I’ve been waiting nine very long years to see Melanie I have been a very big fan since 2015 I will cherish this night greatly. Melanie definitely inspires me alot she’s even the reason I wear my hair the way I do. Her style is very unique and her whole aesthetic is very cute. Even though we have way more differences than similarities especially look wise nine years ago I started to admire Melanie a lot and really feel that Melanie is genuinely a nice and interesting person who accepts her fans no matter what they look like. She’s one of those celebs that I wish I was best friends with so I could tell her how cute she is and buy her gifts and give her a colorful cake on her birthday. I have to admit her music helped me be happy and feel better on my deepest darkest saddest days. this night is a very special night for me I can’t wait to see the cute pretty gorgeous queen Melanie Martinez tonight!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💜💜💜💜💜♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

so my mom got me tickets for the Devils v. Ducks game in March and was wondering if anyone has pointers and/or advice for me 😭 it’s my first hockey game so-
you can literally throw me into a baseball stadium anywhere in the US and i’d feel at home, throw me into any other type of sport arena/stadium/field/event and my brain just shuts off 😭

The Anaheim Angels must keep their ballpark in "first class" condition. Why can't cities & counties use the Angels definition of first-class?
In 2019, the Anaheim Angels (I will not call them the LA Angels) agreed with the city of Anaheim on an extension to keep the team at Angel Stadium through 2050. The Angels owner, Arte Moreno, was going to buy the ballpark land and several lots around it for roughly $325 million dollars. But then the FBI arrested the mayor for corruption and other problems (including giving the Angels secret…

Rating Every NHL Arena - Honda Center, Anaheim, CA
Tumblr media
Team: Anaheim Ducks Location: Anaheim, California Opened: June 17, 1993 Capacity: 17,174
Last minute, my roommates and I bought tickets to see a Ducks vs Kings preseason game. I've been itching to be back at a hockey game (my last game was in 2021) and though I don't have any ties to either team, the Ducks or the Kings, I was still excited. The tickets were $35 before fees and about $49.80 when all was said and done. We bought upper level tickets, in section 420, row L.
This wasn't a venue I was familiar with, though one of my roommates had visited the arena to see a concert a couple years before. I am familiar with the area though, with it's closeness to Disneyland. In fact, it's only two freeway exits away.
The area was easily enough to navigate, with plenty of people outside the arena to direct traffic and shuffle you into parking lot where the parking was $20 and only across the street. The lines to get in weren't too terrible either, though I'm not sure if that's due to the low attendance since it was just a preseason game. (I'll have to update this after I attend the Ducks vs Seattle Kraken game in late December.) There didn't seem to be a clear bag policy, like so many other venues I've been to recently, which seemed strange.
The team store was pretty sizable. Two rooms with plenty of options if you were just a Ducks fan or a Mighty Ducks fan. There was custom embroidering for jerseys, small trinkets, and a handful of Mickey Mouse branded Ducks merch too. Tons of variety and there was a preseason deal where all apparel was 30% off.
The bathrooms were nice with little to no wait, and the stalls were decently wide to accommodate a variety of sizes and disabilities. There was even a cup holder in the bathroom? Which might be silly but is actually so smart and a useful addition.
Since we were in the upper level, we quickly realized the only way to access it were either the elevator or stairs. The lines for the elevators weren't terrible and there seemed to be a set of two every other section on the main floor.
There were plenty of food options on each floor, and they offered mobile order too, where you would order on the app and pick up your food at a designated counter just for pick ups. Lines weren't terrible at the specialty counters (BBQ, pizza, etc) but the counters with the basic arena food (preztels, hot dogs, etc) was the longest.
The upper level seats are steep. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was definitely something I took note of, unsure if that's something I'd want to experience again. The extra bit of money to sit lower, or at least the front of the upper level with the ledge, might be worth the splurge.
Exiting the arena wasn't too bad. We didn't even bother with the elevators and instead just took the stairs that led right out to the side of the arena. Leaving the parking lot wasn't terrible either, though that could be a result of the lower attendance too.
All in all, I was decently impressed with the arena and I'm looking forward to visiting it again in December and see how the experience will differ.
Rating: 7/10
