Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Pagkatapos kong libutin ang buong simbahan, napadpad ako sa UST Museum of Arts and Sciences.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media Tumblr media

A beautiful Hindi Diwas quote by Sumitranandan Pant in Hindi says, " हिंदी हमारे राष्ट्र की अभिव्यक्ति का सरलतम स्रोत है।" The quote means, 'Hindi is the easiest source of expression of our nation.' This quote highlights the emotions behind the importance of Hindi. Hindi is a universal language that binds the entire nation together, even across borders.
History of Hindi Diwas:
Beohar Rajendra Simha, along with Hazari Prasad Dwivedi, Kaka Kalelkar, Maithili Sharan Gupt, and Seth Govind Das helped to officiate the Hindi language.
The proposal to include Hindi as an official language is attributed to Beohar Rajendra Simha. Hindi became the official language on 14th September 1949, on Beohar Rajendra Simha's 50th birthday.

In addition, prominent personalities highlight the importance of this day. Moreover, the day sees powerful Hindi Diwas speeches and Hindi Diwas poem recitations. Moreover, schools and other educational institutions play a big role to remind of its importance.
Awards:
On Hindi Diwas, two important awards are conferred, namely, Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar and Rajbhasha Gaurav Puraskar. Furthermore, these awards are officially conferred by the President of India to the Ministries, Departments, PSUs, and Nationalised Banks in India.

Debates surrounding the declaration of Hindi as the national language present legitimate questions that require answering, considering India’s multilingual diversity and heritage devoid of any political agenda. Thus, the Indian government needs to ensure that declaring Hindi as the national language meets the objectives without compromising this nation’s unity. According to various databases, Hindi is the 3rd most spoken language globally, even above Spanish, with 600 million speakers. Nevertheless, it lacks the recognition and enthusiasm by the people worldwide when learning new language skills.
