, who’s very experienced with kids because of his sisters and started college this year, meets Harry and they end up talking about his struggles with the little girl, and Louis saves the day offering some lessons to Harry (19!harryx19!louis pleeeease)

18 - Cruel King Long Hair Harry and pack Alpha falls in Love with cute, innocent slave omega Louis who teach him forgiveness, love and goodness. They have a beautiful family with many pups, slow burn with steamy sex and slice of life if possible.

He gets desperate, runs away, and hides from Harry because he's upset that he lied, but mostly out of fear. The unfolding would be, Harry looking for Louis, because now his enemy's knew about him, Louis struggling to survive pregnant, and maybe the enemy finding him first, when the baby is born because he was admitted to the hospital, something like that... drama with a happy ending pls 

20 - Similar to young royals, Harry is a prince or just really rich, and Louis is a broken student(but very smart), they fell in love DEEPLY. Everything was fine until Harry's parents found out and they decided to threaten Louis to break up with Harry, to the point where Louis couldn't fight them, so they give Louis some money to disappear and tell Harry some lies. I don't know, but the thing is , Louis is pregnant. Maybe a few years go by and they meet again? It's up to the author, but with a happy ending super mommy Louis and daddy Harry when he finds out

His world stops, his bf breaks up with him, he's utterly devastated and sad, always crying in his room etc etc. Then he finds a club for similar people online and decides he'd try something so he gets ready to go there and there's a lot of people and he feels normal again, happy even. Bring in our hero (preferably harry) the owner of the club and they get to know each other insert steaming romance and smut with slow burn eventually he gets pregnant and his partner helps him through it and they get married

25 - omega louis and alpha harry are in college almost broke, and harry has some issues with his parents so they’re not funding them. In the middle of all this, louis’ scent starts to change. Harry thinks Louis is pregnant but Louis brushes off the topic every time Harry tries to talk about it. Harry is determined to confirm his mate’s pregnancy so somehow get his mate to do the pregnancy test. After it’s revealed that Louis is in fact pregnant, he breaks down and tells Harry that he’s scared of being a mother at such a young age because they don’t have a great condition.

26 - An au based off of that one famous reddit post! Louis is a pregnant omega who has cravings and  one day when his neighbor makes something delicious, Louis smells it and shyly knocks on his door to have some and the handsome, tall, built alpha indulges him happily. This prompt might be a bit vague but I want you to write it however you desire, these are just my tags and basic plots to the storyline that I would like to see.

Getting tired of living that life he decides to pack up and go back to his old town without letting anyone know. He ends up renting a room from a sweet elder woman who allows him to stay as long as he helps tend to his garden. Louis is enjoying his life there but there’s still something missing. More like someone. When he goes to the local farmer to buy some milk and eggs, he is shocked to see that the farmer is Harry. (Harry being a widower with a small child)

30 - Where Alpha Harry's pack gets attacked, leading to many of the pack members, including his omegas death and His 2 year old pup disappearance. A couple hours away Omega Louis is out jogging when he hears a small cry, being curious he goes to look where the cry is coming from. There, abandoned by a small creek, is a small pup. Louis being the gentle heart he is, takes the pup with him and decides to mother it.

31 - Harry and Louis’ first baby just started to speak properly so Harry makes fun of mommy Louis’ accent with the help of their baby. (Inspo) 

Everytime the baby is learning a new word Harry teaches them how to say it in his accent and then tells Louis to ask their baby that word but his pronunciation is very different so it confuses the baby, he then tells the baby to start asking his mommy how to say certain words so they can laugh at Louis’ pronunciation, louis get a little annoyed but never too much, he just goes with it and start enjoying the fun and then turns the game against Harry someway.

32 - ABO !! - Louis tells Harry he is pregnant and Harry gets way too excited, when they’re a month away from the birth they start going to baby clothes shops to find things for their baby, Harry finds a very cute bear suit for their baby and buys it. louis thinks he is adorable and let it go, the baby is born and Harry wants to dress their little boy with it almost everyday, he does as much as he can but babies grow fast so Louis worries that his alpha gets sad starts to order the same suit every time is too small for the baby and replace it during laundry days so Harry never notices, he does anyway and one day he tells Louis and Louis gets kind of sad because Harry knew about it all the way long, they talk and asks Harry why he never said anything and he says that it was something sweet to do for him. 39 - The prompt is based on what happened to Hotch after Haley's death in Criminal Minds. It's supposed to be a comfort fic with a tragic start but a happy ending, (could have smut if the author wants) not a lot of drama, (maybe a bit of it relating to Harry's grief/guilt). Harry Styles was not always a "happy" person, in fact he was very serious and closed off, but after he met Kiron during law school his life changed for the better. They got married and had a son River, a beautiful boy with curly brown hair and the most beautiful hazel eyes one could ever see. They were having a happy life until Kiron was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, they did everything they could but he couldn't make it. A few months after his ex-husband's death Harry is going back to the BAU, going to therapy and taking care of his son  River. He's still struggling with grief and keeping his promise to his ex-husband: to make sure River knows how Harry was not always that serious and that River really knows what love is.

At one night out with his best friends H meets Louis Tomlinson, a pre-school teacher going out with his friends to celebrate his friends' anniversary. 

They start to date, Louis meets River, they have a beautiful mother-son relationship, and the rest is history. 

The fic in my imagination would be mpreg but that can be changed if the author is not comfortable, it could also be ABO too, only if the author wants. I would like to be credited for the prompt if that's okay (louisisgxlden on Twitter and Ao3). If it's the author's choice to have smut on the fic, the author can put whatever kink they would like with the exception of watersports, knife play, the piss thing and that kind of hard(?) stuff.

Based on this tik tok , it could be abo or not that's up to the author but if it is maybe louis could smell like harry's favorite food, and harry could smell like rain forest and mint.

Louis is focusing on his career and wants to be child free because he doesn’t see the purpose of having kids on his own when he can be a fun omega aunt for his sister’s pups. Then Louis has to learn how to be a mother for his sister’s pups, dealing with grief, and maintaining his career at the same time.

Would love to see Louis is afraid of driving a car so he chooses to go with public transportation/taxi no matter how inconvenient it is for him and his two pups.

47 - Fic Idea, where Harry is a superhero/antihero, like Spiderman or Deadpool, and Louis is his bf/couple. At some point, they found out L is pregnant, but H has a lot of enemies so maybe something happens to H or L (up to the writer). Happy ending please!

48 - Fic inspired by Mastermind - TS. Louis has been obsessed with the idea of being with Harry since the first time he saw him; so he does everything he can to get it. But something doesn’t go according to his plans… his pregnancy. Now L is scared that H finds out and thinks L did it for his plan.

49 - Louis has a 4 year old daughter (Harry's child). He raises her all by himself with the help of his mum or a friend. Harry doesn't know about it, he's a famous superstar and a womanizer (I think it'd add more to the plot but it's okay if he's not a womanizer in the actual fic). Their relationship ended badly and it's the reason why Louis never told him about the baby. Harry is 5-6 years older than him. Louis and his daughter live in London and he somehow pumps into Harry and they meet. Louis tells him the truth and even if he's in shock Harry wants to be part of his daughter's life. His fame plays a big role in this. Their daughter brings them closer and kind of forces them to fall in love all over again. It needs to be angsty, fluffy, smutty and maybe abo with a happy ending.

50 - Louis is a feral omega with a young pup (maybe 1/2 years old), and he does everything he can to survive and make sure his baby is safe. One day, they pass into Styles’ pack territory, and someone from the pack finds them. L gives fight because he’s scared of losing his pup, but they catch them and they take him to the Alpha’ pack. With L as an omega who doesn’t know who to act, H like a super protective alpha and a cute pup, angst and fluff.

51 - ABO - Harry is doing his tour and Louis went with him. Louis is already pregnant. In the last show H feels from stage how L is in pain (is in labor) and runs quickly from stage to be with his omega.

