Project Babel

So, Project Babel. A game I'm working on because I have either too much or too little time on my hands. Doing it in RPG Maker MZ because I gave up on Persona Maé (find that on my main blog). The name "Project Babel" is temporary until I think of something better.

The premise: A kitsune who's also an ultra-powerful time goddess has trapped 22 people in some form of the Library of Babel. Each person, or wanderer as she calls them, has been given a Mark (a codeword of sorts), a weapon, and a Condition that they must meet before she allows them to leave. In particular, the player character's Condition basically entails helping the other wanderers meet theirs.

I'll post a list of the wanderers' names and their Marks, and I'll make posts for the characters themselves whenever.

this morning i managed lucidity for a bit!

as i fell asleep, i saw some text that felt important for some reason. i panicked because it was apparently important and i couldn't read it, and i said, "i can't read because i'm dreaming!" and as i said that lucidity hit me like a brick.

i don't think i maintained it for long, but it was pretty funny how it happened.

getting recommended p3r videos on youtube and i dunno if it's because i watched one video of junpei going "that's a shame but orwell (or something along those lines)" or if it's because of some crazy information sharing carp after one of my friends on steam bought the game today

well fork me but i gave up on this,,. i'm making a new game now, an original which doesn't require me to figure out how the damn things work

the name is project babel until i can figure out a better one

what i've got so far in persona maé is the opening sequence in which you determine which persona you get

so for an english assignment we have to transform and perform macbeth. since i don't like my classmates i had the bright idea to turn it into some semblance of a rakugo set in feudal japan... any rakugoka on tumblr with advice?

so i've got these twin characters, and i want to give them each a weapon that would make them as a duo a menace in battle. what two weapons would work really well for them? if it helps they can be coordinated to the point where they basically almost read each other's minds

holy toledo i just opened google docs and found the start of a fic that i never continued and by jove it hits. like, i dunno if i'm just sleepy but i wrote something really great that i never continued since i kinda stopped thinking about the featured character... well i'm gonna go write what i went in there to write and then see what i can do about it
