🥺 this is so incredibly sweet !! thank you for the kind words !! i honestly wish i could help more, but the 'png' gifs in my graphics are often regular gifs overlayed- hence why there's usually a white background to my graphics. ( for example, the candle effect in cecily's icons is something similar to this ). and if you meant moving pngs ( as in like, bouncing images or text ) those are done by me in photoshop ! ♥️