52 - Louis keeps running into the same alpha and pup everywhere he goes, and everytime it ends up with the small pup crying for his “mommy” (Louis) at first he finds it cute but after a while he becomes worried when he realizes the child’s pleas were lasting longer. 53 - A Love Rosie AU. Please give us more about Louis being a mom and maybe in the end the author can get Louis and Harry to have another child. It doesn't have to be ABO but it has to be mpreg. (There is already a prompt with a similar idea. The prompt #5)

54 - H&L just started dating. L is very shy and has been mistreated a lot in the past. H is the first nice guy that L dates after a string of bad/toxic guys. Could be a little older than him? More mature. So he’s ecstatic to have found such a nice guy. Couple of months into their relationship L finds out he’s pregnant (maybe he’s sick?). He’s devastated. He cannot believe that he’s going to lose the first guy he actually likes. So he hides the pregnancy for weeks. Eventually it is too obvious to hide so he has to tell H. (Maybe end up in the hospital?) H is super supportive and falls in love with the baby instantly. Lots of pregnancy/breeding kink after that. Would be good to see the aftermath of the birth too! Especially with H already talking about getting L pregnant again ❤️

55 - Harry is a professional kickboxer who has a gym where he trains puppies and adults. Louis is a single mom with a puppy and would like to learn the basics to be able to protect his puppy.

Harry is 31 and a successful lawyer in a city. He doesn't do serious relationships, just casual hook ups. His best friend is a carrier and a single parent for a 6 month old baby girl. Unfortunately he dies in an accident, so being the Godfather Harry takes in the baby.. he doesn't have much time nor experience to take care of the baby. Insert nanny louis he's 25 and completed a child nursing course kinda? So he hires him and there's steaming romance, smut, a lot of kinky smut, but Harry makes it clear that there's no strings attached. Eventually when the baby turns 1 louis finds himself pregnant and doesn't tell that to harry but starts avoiding him. 

When Harry gets to know it Lou is already 3 months in and Harry suggests him to abort the child, but Louis wants to have it so there's some angst. Louis decides he'll quit the job but Harry can't take care of the baby alone and the baby loves louis sm so he requests him to stay. He does but he hates Harry and avoids him. When the child is born Harry regrets everything and wants to live together with both the babies and louis. There's some angst, some romance and a happy ending

57 - Harry is the man of the moment, he is a singer and he is touring, he is also married and has a baby with Louis who can be an ex model or something different (a pretty Louis) and he left a month ago bc of his tour and Louis can’t handle their 6 month old baby so whenever the baby is crying he opts to just get them in the car and play harry’s songs, one day he was at his limit so decides calling Harry’s assistant to get them a plane to Harry’s tour, they surprise harry on tour and baby gets immediately happy just by seeing his daddy.

58 - Where Louis is a hybrid cat in a world where his kind is rejected, that's why he has lived on the street since he was 12 years old. Now 8 years after all the things he has lived, he was found by Harry, a firefighter, after he responded to a call of a fire near where louis was living (an alley with a small house made of cardboard boxes in the middle of the dumpster). lou was meowing because he was very cold and very hungry. Seeing him so sad and alone harry decides to help him and take him with him, louis at first doesn't want to because he is afraid and he already had an ugly experience where someone tried to abuse him, but seeing that harry seems to be a good person and has good intentions he decides to go with him.  It is here where their story begins, harry teaching him many things that the kitten doesn't know (the internet, cell phones, television, etc.) even helping him to speak since lou doesn't know how to do it very well and he doesn't want to say a word either. After a while, they both start to fall in love and Lou has her first time with Harry. In one of lou's heats they do it again and this is where he gets pregnant, what they don't know is that hybrids can have more than 1 baby, later they find out that Lou is expecting 3 hybrid babies. I want the story to be full of fluff, love and kinky smut, with sexual tension, I want louis to be a little obsessed with harry and his cock and having sex with him since he liked his first time, also I want them both to be jealous especially louis since harry being a sexy fireman there are many people who are interested in harry. The Innate Intelligence of the Octopus

Hi everyone, 

This week we are talking about the most amazing things we know about nature. There are so many avenues to take when talking about this kind of subject however, the most prominent one that came to mind are Octopi! These are incredible aquatic creatures that possess very impressive qualities. I’ve always been interested in this species because of their unique way of life and all the cool advancements they are capable of. First and foremost, we all know Octopus have 8 tentacles and suction cups. But did you know that there can be over 200 suckers on each arm with the ability to lift 31 pounds (Pagowski, 2018)? Did you also know that these suction cups are how the octopi can taste things (Pagowski, 2018)? That's why they are so versatile to the octopus, because they not only use their tentacles to grab things but based on the taste of things, they can determine the difference between stationary objects or food (Siliezar, 2020). One extremely scary fact is that the Giant Pacific Octopus arm can reach a length of 6 meters or up to 20 feet, to put that into perspective, that's the length of one shipping container (Pagowski, 2018).

Unlike many other creatures, this species has 9 brains and 3 hearts (Blue Planet Aquarium, 2022). Yup, you heard that right. They have 3 hearts, 1 which circulates blood around their bodies, and the other two pump blood to their gills (Blue Planet Aquarium, 2022). They have 9 overall brains, one brain known as the ‘central brain’ is used to control the body as a whole and then they have the other 8 located within each tentacle to control each arm independently (Associated Press, 2019). These are some of the more unknown facts, however, one of the most impressive facts is their ability to camouflage. Octopi up close look like they have speckled skin or spots. These spots are sacs containing pigment underneath the skin (WWF, 2019). When Octopi squeeze and contract these sacs, they can increase and mutate colours simultaneously while mirroring the surrounding colours (WWF, 2019). This is such an intricate and complex process. Being able to change colour and texture depending on the severity of the situation, location, and surrounding predators is a strategy that is so incredibly unique it is almost hard to comprehend. 

Camouflage Octopus (Science Friday, 2016). 

I hope at this point you are just as fascinated with Octopi as I am. Fun fact, you can say Octopuses or Octopi however Octopuses is more widely used and simpler, this is the preferred plural form. For me, Octopi just sounds better! I would encourage everyone to watch My Octopus Teacher on Netflix. This documentary highlights a very unique relationship between a filmmaker and a female octopus. We see the daily life of this octopus but eventually, they would develop a relationship so strong that she would wait in the same spot for him every day for a year. She was intellectually capable of developing a relationship and understanding the emotions associated with the presence of the filmmaker. He would wait until she would reach out to him. This female octopus would willing stick by the filmmaker whenever he would visit her at the beach. Her cognitive health was so strong, she portrayed actions not typically understood or seen in aquatic life. Unfortunately, the relationship between the two had to end to continue the circle of life. Female octopi die after laying their eggs and are already dead once these eggs hatch. The filmmaker had to let go of this relationship in order for her to fulfill her duty. It was a very emotional moment and some have a hard time comprehending this kind of physical relationship, but it exists between humans and nature. This is a prime example. It has been noted that for some females in captivity actually speed up this process purposely by mangleing themselves with their arms showing acts of self-harm (Wood, 2022). This theme has been common in many captive animals including orcas and proves to us that there needs to be an end to captivity.

-Both Ruby and Weiss are left handed

--Yang was 100% prepared to tease them about it when Blake very pointedly uses her left hand to write something

-Oscar is the only person who can beat Ren in scrabble, although it's very closely matched

-Oscar is amazing at chess and will play it against himself like a little square

-Yang and Ruby are experts at the tabletop war game they play in the library

--9 times out of 10, the winner is one of them

-Oscar is the only one who also knew about Compost King, which was very exciting for Jaune

--Compost King is a common game night activity while they were in Haven because its so hard to say no to Oscar

-Yang is a straight-A student and has always been

-Blake never had any formal education and she finds a lot of the classes incredibly dull or ineffective at teaching the material

--she's always the one convincing Yang to skip a class and lie in the sun-warmed grass with her

--she still gets Bs easily

-Oscar is a very fast reader and will devour any book he's given

--his aunt would frequently bring home books from town just to keep him entertained

-Ruby has suffered from migraines and nightmares her entire life, post-Beacon they only got worse

-Weiss shops at local dust stores whenever she can, even though she could get shipments for free

--however she does have Ron Swanson's "I know more than you" energy when she's shopping

-Blake and Ren will sometimes take naps together

--not cuddling, just occupying the same general space

-if Ruby isn't engaged with something, she can start to scatter and dissolve into rose petals

--its a very slow process and someone has always snapped her out of it before she's fully vanished, but Yang is worried about what would happen if no one caught her in time

-Yang naturally radiates heat cause semblance duh

-Weiss glued the tiniest gravity crystals to the underside of Ruby's bed to ensure it never falls

My first impression vs Now - Court of Darkness Characters

Currently, I'm still on Guy's route...so this is based on how I felt after playing the Harem route. I binge-played the entirety of the harem route in almost 2 days.

