Edit: Now that it's not late at night and I have my laptop out, I'm editing this so it sounds less like the ramblings of a madwoman (tho there's a limited amount I can do seeing as it is, in fact, the ramblings of a madwoman lol). Also formatting and clarity and any additional theories/headcanons/whatever I think of while editing this.
Partly crack, partly copium, but I've got some theories/crossover/au thing going on that I wanted to write down so here goes:
Crack/Copium/Theories:
All 3 of the trailblazer kids are actually "dead" aeons.
Stelle/Caelus: Akivili (Herta makes us LARP as Akivili in Hertian Realm and we're known as the Trailblazer while Akivili is known as the Trailblaze so idk I know the player character looks like Nanook but they ain't dead soooo...)
Dan Heng: Long (maybe the High Elder Vidyadhara is actually Long's own reincarnation but they have no idea bc memory wipe. TBH makes no sense for the Permanence to be dead)
March 7th: Idrila (this one's a bit of a stretch so bear with me. The Aeon of Beauty could be HoHe Elysia expy and March is also kinda Elysia expy so ??? And March was froze in ice without memory so it's totally possible that's Idrila's mysterious disappearance)
Also:
Sampo is Aha. He gives strong vibes of being a Masked Fool in canon, but I think it'd be funny if he's actually the Elation.
Pom-pom was created by Akivili to protect the Express after Aha blew it up. Pom-pom is also a proficient marksman. This is bc of some canon evidence alluding to Pom-pom actually being really powerful (Yanqing and Welt both make mention of it iirc) and the engine of the train looking like a revolver. (Also headcanon that the Astral Express itself was made from one of Akivili's twin revolver pistols. Perhaps the other has the ability to summon the train?)
Lan has not and will not kill Yaoshi bc yin-yang/life and death balance and also bc what is a hunter without prey. The Hunt had no issue killing the Propagation, so this seems like the most reasonable reason why the Hunt has been after the Abundance so long without killing them.
On aeons and the relations between paths (I might end up making a relationship chart?):
Death Aeons: Nanook is unnatural death (think murder, natural disaster, etc.), while IX is natural entropic death (like degradation from aging), Lan is controlled, balanced death (think like hunters/predators keeping ecosystem in balance), and Oroboros is the death caused by one's own greed (think pollution, overconsumption). Terminus is the end of time and final death of the universe.
Life Aeons: Tayzzyronth is overabundant life (think how invasive species population boom bc outcompeting native species for resources), Yaoshi is overabundant continuation of life (think unnaturally prolonged life), and Long is eternity (without change or growth, entropy comes for all).
Mythus and Nous are polar opposites in path direction. Akivili is midway between the two (to trailblaze is to turn the unknown into the known).
Some paths are directly at odds with each other (opposite directions), some paths have overlap (too much overlap leads to one path consuming the other like with Ena and Xipe), and some paths are neutral (running perpendicular to the others). Mostly this matters in relation to pathstriders who walk multiple paths, as it is extremely unlikely to find, for example, someone simultaneously walking both the path of the Hunt and the Abundance.
Hooh's is the ultimate neutral path. Akivili's is also a fairly neutral path, though slight odds with Mythus's (to seek to make the unknown known doesn't really work with the idea nothing can be known) and maybe Aha (just bc Aha is a jerk and like Herta said, surely Akivili would've taken offense to Aha blowing up the Express). Idrila, Xipe, Fuli, Aha, and Qlipoth also have relatively neutral paths, though Qlipoth and Fuli are at odds with Nanook and Mythus. Xipe sometimes does not get along with Aha, if Aha is being particularly antagonistic.
Crossover/AU (Genshin):
Traveler and twin are Akivili (one soul two bodies, don't think too hard about it). Akivili is presumed dead by HSR universe bc Sustainer of Heavenly Principles imprisoned Akivili on Teyvat (a world at the fringes of the known universe/Yggdrasil/Irmunsul/Imaginary Tree). Claiming that they are siblings is far easier to explain than that they are two halves of the same god.
Zhongli/Morax is a high elder (do non-high elders have the ability to turn fully into dragons? are there any high elders who are not Dan Heng? idk) vidyadhara who arrived on Teyvat shortly before rebirth. Idk weird Teyvat magic or something made his rebirth cycle this time 10x longer than normal (should only be 600-700 years between rebirth and he's canonically 6000 years old). He is unaware of anything HSR related bc memory wipe from rebirth and nobody around to explain things.
The Imaginary Tree in HI3 and HSR and Irminsul in Genshin are the same tree (Yggdrasil), but some may only be branches of the other
So yeah, stay tuned to see HoYo prove my theories and headcanons wrong in the upcoming years.

