is there a way to get the 2nd version of doggy matsu?? like when u get 2 similar cards to becomes a new 1 how you get it since the event is over

The only way to get evolved/upgraded (2nd set/version) of event outfits is by first getting the complete 1st set (unevolved), meaning you need at least 7 tickets to evolve one neet.