1. Guy Avari

First impression: "I HATE YOU, YOU SEXUAL ASSULTER. STOP KISSING ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!" This was the only problem I had with him. Other than this I was totally cool with his behavior.

Now: I love him now. His route is nearing the end, and I find him really cute. Especially when he said, "I was trying to keep you away from but then you seduced me" that line is so cute. Even in the harem routes, there are times when is kisses without consent, but if I exclude that, I think he's really an amazing character. Strong, intelligent, and an asshole. Currently, he's my 3rd favorite.

2. Toa Qelsum

First impression: "GOD! WHO CREATED YOU TOA!? YOU'RE SO BEAUTIFUL THAT I WANT TO WORSHIP YOU." He has such an ethereal beauty. Maybe some might argue that Fenn is more beautiful, but for me, Toa is the most beautiful character of this game.

Now: I haven't played his route, I'm thinking of doing it after Lance. This is based on the Harem route. I think he's kind of a tsundere. I don't know if he actually is a tsundere but it's really adorable to see him act all mature on the outside and sulky on the inside when he sees MC being taken away by the other male leads. He just makes this cute pouty expression when he found out the MC agreed to be Lynt's date and I also love how Fenn always makes fun of him. Toa is my favorite character of this game.

3. Fenn Luxure

First impression: "You're beautiful....but sorry, I'm not into flirts that much."

Now: "Flirts are still not my type, but I really really REALLY LOVE YOU!" I love Fenn for being such a kind and dependable young man. I mean, if he was a flirt 24x7 then, I would never even look at him. But after playing the Harem route, I think really do think he's a nice guy. Kind, reliable, mature and I also feel like he's the peace-maker of the S-rank group. When I see a guy who has much more to him than just simply being a flirt, I'll like him. That's Fenn for me.

4. Lynt Akedia

First Impression: He's......cute!

Now: He's so dangerous. He's so cute that it's so hard for you to reject him. He asks you "Will you be my valentine?" and if you say no, it makes you feel like you're committing a big crime. That's how dangerous he is!! But I love him.

5. Roy Invidia

First Impression: .........................

Now: He's.......nice, I guess. My impression didn't change much from when I first saw him. That's all.

6. Rio Voleri

First impression: Wow!! You're just like me. We both love food!!

Now: I can't see Rio being more than a friend. I can't feel the sparks like I feel when I'm with Toa or Guy. Whenever MC is with Rio, it always feels like two friends talking and sharing food, nothing else.

7. Jasper Lane

First impression: I actually thought he was Guy's older brother and after learning that he's a butler, I was like "How come you're more handsome than Guy?"

Now: Okay. Don't give me spoliers! But I think the suspicious guy wearing a leather jacket and making out with women in dark alleys is Jasper himself. Again! This is just my theory, so I want to find out myself, so don't give me spoilers. If he is, then "Jasper, please take off that leather jacket. I FUCKING HATE LEATHER JACKETS." Also, Jasper has to be two-faced right? GOD!!!! I seriously love butlers. 'Butler' characters have some much humour and they are very witty. Even some of them are absolute sadists. I hope Jasper is a sadist, if he is, I would love him even more than I do right now!

8. Tino Maes

First impression: He's cute like his master.

Now: He's still cute....but I can't see him more than a friend.

9. Knight

First impression: "How older you?"

Now: "How tall are you?" because I really love him. He's a tsundere like Toa, and he also sees Toa as his friend rather than a Lord. That's really sweet. Toa also doesn't seem to mind....he's such a sweetheart!!!

10. Grayson Hotz

First impression: "You look like the shyest character out of all."

Now: My first impression was right. You're very shy and very kind.

11. Lance Ira

First impression: "Again, oni-san! How older are you? You look like you're 25 for a school student."

Now: He's my 2nd favorite character now. He took the 2nd place right when I saw him playing with MC's dragon. His blissful smile was enough to make me fall in love with him. It's so beautiful. Lance is much more friendly than I thought. I felt like he was very unapproachable and brute, but to my surprise, he's kind and a brute. Hehe. He's much manlier than the other characters and I do appreciate some manly characters. For now, he's going to be my next route, because the harem route has got me interested in him. Sorry Toa, please wait for me!!

12. Dia Akedia

First impression: "Wow! I didn't know this game is an LGBT genre...."

Now: *Completely dumbfounded because I realized he's a man and that too a man with luscious beautiful hair who is not even a crossdresser* and he's cute when he blushes and why everyone from Akedia so cute, can we talk about that!?

13. Lou

First impression: So much white!!! and I also wish you're familiar Nix was a human. He has such a sexy voice.

Now: I have some principles that I follow in life. One of them is, I see teachers and any being who teaches me as Gods and I don't see them as daddies no matter how drop-dead gorgeous they are......well, in that sense, all the S-ranks are gods.....No! S-ranks are....well.....they are just.....teachers in their free time....it's not like that's their profession, right? So I think it's a pass.

♡ also, seeing how excited you were to tell him about your pregnancy really prompted him to step up his husband-game 

♡ from now on, he loads the dishwasher, does both of your laundry, cleans the house on his own and cooks most of the food 

♡ he acts as if being pregnant means you are no longer able to do basic tasks but his real motive behind doing these things was not only to take the pressure off of you but to also prepare himself for father life 👍

♡ also, to prepare him for shopping for his kids’ clothes, he goes out and buys you maternity wear 

♡ he does this like...3 weeks into your pregnancy though so the clothes just sit and catch dust until a few months later when you actually need them 

♡ and although he is a bit of a pain to go stroller/pram shopping with (he just says buy whichever one goes the fastest), you let him take the reins when it came to buying/preparing the baby’s room and it came out beautiful!

♡ like the cradle was good quality and firm, the rug wouldn’t irritate the baby’s skin, the walls were painted expertly and the plushies/toys he picked out - unbeknownst to you at the time - kept the baby entertained for ages

♡ oh and no matter what day/week/month you are in of pregnancy, he will always look at you and your bump with the same amazement and gratitude as he did the first time you told him

A = Attractive (what do they find attractive about the other?)- Anna and Beckett love everything about each other, but if you would force them to pick their favorite Beckett would say her duality. It may sound weird but Anna is optimistic, a very sunny person in real life. She loves how happy and loved she makes him feel simply by existing. Though, one time he had walked in Anna’s meeting room during a company-wide crisis and Anna had the poise, eloquence, intelligence and leadership skills to get the job done under an excruciating amount of stress. This stunned Beckett (and left him very turned on) of Anna’s stature that demands respect; he always knew that she’s a force of nature when she needs to be. For what Anna loves about Beckett, she would say his passion. His passion for his career. His passion for awards. His passion and ambition. His passion for her. His passion wanting to be a better man. Even his passion when they’re in bed...

B = Baby (do they want a family? why/why not?)- 100000% yes. Beckett would absolutly love being a father of Anna’s children. Anna has wanted to be a mother for as long as she could remember. Especially since she really wants a family of her own with Beckett.  

C = Cuddle (how do they cuddle?)- They like cuddling whenever they need to when they’re alone. But they like to do it best naked in bed, after doing something sexual. Anna loves to intertwine her legs with Beckett's legs and laying her head on Beckett’s chest, giving him kisses right above his heart. Beckett loves wrapping his arms around her, cradling Anna’s head and lovingly kissing the top of her head. 

D = Dates (what are dates with them like?)- Before they graduated they’re dates were low-key but still filled with love. But since they’ve become public figures and the public eye is always on them, they have more high-class, really expensive dates. Though whoever is the one responsible for planning the date they’ll make some sort of extra mile to make their dates special. 

E = Everything (“you are my ____” (e.g my life, my world…))- For Beckett, Anna calls says “you’re the love of my life” to Beckett. For Anna, Beckett would say “you’re my amazing sunshine” to her and whenever they say that to each other the break out in loving and wide smiles.