just a thought
star rail's worlds kind of resemble what i know of genshin's ones but in reverse if you catch my drift
herta space station : celestia
(above the sky or whatever)
jarilo-vi/belobog : snezhnaya
(a planet/nation of ice)
xianzhou luofu : natlan
(a nation of warriors)
penacony : fontaine
(this one could be a bit of a stretch but penacony has a lot of stuff relating dreams to water with the dreampools and dream bubbles. also the fact that both places have huge secrets surrounding their founders (focalors and the watchmaker). also misha looks the tiniest bit like furina)
so if we go on this, i wonder if we could use genshin's story progression to somewhat predict star rail's? although do correct me if i'm wrong about genshin's future progression going natlan-snezhnaya-celestia
now that i think about it, i hear there's rumors about the next world being greek or roman-inspired, and if i remember correctly there's been plenty of roman and greek philosophers... if they go for that angle it might parallel sumeru's wisdom
thoughts?

i am a firm believer in that so many hoyoverse characters look alike because kiana kaslana is subconsciously feeding the imaginary tree names and faces from her memories. (kinda like how every person you’ve seen in a dream, you’ve seen in real life thing)
this can also explain why certain things are destined to happen in every (or almost every) universe, like himeko’s death. the imaginary tree is using kiana to create events for each and every one of its branches and leaves that exist based on her actual experiences before embracing finality.

It’s implied that Star Rail takes place after the end of Genshin, so it’s entirely possible that after Genshin ends for us, the Travelers could be dropped as playables in Star Rail 👀

Okay, but imagine. Dan Heng and/or Bailu's emotions causing it to rain. Ala Genshin Hydro Dragon.
Can you imagine the storms that would result from Dan Hengs imprisonment? From Bailus isolation? Especially if it were at the same time? Flooding lower delves, all because the preceptors were trying to wrangle control from the High Elder and because the Upper crust of the Luofu thought imprisoning a child was a good idea.
Imagine Jing Yuan using it as justification to free his old friends reincarnation from prison and give Bailu more freedom. All in the name of the Luofus well being, or so he says anyway.
And if he suddenly has two more small children running around his house, no one says anything. The skies are much clearer after that.

unpopular opinion but i really dont think that sampo and itto are super similar? i get they have some similarities but sampo is more intelligent and definitely has more con-man trickster type tendencies, and while itto can be a joking person i dont think he has as much malicious intent as sampo, like i genuinely dont see itto scamming someone or manipulating someone 😭 and im not saying that sampo is totally evil either, he does have his good sides and hes more morally grey than anything, but i feel like sampo is more tricky and sly comedic relief while itto is more of the type of comedic relief where he himself is the joke if that makes sense? to put it as simply as possible:
itto has more dumb but endearing himbo energy and is more happy-go-lucky, and is more of the comedic relief in the sense that ur laughing at him and just how overall goofy he is
sampo is more intelligent and a trickster type comic relief cuz he is just kinda morally grey but heroically aligned and u never expect what hes going to do next
theyre both just silly little sillies <3

genshin theory rambles
honestly most genshin theories can be answered with “honkai” or “herrscher” or a related term.
“what is forbidden knowledge?” honkai. “who is the unknown god?” a herrscher.
even the false sky/what is teyvat has to do with bubble universes i think. the samsara cycles? its the honkai repeating the civilization over and over. the curse on the hilichurls? honkai. whatever’s going on with dainsleif and arlecchino? probably honkai. honestly the decenders who are described as having power to rival a world, are probably herrschers or potential herrschers.
you get the idea. i’m just now playing hi3 and Everything Made Sense like almost immediately.
basically genshin isn’t in the same universe bc it’s in a bubble universe but the multiverse is the same. it’s still within the worldbuilding of the honkaiverse, which is multiple universes.
also i think anything bright red is related to honkai, aside from the pyro element itself (which is usually more orange)
honestly i could be wrong about all of this bc i did just start playing hi3 but to me at least it makes the most sense so far. ofc it doesn’t fill in all of the gaps, but things start to connect after a while.
if anyone else has honkai-genshin theories please do add to this! i’m really invested in the lore and i wanna know more.
also i stopped the eva/nge series (personal reasons) but from what i know, a lot of inspiration is taken from that series, including the name “impact.”
here’s a link to a video from wei of mihoyo/hoyoverse, in it he talks about his favorite anime being eva, and about making tech inspired by it. this is from 2011. go to the time 5:00.
video
and of course the direct collab in hi3, there’s literally an asuka battlesuit. the plots are similar. even as someone who’s only gotten halfway through the show and has read theories, it’s really similar. there’s a lot of clear inspiration.
just some thoughts! i’m also looking forward to seeing how star rail plays into this in the future.

