Week 2 - Day 1 Chest & Tris ✅ . My arms are on 🔥 from today’s workout!! 💪 We did 3 sets 10 doing 4 different moves, no rest. Then another 3 sets of 4 more different moves..no rest!! Then push ups!! I couldn’t believe how much my arms were shaking and I know they will be sore...that good sore like you know you worked them good. . Each workout ends with a core routine which I really like. The variation of moves keep your body constantly changing and growing. Don’t worry ladies!! You will not bulk up lifting weights. I have never bulked up and have only leaned out and toned. So don’t be afraid of lifting. . AT HOME LEGS WORKOUT. This is a lower body strength circuit. Start off with a 5 to 10 minute warm up to gradually increase your heart rate and blood circulation as well as loosen your joints and increase blood flow to your muscles. This is something that you should ALWAYS do before exercising. Below is the breakdown of the workout.
