#just a small request #since this is something that many of us have experienced over the course of time writing rare pairs #if you read a rare pair fic and choose to comment #please do not say something along the lines of #i would have preferred seeing a with b instead of c #or #it was hard to read a fic where a was friends with b but romantically with c #even if it's sandwiched between nice statements #that's... not the fic we chose to write and that's not the fic YOU CHOSE to read #i defo do get it if you would prefer to read the most popular pairing in the fandom... it's popular for a reason #but you can either go out and find the fic someone else has written that is a similar story but with the pairing you prefer #or you can try to write it with your preferred pairing you know?#and you can just leave the writer of the rare pair out of that lol #i promise we already know what we are writing is not to the liking or preferences of most everyone out there #we definitely know #thank you for giving it a try! i know that's a big big deal for a lot of people!#buuuuut also it just... does take a little bit of the shininess and enjoyment out of it seeing these kinds of things too #thaaaaaank youuuuuuu and please know i'm saying this with love and kindness and understanding #and that i really hope i'm not making anyone feel directly pointed at or lectured or anything #just wanted to maybe give a gentle reminder/make a request hehe

I wonder how would RoD Kazuichi and Mikan would get along...

Okay so this actually gave me quite a lot of thoughts lol, for starters I think they do mostly get along okay, at least for remnants. It helps that these two didn’t really have any predetermined relationships going in, like I don’t think they were too close in class or interacted all that much.

As remnants however it’s a whole other story. Because like, Kazuichi gets hurt a lot. Be it from the future foundation, another remnant, or his own inventions backfiring, there’s pretty much always something going wrong. And because Kazuichi was in charge of some pretty vital things like the killing game executions and the pollution machines, it’s important he stays in working condition, which means someone has to come and treat his wounds, and that of course is Mikan.

Mikan likes the visits because she loves taking care of everyone, especially as remnants because haha these super strong global terrorists still need her to come fix their boo boo's. Kazuichi isn’t as much of a fan since being healthy is for lame hope filled losers and like, pain is really really good for despair. But the check ups were ordered by Junko originally so he can’t do more than grumble about it lol.

I think they probably gossip about the others a lot, and maybe work of fun bio weapons together too lol. Lowkey they’ve got such potential as a remnant duo. I have thoughts for how they’d go together in a non despair setting but that’s another time lol

#that's the last picture i took of Shiloh #i miss my sweet old man #the holidays are always hard #but today is especially rough #my wife didn't give me anything for christmas #we don't normally really do anything so it's not a big deal #but i did get her a little something #and she made gifts for her co-workers and her siblings #she said she felt bad and i said it was fine because i don't want her to feel bad #but i guess it's bothering me more than i realized #just feeling kind of taken for granted in general lately #i do a lot for other people #which i do genuinely like doing #and i know it's appreciated and i don't expect reciprocity #but like #it would be nice if someone did something for me sometimes #without me having to ask or bargain or break down crying #ignore me #just venting in tags #hope everyone has a lovely new year

HOLY SHIT? got around to watching the new episode and it’s one of the best in the series. im absolutely shocked it’s so good

"Wander Over Yonder" is a Disney cartoon about a little guy named Wander and his friend Sylvia as they explore the galaxy and help people! There are some villains, such as Lord Hater and Dominator and Emporer Awesome, but Wander always believes the best in everyone and tries to help them see that doing good is a much better option than taking over innocent planets

I really like it, and like I said it's just silly and fun. The best thing is that Wander is always kind and loving and helpful, and he's never shown as being "wrong" for that. Sometimes people think he's naive or innocent, but he rarely ends up in a bad situation that he can't get out of with some friendship and hard work. It really helps me feel like everything is going to be okay, as long as I keep going and keep being kind

(Also the main villain has an army of little eyeball dudes called "Watchdogs" who are lead by Commander Peepers, and I think you'd like him, Bods)

#Also I saw someone mention that they headcanon him as OCD and I definitely see that #So it's nice to have a character I identify with #But mostly it's just that he's always sweet and caring and polite to literally everyone #And that doesn't get him taken advantage of or hurt in such a way that he loses that part of him #Like #It's shown to be a good thing #A hard thing sure #But the right thing to do #And the one that will benefit the most people #I don't know #Something about that in the face of the kind of cynical media that's popular makes me feel very #Warm and fuzzy and hopeful #wander over yonder