F = Feelings (when did they know they were falling in love?)- Beckett can’t pinpoint exactly when he fell in love with Anna since it’s probably like, before their first year of Penderghast ended. The word “love” first came to mind when he thought of Anna when they played hooky and skipped class (book 2 chapter 6) but quickly extinguished the thought out of fear that she probably thinks of him as just a friend with benefits. He remembers wanting to say it for the first time when Kane had kidnapped Anna and he was desperate to make a portal to her no matter if it killed him. For Anna she knew she loved him the moment he called out Kane after one of his minions put an illusion spell on her and Beckett went all ‘over-protective boyfriend’ (book 2 chapter 9) and they weren’t even dating at the time!

G = Gentle (are they gentle? If so, how?)- One of the biggest reasons why Beckett fell for Anna is because she is a great listener and very empathetic when it came to his family issues (like in book 2 chapter 2 when Beckett was upset because of Katrina’s professor position). Her kindness and gentle nature towards not just him, but to others makes his heart flutter every time, often caught staring at her in amazement. Beckett, on the other hand isn’t the most gentle person to others. But Anna feels special, knowing she’s the only person on this planet who sees Beckett’s thoughtful, sweet and romantic side. The way he cups her face and gazes in her eyes, how much effort he puts into their dates, the way he worships her with even the smallest of touches. Anna absolutely loves this incredible man that she’s fallen for, and at various times wonders what she did to deserve him. 

H = Hand/Hold (how do they like to hold? how do they like to hold hands?)- They hold hands whenever they can. When they go out on family dinners, especially Anna’s family they’ll joke it’s glued together. For Beckett’s family, since most of his family gathering are fucking full-on galas, the extended family will sometimes gossip about them. They’re really excited for Anna to join the family but that’s mostly because of her luxurious and and elegant public image and the prestige she’ll bring to the family name, they do know that she makes Beckett happy, though. 

I = Impression (first impression/s)- As we all know, Beckett was really fucking rude when they first met, and Anna hated him. For Beckett he was obviously rude, but he was secretly intimidated by her, because her could feel her magickal potential the moment she landed on campus. If only they knew back then how much they would mean to each other later in life...

J = Joker (are they into pulling pranks?)- They actually don’t play pranks on each other at all but Anna jokes around with him constantly. Beckett adores Anna’s sense of humour and that he can make him feel better and laugh even on the most stressful of days. Though, Anna plays pranks on the rest of the PendPals, even after their graduation! Beckett says “I’m opposed to joining in on this nonsense” but let’s honest, Anna is his biggest weakness so he’ll join and help her and even get a laugh form it himself. 

K = Kisses (how do they kiss?)- They kiss whenever they want to want. Whether it be a quick kiss when the other needs to leave or kissing like their lives depend on it, pushing each other on the nearest surface, getting their clothes off. They’re both amazing kissers. They both love when they lose their inhibitions and they kiss. The moans, the tiny gasps and gripping each other’s clothes. 

  L = Love (who says I love you first?)- Beckett said “I love you” first on their last day of their second year at Penderghast. He couldn’t keep it in anymore and he needed to say before they parted for summer break again. Anna was overjoyed that Beckett said the 3 little words and when she said them back, the both of them felt both elated and sad. Elated because they confessed their immense for each other and sad because they had to leave for summer break the next day. 

M = Memory (their favourite moment together)- I don’t think they’ll be able to choose, so I’m just gonna list them. 

- The first time they slept together (book 1 chapter 15)

- When Beckett healed Anna after falling in the mirror dimension (book 1 chapter 11)

- Anna’s birthday (book 1 chapter 14)

- When Anna came to visit Beckett in the medical ward (book 2 chapter 12) 

- When they said I love you to each other for the first time (book 2 chapter 17)

N = Nickel (do they spoil? do they buy the person they love everything?)- People ask “would you rather sentimental gifts or expensive gifts?” but for Anna and Beckett; who are some of the most richest and most famous people in the world, why not both? Anna likes to design luxury watches for Beckett every once in a while for a gift with loving messages engraved inside. Beckett loves gifting her experience, like trips all over the world on Anna’s private jets. 

O = Orange (what colour reminds them of their other half?)- Yellow, gold and light pink remind Beckett of Anna, because yellow and gold represent sunlight and Anna’s Beckett sunshine. And light pink because it’s Anna’s favorite colour. Gray, sliver and dark blue remind Anna of Beckett. Dark blue because that was the colour of Becket’s blazer when they were in college. Silver reminds her of his metal attunement and gray is the colour of his deep eyes. 

  P = Pet names (what pet names do they use?)- They will call each other baby, sweetie, sweetheart or call each other they’re last names. After they got married Anna’s full name is now Anna Yoon-Harrington but they both love it when Beckett just calls her Mrs. Harrington. (Beckett gets really horny when Anna calls him Mr. Harrington in bed but you didn’t hear that from me...) 

Q = Questions (what are the questions they’re always asking?)- They will often ask each other how much they love each other and what they love about each other. Sometimes they’ll ask each other when they’re just relaxing together, when the other is feeling down, or just because! They love being in love with each other. 

R = Rainy Day (what do they like to do on a rainy day?)- They’ll just stay inside and have a low-key night with each other, get some takeout, and watch some TV. They might get some work in and maybe even workout together but Anna bought her own personal gym for more intense exercises and Beckett does very calming yoga. 

S = Sad (how do they cheer themselves/each other up)- Beckett will wrap her up in his arms and comforts her, saying that he loves her and that she’ll be able to figure it out. When Beckett feels sad, Anna will just be near him in case he wants to talk about it. She’ll cook one of his favorite meals or order something. They both also love comfort, loving sex to make the both of them feel better. 

T = Talking (what do they love to talk about?)- Beckett loves talking about his studies and new discoveries in his research. He owns one of the biggest and technologically-advance research centres in the world. Anna often visits him, whether it’s because she misses him or because of work, since the both of them are in science but Beckett advances magick (mostly ward and portal magick) and Anna is in tech. But above all, his favorite thing to learn is all about Anna. Learning about her makes him so happy, wanting to memorise and learn everything about her. What she loves, what her plans are for the future and what makes her happy. 

U = Unencumbered (what helps them relax? Include a headcanon!)- For the both of them, the others mere presence is enough to comfort them, even if they’re even not talking. When they were seniors in Penderghast, Beckett had his finals and he was beyond stressed. But when Anna sat on his lap and wrapped her arms around neck and laid her head on his shoulder, he wrapped his arms around her waist, he had never been so calm during studying! 

  W = Wedding (when, how, where do they propose?)- Beckett proposes on one of their international dates about a year and a half after they graduate. (They’ll both be around 23-24) He’s kind of scared because they’re both so young but deep down in his heart, Anna and him being soulmates is a 10000000% certainty. (I might do a wedding/proposal fic in the future!) 

X = Xylophone (what’s their song?)- “Can’t Help Falling in Love” is their song. One time Anna sang the song softly when she thought he was asleep while she was caressing his cheek but he could hear her singing the entire time. Beckett had never heard such a beautiful and ethereal-sounding voice.  

Y = You’re the ___ to my ___ (e.g the cookies to my milk, the macaroni to my cheese)- Beckett said “You’re the key to my heart” once to Anna, not realizing how cheesy it is so Anna will repeat it from time to time, as a way to tease him. But in reality, her heart absolutely melts and she breaks out into such a large smile that her jaw starts to hurt every time she thinks of it. 

Z = Zebra (if they wanted a pet, what pet would they get?)- Anna’s lumien, Solar, already lives with them though Anna would love a small kitten. Solar and Navi (Atlas’ familiar) already have play mates every time Anna and Atlas meet.

1. Why did you choose your url? I originally created a personal blog and then created a side blog artycreaty but was stupid and thought artycreaty would act as my main but I was so very wrong lol. Anyways! I didn’t know what to name it but I wanted to draw something so, yeah! Don’t think I’m changing it anytime soon😅😂. Also, fanarain because Fana came from my middle name, and Rain because I like rain!

