Did Devon talk to any of them, like is she’s friends with any of the other teens? Did Eli and demetri drag other people into their drama, was demetri very obviously trying to avoid Eli, messing up the assumed plane seating arrangements? Was Robby brooding over his missing girlfriend and her dead mom the whole time? Were Daniel and Johnny still beefing or do we think they tried to save face for the kids? Is there any chance that Miguel and Sam were able to just have a nice time hanging out with each other on the flight or did they get dragged into everyone else’s drama? I’m so obsessed with the logistics of the Barcelona trip, not to mention the flight is like 11 hours long if it’s non-stop. it sounds like the trip from hell

Cyberweek 2024 Day Five: Crossover

Pfft, I've been on an AvA kick recently, so I guess it's not too surprising that I chose this. On one hand, this crossover works well in theory. The stick figures are all fast, kinetic learners and really good at demonstrating their earned skills and knowledge.

Now, I want to stress that I'm not an old school monster hunter fan. I'm not exactly *new* either; I started with World and I've really only played that and Rise. Now, I played world at Launch on a shitty Intel gaming PC that was about five years out of date by the point I wanted to test the game out. So I know what normal capcom potato graphics are supposed to look like.

I don't know. WHAT HAPPENED. (Say hi to my Hunter, Jade, by the way.) This? This mess? This is supposed to be a gunlance.

This was apparently what became of the tutorial Chatacabra. Now, I'm not harping on Wilds. This is the best Gunlance has ever felt, the visdev is (probably) gorgeous, and I love the UI design and character creator. The VAing here is excellent, and from what I was able to see that wasn't completely fucked, the lipsync and character animations were great. Unfortunately, it somehow got worse over time??? I'll let my live reactions speak for themselves.

This is some Vinesauce Corruptions tier shit. It's hilarious. In fact, I found it funny enough to try and stream it to a couple of friends who happened to be on call, and while we were dying laughing at *whatever the fuck* this was, five minutes later, this happened.

Apparently this is an uncommon issue some folks have had with Wilds. So, y'know. On one hand, watch out. But on the other hand, definitely stream this if you get these weird-ass corruption graphics. It's great.
