Today was something I don't think i'll ever get again.

After school, he asked me to eat out with him so i agreed, although a little nervous. We ate fries and burgers at a nearby cafe and talked about our lives and what was going on in them. He talked about his past and I did too while laughing and chattering until the night. Afterwards, we headed to a bookstore and browsed books until we were tired and walked around looking at maps and cooking books. I recommended books and so did he. It was like we were on the same wavelength and energy. On the train ride home he looked down at me so sweetly that I felt embarrassed as the crowds of office workers and drunks pushed us closer.