2. Any side blogs? If you have them, name them and why you have them. Yup! @artycreaty because I originally created it to act as my main but I was stupid because I didn’t know it didn’t work like that and it became my side blog for years. And then January of this year (2021), I was like ‘fuck it’ and decided to create a new tumblr account using a new email and switched the ownership of artycreaty with this one because I wanted to like and comment whatever/whichever posts I liked and whenever I wanted because I couldn’t do that with my main before because it was personal, so yeah. Also @quotewhisperer because I wanted to post whatever quotes I liked so that I would see those quotes from any sources like manga/anime, movies or tv shows. I haven’t used/interacted with that blog in years lol 😅

3. How long have you been on tumblr? I think I lurked around tumblr sometime in 2015 for months before becoming a member in November of that year.

4. Do you have a queue tag? Nope! I think I’m gonna have to create one one day, maybe? 🤔

5. Why did you start your blog in the first place? artycreaty because I wanted to post drawings of my own and interact with people, and also not to lose amazing posts. I have up drawing soon and mostly reblog he’s because nobody liked my drawings and nobody interacted with me. So I sort of became inactive/on and off until maybe 2020? FanaRain because it would make it a little easier to like/comment/send asks whenever/whatever I wanted, and so to interact with people a little easier. I don’t know what to do with this blog so I’ll just do whatever I want and see what it’ll be like 🤔👀.

it’s all because of the random zhongli dream anon 😭 i couldn’t get him out of my mind until i wrote a loooong fic for him. the idea of his darling being with him since the archon war days is my favorite! i’ve always had a soft spot for it, ever since i was trying to figure out what a yandere zhongli might look like back in november. it’s just... genuinely horrifying to imagine being stuck with that for thousands of years. especially when people view rex lapis so highly in liyue, darling feels even more alone on her festering feelings. there’s no relief to be had.

i think i’ll do a big ol headcanon post because the world for yan zhongli and his god darling is so big, i’ve given it a Lot of thought. but the main gist of it is how darling deals with the inaccurate portrayal of their history together. and of course, she interacts with others, since zhongli has the reassurance from the contract that she won’t try to escape. so there’s a lot of angst there. 😭

i’d love to write more for hu tao!! she is a character that i adore a lot. currently, i don’t have any ideas for her that would get me going, but once i see one or get hit with inspiration she’ll make a reappearance. i do have a few hu tao requests so hopefully those will help inspire me. AND ROSARIA... 🥺 WHAT A WOMAN. i want to learn more about her!! i’ll write for her when her stories and voice lines are all out, that way the characterization is more accurate. she captured my heart with that distant attitude and those listless eyes 🥰����

ah yes, welcome anon, to what could be considered heaven or help depending. if you were able to get hu tao then i’d say you’re in the latter camp (aside from having to grind for her ascension materials, that is pure suffering). it’s a fun game to get into during this quarantine/spotty lockdown time, so i hope you’ll enjoy your time with it! i’m glad that mihoyo releases content often enough to keep us well fed.

Hi! Thank you for the question! iIt’s been awhile since I’ve looked at that blurb - I had to double check it - but I feel like he’d use 🙃 as his “annoyed/whats new (sarcastic)” emoji. Like when’s he’s fed up, but can’t bother being angry about it

Here’s a little example of what I mean -

Y/n: how are you today freddie?

F: absolutely amazing 🙃

Y/n: …that doesn’t sound good. What’s wrong?

F: I got detention for something I didn’t even do. So I’m stuck with (insert whatever teacher you want) until 9 🙃

That’s what I was thinking when I wrote the blurb at least, but I could also see him using it solely to annoy you if he knew you didn’t like it.

Why did you choose your URL: I first started out structuring my stories as imagines, and the “Team Free Will” part was pretty obvious.

What inspired you to become a writer: Reading Supernatural fanfiction inspired me to get back into writing, but I’ve always enjoyed it. My mom likes to talk about how when I was in Kindergarten, I drew a picture about how I wanted to be an author and now I write in my free time.

How long have you been writing: According to tumblr, I’ve been writing fanfiction since 2014, but I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember.

What do you do when you are not writing i.e. Job/Hobbies etc? I’m a music teacher, so I sing and play piano, and I’ve played a bit of cello and tenor saxophone as well. I love movies, baking, sleeping, and a few video games.

How long have you been in the SPN Fandom? I joined sometime around Season 8 or 9, I think. I don’t really remember!

Are you in any other fandoms and do you write for them? I really enjoy Marvel and I’ve read a lot of Marvel fics, but I don’t write for them. I like a lot of TV shows (New Girl, Parks and Rec, The Good Place, Outlander, etc), but I wouldn’t consider myself part of the fandom.

Do you do any writing outside of fanfiction? If so, tell us about it? I love to write poetry. I had a poetry blog at truenorth-ink a while ago, but I haven’t updated it recently at all. Most of my poems aren’t published or posted anywhere.

Favorite published author: I love some of the early series by Rick Riordan and I also really enjoy poetry by Nikita Gill and Atticus. Lately, I've really been getting into Leigh Bardugo's books.

Have you ever read a book that made an impact on your life? Which one and why?: I think "East" by Edith Pattou really affected me! I read it when I was in 6th-8th grade and I think about it often. I think it's something that really stuck with me and got me interested in fantasy books so much. I read it at least once a year.

Favorite genre of fanfic (smut, angst, fluff, crack, rpf, etc): I love angsty stuff, and most of the time I prefer it when it has some fluff mixed in. Straight fluff is often hard for me to read because I need something that’s more realistic for my own life and point of view. Favorite piece of your own writing: I don’t know if I have a favorite, but I loved writing Back to the Start (my mermaid series) and The Switch (a canon-divergent apocalyptic Reader x Sam series). Right now, I'm really enjoying my Consort series (a Goddess!Reader x Dean series). Creating my own rules in my own little universes is one of my favorite things to do, especially since I can’t always do whatever I want in real life.

Most underrated fic you have written: Empire. I loved getting to write Boyking!Sam because it was so different from my normal Sam stories and I did a lot of research for it. I’m pretty proud that the story never got too bloody or gory, too, so if you want some Boyking!Sam that’s not drenched in blood (for lack of a better term), I’m your girl!

Story of yours that you’d most like to see turned into a movie/tv show: Probably Back to the Start or The Switch. I think those two series would be amazing to see with J2, the rest of the cast/characters I included, and special effects! There’s so much I’d want to explore with both of them that I didn’t put into the series.

Favorite fic from another writer:  I don’t think I could pick just one, but I’ve read all of @sunlightdances Dean fics multiple times. Her works got me through some pretty sucky times in my life and I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of her writing! I’ve also been reading her Bucky fics recently and it’s made me love Marvel fics even more than before!​

Least favorite character to write (and why): I don’t like to write for Crowley or Gabriel. Gadreel is hard for me even though I can do it, but I don’t understand Crowley or Gabriel’s personalities at all because they’re literally so far away from mine.

Do you have anyone you consider a mentor? No, although @lipstickandwhiskey and @kaz2y5-imagines really encouraged me in my writing!​

Do you have any aspirations involving your writing? I would love to write a non-Supernatural work of fiction to publish, but that’s a long way off.

How many work-in-progress stories do you have: Oh Lord, I have so many! I have at least four series and two one shots in the works right now. I've also got over 100 one shots/series plotlines written out in the notes on my phone and various Google Docs.

What are you currently working on? I’m currently working on a Cinderella series, my Underworld series, my Puer Rex series, my Consort series, an Author!Sam fic, and an Author!Dean fic. I also write stories for my Words series now and again.

“Pond Diving” - All About The Writing

What/who has had the biggest influence on your writing? Reading other people’s work. The intense storylines of @luci-in-trenchcoats ’s fics have gotten me to be more bold with my writing and the emotions and description in @supernaturalfreewill’s works have inspired me to let my work have more feeling.

Best writing advice you've been given: Not necessarily writing advice, but I was once told that anything worth doing is worth doing at least a little bit every day. Think about it—if you wrote even just five minutes a day, how much better will you get over the course of a month? A year?

