as bisexual? yeah i can't help but give my opinion on actresses/actors when we talk about stuff in the office so it's not really a secret lmao our I&D manager is also bi and she was like we both sit weird!! i knew it. as trans? absolutely not. i'm only out to my family and my oldest friends. i'm perceived as a Cis Dude and that's what i want so i'm just living my quiet little life :^)

FINALLY got a better job!!!! somehow i will now work in IT. i do not have IT experience but goddammit i have the desire to earn a beautiful paycheck

#hush catríona #my current job is an office worker in a store and im moving up to corporate. i applied just to shoot my shot i didnt think itd work #genuinely convinced i got it thru being an internal hire and thru my overwhelming raw charisma. i interview well i never prepare #saw the corp office today and its cyute its uptown. the commute will be a hike but idc its temporary and its not horrific #they offered me the max of the role too. SOMEHOW. i will finally make 50k again. thank GOD im currently losing money every month #i still have something else ive been trying that may work out thatd be better but we shall see. i have this at the very least. im okay agai #sry ik u guys didnt ask but this has been killing me for 7 months i NEEDED to share

last night i had a very realistic dream that Sulu was working as a manager at costco and i dont know what to do with that image

#i decided recently to add in the fact that he canonically has a phd in physics which is funny for a number of reasons #but whats funniest to me is in this particular dream he still had the phd but there he was at costco #the dream even gave a justification for it since he had been working as a teacher #but his depression got to the point where he couldnt handle it anymore so he quit and took on the costco job instead #and i dont know if costcos hiring practices would raise an eyebrow at someone with a physics phd trying to get a manager job but man #this dream also had Function in the form of a small glowing mote trying to get sulu to summon his corporeal form the whole time

Something I always wonder with the whole: "The lazy populous doesn't want to work!" is if it's only being said to keep minimum wage at the very, very lowest end of 'survivability.'

The "lazy worker" isn't truly a problem. The employers are.