Little genshin theory
So in my opinion the twins are considered descendents, that came outside of tayvat. The twins go to each world doing whatever and now they come to tayvat by a shooting star, after they are separated. So what if the twins were once a part of the nameless. it would-ish make sense, the nameless travel to each world conseling Stellerons, so what if the twins were asked by whomever to seal the Stelleron, they were going to but that were to before they came into contact with the heavenly principles. That would start off Genshin both the twins were fighting Celestia or the heavenly principles because they were the ones guarding the Stelleron, before the opposite twin you didn't choose got "trap" ( I don't know how to explain it) within red blocks and then we get to tayvat by a shooting star. When the nameless couldn't get into contact with the twins and realized that they couldn't do anything to get them out. They had to back track the rails because according to Hsr the tracks that Akivili placed ended so they had to go backwards. Thus leaving the twins in tayvat and having the start to the story in Genshin.
Take this with a grane of salt this was made at three in the morning

So, I just had the weirdest idea when looking at posts about Boothill. TLDR, what if Arlecchino is the reincarnated form of Boothill’s daughter? There’s the fact that Arlecchino is most definitely some kind of alien who isn’t native to Teyvat. Then there’s the Perinheri novel, which details a potential origin for the House of the Hearth, including references to descenders and themes of rebirth. Not to mention the similarities in their character designs… Idk. Just my brain doing the Pepe Silvia meme after midnight.

ngl I think we should all praise and pray to our lord and saviour @hoyotunes for doing god’s works and posting the osts
Whenever I listen to a certain ost and don’t know when was if playing, I can just go on their blog and check. Life has been so much easier ever since ٩(ˊᗜˋ)و ♡
Anyways, I just wanted to say that (^) and that hoyo should take commissions for creating music bcs that stuff is fire. I’ve been relistening to most of hsr music and I must say, I literally like 80% of it. (esp the boss themes, god how I love them)
And not to brag, but I feel so proud of myself when I realise why I feel a certain way when listening to a certain ost

Back on one of my tangents.
So something that stood out to me recently is how biblically accurate angles are scary looking and monster like while biblically actuate demon are beautiful and more human like.
Given how the Archons are nemed after demon's from Ars Goetia and how it's implied that Tyvet is upsidedown (and possibly hell)??? I find it interesting that the Archons look very human like. I'm not too far into Honkai Star Rail but I did notice that the Aeons have a unhuman and monster like apprentice. It's also implied that the two games take place in the same universe.
I wonder if this was intentional on hoyoverses part or not.

(Spoilers and this is mostly for fun)
Ok so random theory during Robin's intro we see traveler
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
So it could just be a random input from the Hoyocreators for the jokes but I decided to start my theory career and delved deeper so something that is likely to make sense in this is it takes place either before or after the events of Genshin seeing as the world isn't at that level to have technology so you put two and two together.Anyway I first wanna focus on the fact Teyvat doesn't have a stellaron but maybe it didn't even have one in the first place but if it did then I remembered that during a conversation with the Ludex Neuvillette (that I can't find for shit) He mentions that the dragons existed before the heavenly principles appeared and so on so we can speculate that they would have likely destroyed the hypothetical stellaron and said said hypothetical stellaron could have destroyed all other life on old Teyvat. Now pinning my focus on the heavenly principles they could be Aeons? Because like who tf can create half the things in this god damn world including but not limited to Humans, the sky, wildlife, Actual gods etc. and they have the power to take other people's powers away, not sure if it's permanent but Traveller does have the option to say their powers were slowly coming back after fight Childe so maybe not,That seems like Aeon material to me and also like Aeons The heavenly principles kinda just do their things then dip for 500+ years for a nap I may need more evidence on that theory so for now we'll stick that on the wall too.Aether and Lumine are most likely not Aeons though (as they easily got their asses handed to them by the unknown god) in their description
Tumblr media
They mention that they are each others only kin meaning they are the last of their kind left so there's a few options with this one they're whole race got wiped out and they were the only two left or they are actually the only ones in all of existence so there is still the possibility of them being twin Aeons but I highly doubt it plus in space terms(stellar space species terms???) we can assume the twins are quite young so that could be another reason they lost a 2-1 you know the varying levels of experience but eh I feel like this is aso important but I'm not sure why
Tumblr media
The keeper I'm sure who that is yet but the creator is most likely the heavenly principles and the last two lines might relate to the Khaenri'ah incident but I'm sure I just think this relates but we'll know due time.Back on topic the more I think about it the more I think the twins might be Aeons specifically this line
Tumblr media
That could mean they're immortal and idk about you guys but I'm pretty sure no average space species just gets gifted immortality(at birth Khaenri'ahins don't count)unless they do, it's still an interesting point none the less.
Tbh I'm at the end of my ramble because I forgot half of the points I was gonna make so uh see you next time ig???
(This is the most incoherent thing ever and I'm so sorry about that)

has anyone else noticed that the stellaron holder on belobog, simulated universe machine, and front of the master control zone on herta’s space station are all approx. the same three-leaved shape?
we already have the triquetra as a significant symbol in genshin impact, but I hesitate to draw any similarities between the two games or attribute any of genshin’s happenings to stellarons or aeons.
do any honkai 3rd players out there know if the same sort of triangular three-lobed shape appears in HI3? and if so what that means