Biggest obstacle you’ve faced in your writing: Repetition of words and commas. So many commas and so many uses of the same word over and over again. It’s a hard balance between using the word and using synonyms without sounding like I’m sitting there googling synonyms for “said”. I also tend to spend a lot of time on things that I think are super important but aren’t really important in the long run. I’m wordy as hell and my writing would be dull if I didn’t edit it as thoroughly as I do.

What aspects of writing do you find difficult when you write fanfiction? A lot of times I have these ideas that I think would make a great series but I don’t think through them, so planning out the plot of a series (or even a standalone fic) beforehand is something I struggle with.

Is there anything you want to write but are afraid to (and why): I would love to write more fics that have the characters dealing with severe mental disorders or that take place in a mental hospital, but I’m afraid that I’ll portray something wrong and solidify harmful stereotypes about what it’s like to deal with those things.

What inspires/motivates you to write: Honestly, just wanting to write things that I enjoy. Sometimes I get sick of reading other peoples’ stuff since it’s not exactly what I want, so I just write my own!

How do you deal with self doubt: Understand that sometimes it happens. You’ll doubt yourself—everybody does. If I’m doubting myself or my writing, I’ll take a break until I remember why I write. Then I’ll remember that yeah, writing for an audience is fun, but I write because I have cool ideas I want to explore, not because I need the attention or love of strangers. Lastly, I’ll reread my old fics, especially the ones I love, and then I’ll go back and edit old fics that I haven’t looked at in a while. That way I can see how I’ve improved and I don’t feel so terrible anymore! Reading my own fics is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine, and I’ll read through my masterlists every once a while just to remind myself of the things I’ve loved, where I’ve been, and where I’m going.

How do you deal with writer's block: Like I said, I reread old fics and edit old fics that I haven’t looked at in a while. Seeing the things I’ve done before always helps to focus me. I’ll also read other people’s stuff or talk about headcanons with some friends to try and find some inspiration.

Do you plan/outline your story before you start: Lately I have been, but only because my periods of intense inspiration and productivity are getting farther and farther apart because of my job. I’ve found planning it out to be more and more helpful, especially for my series. A lot of times if I get a great idea, I’ll outline the whole plot or any significant details I want to put in that one shot/series so that I can come back to it whenever I have the time or I’m inspired for it again.

Do you have any weird writing habits: I write best in places that are unfamiliar to me or in places/times where I shouldn’t be writing. Class? Writing. Airport terminal? Writing. 4am when I have to be up at 6? Writing.

Have you ever received hateful comments on your fic and how do you deal with it? Not that I remember! I feel like there’s probably been one or two over the years, but I probably just got upset about it with my friends for a while and then got over it.

Conversely: what’s been some of your favorite feedback on your fanfic? A long time ago, when I was writing Back to the Start, I had one person who sent me asks for every single series update. I screenshotted them and saved them on my laptop. There’s one particular one where they say that they’re happier because of my writing and honestly, isn’t that what we all strive for? That people’s lives are better because of our stories? I’ve also had some pretty great friends recently who’ve made it a point to reblog and send asks/messages on all my works, which has been so meaningful that I never replied to the asks. They’re sitting in my inbox and I go through and reread them sometimes when I’m feeling down.

If you could give one piece of advice to a new and/or struggling writer, what would it be?  ​Write down everything. If you come up with an amazing piece of dialogue, even if it’s just one sentence or one person talking, or if you come up with something you’d think would be a great title… WRITE IT DOWN. It doesn’t matter if it fits into whatever you’re currently writing or not, it’ll come in handy! I don’t know how many times I’ve gone through my idea list and found really obscure lines/titles/inspiration that didn’t make sense when I wrote them down, but are now exactly what I need to finish a fic. Even if you don’t end up using it, jotting down your ideas is still writing, and that’s good practice!

Tips on creating fun fanfic headers!

i had so much fun writing the fanfic writing tips yesterday and i got a few more questions about header-making, and so i decided to make one more of these! i hope these tips help somebody out there! hope you enjoy :) 

p.s. these tips won’t require any hard editing skills or photoshop skills, nor any expensive tablets/apps! 

typically i spend around ~5-10 min creating one header, and that’s either after i think of/finish a fic. i have so much fun doing it and sharing it with you that i figured i’d share how i do it! 

why headers? 

as I talked about in my fic tips, one of the most eye-catching things about fics are headers. when i’m scrolling through a rec page, my home page, a tag, or even someone’s masterlist, i’m immediately drawn to well-made headers. that’s what captures my attention, and then i’m more drawn in by the content. so, you can say that headers is your own version of an ad for your own fic, or an extension of it (like the cover of a novel!) 

if you were writing your own book, imagine how much time you’d spend figuring out what you wanted your cover to look like. i try to have as much fun and invest as much time making my own headers because it’s just the cherry on top to my finished product :) 

disclaimer: BUT HEADERS ARE NOT NECESSARY/DO OR DIE! if you don’t feel like you want to do this, then keep writing! its ok! this is just a suggestion. i’ve seen plenty of well-written fics without headers at all, so don’t beat yourself up over not having one/not wanting to do one. this is truly just a fun, extra kind of thing, and only keep reading if you want to learn how i do it! :) 

tips for people who don’t want to make headers: if you still want something to make your fic stand out, use gifs! i use them in my drabbles a lot! this will at least give ur fic a lil boost! 

how to find pictures

I typically use unsplash, which is a free website in which photographers upload their HQ pics for free use. the pics are really high quality, typically stock photos, and don’t have any logos on them like other ones on google. unfortunately, you won’t find any pics of the members or anything, but you’ll find beautiful stock photos of typical scenes like “ocean scene” or “desert scene.” I found the stock photo for cut me open (shown below) on that site by just looking up “medical” or “doctor”. 

i used to use google a lot and just use keywords like “desert scene HQ” and edit the search settings to deliver HQ pics, and a minimum # of pixels, but unplash is definitely better in terms of quality, more aesthetic photos, and no logos/watermarks. 

on some occasions, i will screenshot some scenes of youtube videos, turning up the quality to 1080p or 4k and zooming in so that the pixelation is as crisp as possible, and then editing it later to look good (which i’ll explain in a second!) 

the above photo was a scene from the specific characters from the drama, “100 Days My Prince” that I screenshotted from a youtube video that TvN uploaded, recapping the drama. I cropped it just right so that their faces were left out, which i’ll also mention soon! 

things to look for when picking pictures: 

you want the picture to reflect a specific motif/theme from your fic! if its a moody fic, then try to find a moody scene that you can edit with filters/lighting to look even moodier; or if the characters’ jobs are a big portion of the fic (like cut me open/doctor theme) try to look for stock photos with that shown very clearly!

make sure its high quality: tumblr really dumbs down the quality of the photo when uploading it, so try your best to find something with a lot of pixels in it so that when you start editing, you don’t sacrifice too much of the quality already

try to look for something simple/clean: a picture with too much subject (ie. people in the background, or too much detail) may end up taking away from the main point of your header, which is your title. so find pics without too much clutter! 

try to make sure its landscape: which will help during editing to save some of the quality better. 

editing your pictures

now that you have a specific photo you want to use, now its time to edit! I use VSCO CAM (free app) and my own apple photos cropping tool for faster crops. 

crop/adjust: if your picture is too large/wide, crop it to at least a 16:9 ratio. i’d say aim for skinnier if you can, so that you don’t take up too much space (especially if you’re planning to add headers to your masterlist). also crop out any faces, any clutter, any unnecessary details, so you have a nice, clean slate to work on when adding text. 

contrast/sharpen/clarity/white balance/etc.: i’m not gonna give you a lesson on photography, but i’ll tell you I learned like 80% of everything that i know just by fiddling with it on VSCO! So just try it out and play with the app, see what you can make of it. i’d say a rule of thumb to follow is that you want happier fics with a brighter tone, and moodier/angsty fics with a darker tone so that it can reflect the nature of the fic further, without saying anything! 

if you wanna be extra af like me, then go a step further and photoshop your pics. this one is a good example; when i screenshotted this scene from another youtube video for my fic One Year My Love part 2, i was specifically looking for a scene that would showcase the ornate/regal details of their clothing/environment in contrast to part 1′s modest clothing/scene (the first header in this post). 

i found this scene, but actually, this scene portrays the Crown Prince and the Princess, not y/n. So, the actors weren’t smiling at all! They were actually frowning at eachother in this scene, to portray the tension between the two characters and their marriage. 

