The tightness is constricting and I am on day 2 of re-introducing the block to focus on this area. The stomach, hips, and lower back were finally letting up after tension build up from the move and getting back into more vigorous exercise routine. Made these vids for a client so thought I'd share them. These stretches take only minutes and help unlock the hips. I constantly deal with tight hips resulting in waddling instead of a fluid gait. I always do these after a workout and immediately feel myself walking more aligned.