Diamond and the Ten Stonehearts; who are they?
This was going to be part of a more comprehensive post about the Myriad Celestia IPC video, but fuck it, I've been scratching my head over this for hours now.
The Ten Stonehearts represents ten members of the IPC, led by Diamond. We know a few things about Diamond courtesy of this text. ->
Tumblr media
This is from a larger post about the IPC, posted here. (According to the note left on Diamond's fandom wiki page, there was an official English translation, but it seems to have been deleted now.) Regardless, here's a translation for the above:
The Strategic Investment Department possesses the corporation's second-most long-term vision, and their investments are never constrained by short-term returns.
The investment department established an elite organization(1) of "Non-Performing Asset Liquidation Specialists" led by the mysterious supervisor "Diamond", one the few confirmed Emanator of Preservation leaders. They travel around the universe, actively liquidating lands with bad debts(2) produced by the Cancer of All Worlds.
Something to note, 使团 (which I translated as an organization above) refers to specifically a diplomatic corps or mission, like something more along the lines of an ambassador or representative for foreign relations.
It's basically the Topaz in Future Market situation. That's their job.
Note: I used a dictionary for most of the above translation, so it's a very literal reading on the text. My Chinese isn't good enough to translate this alone.
We can infer that the so-called Specialists probably refers to the Ten Stonehearts and maybe some other members of the IPC, or at bare minimum there's some level of overlap between these Specialists and the Ten Stonehearts. There's a reason Topaz was sent to Jarilo-VI instead of some low-ranking grunt, and those kinds of projects tend to be managed by people who can pull rank.
So we can confirm Diamond's the leader, and we assume to know what the Ten Stonehearts do. What else?
In the Myriad Celestia Trailer about the IPC (or what I like to call the IPC Recruitment video), we get an overview of how the IPC works and the different departments within it. We also get to see the gem representations of the Ten Stonehearts when the video starts talking about the Strategic Investment Department. What Owlbert says isn't important, he's talking fluff for the most part. What is important is what we're shown.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The picture on the left is cropped from before the person in the video picks up the gems. The one on the right is from after the gems are thrown, which is the image everyone else I've seen has been using.
But if you count these, there's nine gems before they get picked up, and eight after they're thrown.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I tried to match the numbers in both pictures to keep track of which gems were which, based on their colors and shapes.
Next train of thought: what's with the 9th gem?
A few theories, speculations, whatever you want to call it:
The boring answer: the producers working on this video straight up forgot about it. I find this hard to believe given the company's track record with lore in general.
It's hidden behind one of the other gems. I'm also skeptical of this answer, mostly because when you go frame by frame, it's still only eight gems, no ninth one. Besides, the only gem big enough to cover the missing one completely is the diamond, and for what reason? All the other gems are on display, why hide one?
Or? It's supposed to be missing.
In that case, why?
Whoever that gem is supposed to be is being withheld from working by the IPC board directly. The big guy who holds all the gems got to choose which ones to toss into the world, after all.
The person behind that gem is actually gone. Like, they no longer exist. Maybe it's a Garden of Recollection moment or something more sinister, or they woke up and decided to leave the IPC one day.
My friend's answer: that gem represents Topaz. She was, after all, demoted after her failure in Jarilo-VI. I personally don't believe that would've kicked her off the Ten Stonehearts group, but this is still worth considering.
There's more things we can consider, but this is what I think so far.
And what about number 10, the last gem?
I'm inclined believe it's actually represented by this heart-shaped gem seen right after the zoom-in on the diamond, in the Talent Motivation Department. It's literally a (gem)stoneheart. This one could not be any more obvious. Why are they here and not with the Strategic Investment Department? No fucking clue. Nobody said outright that all Ten Stonehearts had to be from the same department, I guess(?)...
Tumblr media
We see the heart gem throughout the Talent Motivation Department section, so they're probably a big name in that part of the IPC. There's not much else to say here; we don't know enough to make any decisive comments and the readables about the Talent Motivation Department are rather scarce.
Fun fact, I guess! The two heads of the Talent Motivation Department? One of them named Yan Shiluo. Yan Shiluo is also the name of a cult leader in Honkai Impact 3rd. The more you know!
...that honestly isn't relevant to HSR players, since Yanqing was a rotten old man in HI3 and he becomes some Guy in HSR.