So, I took the extra step, adjusting the pic with VSCO so that their shoulders/chins were at the same level, cropped off their faces up until their lips, and then used the adobe photoshop free app to photoshop their lips to be SMILING at eachother!!!! subtle, but important! 

call me crazy for taking that much time but i’m so proud of how it turned out and i loved every second of making this one. that way, this scene makes it portray the happy ending for Jungkook and y/n! 

adding text to your header

you can use any app out there, but i really like Font Candy! I actually ended up buying the 2$ version of this and never regretted it, but you can actually find a lot of their basic fonts on the free version; I tend to use the fonts: OSTRICH SANS, BEBAS, TREND, and INTRO the most! these are pretty clean-looking, block letters that look good whenever i put them as my titles. 

I love this app too cause you can easily control the spacing between letters to make them take up more space, add shadows, or even make them contrast their background using the overlay feature; like this one i made for wildest dreams (see how the text changes depending on what part of the photo its on? amazing! it’s literally with a click of a button!!)

And i’ll always add “written by HAYJEON” or “by HAYEJON”, space it out, and add it somewhere underneath as my own branding.

orrrrrr 

if you want to be more creative, you can even go a step further and use whatever you have on hand to enhance whatever you’re trying to portray. 

for this one, i ended up finding this amazing photo on unsplash and i thought it would do a create job of portraying the “movie-set” quality of what wildest dreams is going to be about. this stock photo had someone else’s names on it, so i used my ipad, and used instagram to just erase the existing writing with the color of the background, and then wrote in my own title and url with my own handwriting/apple pen!!! 

i thought this was pretty cool because it’s like wildest dreams is its own movie/has its own movie set, which, once it’s out, you guys will see that it’s supposed to be! 

saving/uploading

this is pretty easy/obvious, but i figured i’d mention it. all the apps i mentioned are available on the appstore, and they will save directly to your photos. after doing that, i’ll just upload them into a special folder i have on my google drive so that when i’m finished writing a fic on tumblr using my laptop, i can easily download the photos without sacrificing quality. easy! 

and that way, i can save them forever; even if i have to delete them from my computer, i can always redownload them! 

side note: making text separators

i just recently started doing this, but ever since tumblr took down their text separators, i’ve just been cropping the bottom like 5-10 pixels of the header to use as my text separators! (with my laptop)

i saw some other writer doing it and thought that it looked better than what i had used previously (a cropped photo of a random line i found on google); i found that doing this tied my fics together a little better and just looked better aesthetically;

White gloves and a white long sleeve jumper with an upright collar length down to the hips, the king sleeve has a design in the middle of an icy blue eagle and around that eagle is a magic circle of tap representing the Ideale branch On the bottom are white pants on both sides their are 5 leaf blue clovers descending down his pants, for shoes he wears a type of blue toned icy blue heel going up the pants

Personality

Due to the bullying Ace received from the other noble children Ace has beocme an insecure individual gaining a low self-esteem at a such a young age often getting intimidated by nearly anyone. He tends to get clingy in fields of defenselessness one leading example would be at royal banquets, Ace would always hide underneath Nebra’s dress throughout the entire banquet. Always having his guard up he overthinks nearly any of his movements afraid to disappoint anyone and often needs something to fiddle with. A trait Ace holds is determination, according to Asta, Ace holds more determination than he could of had, a case to prove it would be going up against a devil being 11 to protect the clover castle. However Ace starts to change when meeting Helreignn he slowly becomes more confident in his skills.

Nebra has been the closest to Ace’s heart since skin to skin contact. No matter when or what these two would always have ball arts and crafts, bath time, studying time, his mummies arms were the warmest to him. Through the bullying of the noble children they would call him the “abusers child” this would be the time Ace found out about his mummy and Solid abused Noelle for 15 years at first believing this was nonsense to him until he asked the question. Soon Ace accepted that his mummy had change and the two reconnected their bond.

Zora Silva

Zora had introduced Ace to commoner life when he was a toddler and taught him the importance of that money isn’t everything, Ace is grateful for all the important lessons Zora taught him because without them Ace would just be another arrogant royal. The relationship between Zora and Ace is healthy. Zora would always supported Ace when he was in lows and even talk about his glorious adventures of being a supermage until he fell asleep.

Josslyn Silva

The relationship between Josslyn and Ace has its highs and lows. Ace knew from a young age how intimidating his sister could be and due to the bulllying Ace sorta of grew to have be frightened of his sister knowing that she could do the same thing to him. On one ocassion Josslyn saw Ace getting laughed at by other noble children however she did nothing about it, Ace assumed Josslyn didn’t loved him. This was never the case Josslyn had always cared for Ace knowing how fragile he is and feels ashamed to be called a “sister” for never standing up to the bullies

Nozel Silva

Ace never liked Nozel. Ace can remember memories of his mother and Nozel fighting day and night. Ace would always get nervous when interacting with Nozel afraid that he would take out his anger on him.

Solid Silva

Ace dosen’t have a problem with Solid knowing what he had done in the past was not okay he has learned to accept his past. Solid would always make Ace smile and bring out his inner child with his sarcastic humour.

Noelle Silva

Ace thinks of Noelle as an inspiration and often wonders what strength it took to become such a powerful magic knight. At times he would still ponder why she looked so much like his grandmother. Overall Ace adores Noelle and loves seeing her out in the battlefield and is proud to carry the same last name as her. Sometimes Ace goes to Noelle for love advice.

Asta

Ace is the willcarrier of Asta. Being the closest to him in the family other than his parents. Ace loves hanging onto Asta’s arms like a monkey even spending some days sitting on his lap doing cool wizard king duties as well as following him around, one time Ace joined Asta for the magic knight entrance exam. Figuring Ace was a devil vessel Asta couldn’t be more excited to be train him the guy smiled liked an idiot knowing he was following in captain Yami’s footsteps. Starting to train underneath the strongest magic knight Ace was over the moon and couldn’t be more ready. Overall Ace’s views Asta as someone he can relax and be himself, Ace dosen’t know what he wants to be in the future but with the help of Asta he knows he can overcome anything.

Haskell Silva

Haskell is the few among his family members were he doesn’t mind relaxing around, Haskell is someone he can always rely on and tell anything to him. Having an age gap of 9 years, Haskell was in his royal studies but he made sure to visit Ace in the nursery and play games, one of their favourite games was “teacher” when one would play teacher and the other one played “student”. Ace sees Haskell as a kind,funny and warm person who knows his right and wrongs another characteristic Ace liked about Haskell was his magic affinity, Star magic. Star magic was an attribute Ace would of loved to have.

Acier Silva

Fom a young age Ace was sure to know who were his grandparents. Being the grandson of the dancing princess of the battlefield was a huge honour to him. Ace heard stories of his grandmother from the seniors of his family and magic knight would always dreamed of seeing her on the battlefield , fighting, protecting all of it sounded exciting and yet remarkable, yes he did imagine at some stages that Noelle was Acier but he never told a soul.

Zara Ideale

Similar to Acier, Ace would of loved to meet his grandfather though sadly he passed way too early. Despite all the negativity it was good to know that his grandfather had a such an influence on the magic knights and idolise kinghts like them, knights who have a strong sense of justice and pledge thmselves to the kingdom.

Ace considers Liebe as apart of the family. He views him as someone he can relate too often going to him for advice though Liebe soon distance himself because of the life energy raidainting of a devil dwelling within Ace.

Ace have been crushing on Karra for years the reason behind it haven’t be reavealed yet. These two have been close since diaper days often spending their time playing tag in the fields or talking in general. When Ace started forming a crush on Karra he started turning red and becoming nervous to even be in the same room as her though overall Ace sees Karra one of the toughest girls he knows thinking Karra has the potential to against the world and would risk his own life to protect her.

Mirage Adlai

Mirage is Karra’s only male friend his age and the two have been the best of bros since their first meeting. Ace can’t help himself but laugh whenever Mirage goes into “Grey mode” to him it’s like watching a mirror or so he finds it funny or dissponinting. Both dealing with Karra’s antics Mirage and Ace often teaming up forming the most motherly duo in clover history. Mainly Ace is lucky to have Mirage to stick around with him for so many years he dosen’t nescessarily see him as a rival, well not yet.

Ace can trust Genji with his life. The two of them are really close often in his fox form Genji would provide Ace warmth without thinking he would notice but he did. Ace is amazed by the strength he had to hold on for over 5 centuries grateful for entering his life.

and he’s the best teacher since he’s extremely patient and well-spoken

if you’re feeling under the weather, he’ll head to your dorm to fetch your notebook so he can write the class notes for you 

and he’ll put in the effort to make them as similar to your other notes as he can

so he flicks through the pages and (for example) if you have a highlighting code, he’ll look for the legend and highlight the notes he took accordingly 

once school is over for the day, he goes to your dorm to drop off the notebook, putting it back in the respective part of your bag

and the next day when you open your notebook to check the notes, you notice that he wrote a little note for you;

it was a simple, kind gesture but the small details like how he coloured in the heart with a glittery yellow highlighter he must’ve took from your bag had you blushing (^///^)

and he knows that if he gets to comfortable with showing affection through physical touch, it’d become a habit then he might do it in public and the last thing he wanted was a rumour coming out that ‘king explosion murder is actually a huge cuddle-bug dork!’

so he hides it the best he can and expresses his love by like letting you wear his hoodie and not cussing you out when you do something stupid

but the fact is, nothing makes him feel better than holding you in his arms - under a blanket or not -  with your face buried into his chest and your arm lazing draped over his shoulder

he usually does a good job at resisting his urge to randomly kiss you or take your hand in public

but there was that one time

luckily, it was on a date rather than on a school outing so it was only you who knows about it 

it was probably around 6 months after y’all first started dating and he took you on a date to the carnival

there was a gang of boys who looked around a few years older than y’all and they were chatting amongst themselves until they approached the line you and Bakugo were waiting in (to get onto a ride at the carnival) and the group of boys stood behind you in line

at first everything was alright; they were just chatting while you were raving on about the ride to bakugo but he kinda tuned you out after he heard one of the guys say something along the lines of

“she’s kinda hot- a bit young but so fit. i think she’s from the UA too.”

that comment was enough to make his blood boil but a separate comment from one of the other guys tipped him over the edge,

“yeah and look at the guy she’s with. he’s the feral guy that needed to be put in chains at the sports festival - how embarassing.” he snickered, which was genuinely one of the most annoying noises bakugo has ever heard

his voice was low, in a whisper so they probably didn’t expect bakugo to hear it over the background noise of the carnival along with the girl yapping in his ear

but he did

and when i tell you this man was livid 

in that moment he seriously considered just turning around and burning each and every one of those guys into a crisp

but the law-abiding citizen and hero inside him said no 

instead, he fiercely snaked his arms around your hips to pull you into his chest and looked over his shoulders to shoot literal daggers at the guys

he led you out of the line for the ride in silence and you followed him without question - having heard the things those guys said but choosing to pretend as if you didn’t 

“What was that about?” You finally asked as he brought you over to a bench, pulling you onto his lap

“Nothing.” He said, oddly calm as he stared into the void

“Okay.” You rolled your eyes, deciding not to pry as you obviously already knew what provoked him to do that. “I’m gonna go get some cotton candy then. Do you want some?”

“No.” He replied monotonously, allowing you to hop off his knee but immediately grabbing your hand, preventing you from going any farther than arms length from him.

“you needy cow.” you giggled, playfully kicking his shin, “I’m so hungry - let me go!” 

“No.” He replied in the same monotone voice. “I can’t be assed to move.”

You leaned back, pulling your whole weight backwards to try get Bakugo to release his grip on your hand and eventually he gave in and got up, sluggishly following you to go get cotton candy 

you gleefully popped some of the delectable fluff into your mouth before sneaking some into bakugo’s mouth too.

 “are you gonna let go of my hand any time soon?” you asked, wanting to hold the bag of cotton candy for yourself but instead having one hand interlocked with his and the other being used to rip small pieces off as Bakugo held the bag in his spare hand

It was almost 9 PM, and Bokuto didn’t even get past question number 4. “Bokuto… aren’t you forgetting something?” You said, trying to imply that he needs to unfold his homework. “Oh, right, I forgot!” Bokuto took off his ‘hat’, and to your surprise, placed it upon your head. “There! You got a hat now!” Bokuto grinned. “You look like a princess.” You blushed. Your boyfriend was childish sometimes, which meant he had no filter. But you found it cute. As you watched Bokuto make a paper airplane with his science notes, you cleaned up your papers. The homework wasn’t due until later anyway, might as well relax and have some fun with Bokuto now. It was rare to see Bokuto so focused on something other than volleyball. “(Y/N), How are you so good at this already?! I just showed you how to do it! You’re good at everything.” Bokuto whined. You chuckled. “No, These are all basic origami shapes. There are much harder ones. Like a paper sword.” Bokuto’s eyes lit up. “A paper sword?!” You blinked. Damn. Will you get any sleep tonight? Bokuto grabbed the rest of his notes and piled it in front of you, as if he was asking, “Please make a sword!” You laughed and shook your head. Bokuto was… something else. You spent the rest of the night building an origami sword with Bokuto, and fell asleep with your head on his chest after having a sword fight. How did you get such a rowdy boyfriend? But you don’t regret it for sure.

Hi, Ben!  I hope you are having a good day, today!  I’m glad your bloodwork came back good, and I hope your meds’ side effects are finally settling down some.  I saw that your punching bag came in.  I hope it helps!  That’s something I’ve yet to try using (the few gyms I’ve ever attended didn’t have them.)

So while restocking some of our bandanas at work, I started having thoughts about Peter losing a bet or something and having to wear one for a while whenever Noah takes him for a walk in wolf form.  The collage is a selection of some of my fave options (the Wiggle Butt one had me giggling for like a solid five minutes, ngl).  Theoretically this could also be a disguise to make him look more like a dog and less obviously a wolf (not sure it would really work, but people tend to be pretty oblivious at times.)

I’m glad you liked the DILF Club adopting the Winchesters thing (at least, I think I saw something about that?)  It was definitely one of those ideas that gave me all the warm fuzzies.  I’ve been trying to decide if they just take Baby when they take the boys (because it’s BABY, and I fully believe all three would know how to hotwire a car if need be, for various reasons), or if I’d rather they (probably mostly Peter) bought Dean a really beat up old Impala to restore himself, that’s free from any memories or influence from his dad.  And how it might affect Sam to not be the only “smart kid” in the family (and would that lead to Dean not dumbing himself down so much for his brother’s sake?)  And Chris could teach them hunter stuff, and Peter could show them where hunter biases and inaccuracies are, and about what the supernatural is really like, and Noah could teach them driving and classic rock and police procedure far better than their birth dad ever could.  And depending on the age gaps involved, Bobby could either be like “fuck, I forgot what it’s like to have actual friends” with a side of “making a fuck asshole dads club”, or he could figure out a few things about Chris and Noah (and possibly some of the stuff with Peter and Talia), and be like “Okay, so this is gonna be a mutual adoption of wayward idjits.  Deal with it."  I’m not sure how to bring in Cas without all the Armageddon/fighting God insanity, though.  Maybe he’s connected to a pagan god they encounter instead or something.  He wouldn’t need to show up for quite a while, though, so there’d be time to plan that out.

Also, that "sentiment is chemical weakness”, “you’re literally making them a card” quote thing is pretty much the exact mood I’m going for in Peter and Derek’s conversations in IYWTD.  XD  Which I really need to be working on, but my focus is all over the place today.  I also keep really wanting to write a little Valentine’s one-shot for my series, but I keep reminding myself I’ve got too much to do already.  It’s only somewhat helping.

That last preview was adorable, by the way.  ;D  I’d say that if it works, then it’s plenty smooth, frankly, and I don’t know that either of them have a leg to stand on, really.  XD  Sublty is none of them’s strong suit.  And Peter’s whole vibe of “goddamn, but I could watch you two all day” is kind of a fucking mood, tbh.  XD  I look forward to finding out what all shenanigans they manage to get up to before stumbling back to mildly traumatize their children.  ;D
