Hello! It's been a while since I've really spoken! I'm actually turning 23 tomorrow, gosh I can't believe it! Anyways I wanted to talk about a few things that's been happening in my life and also a few decisions I've recently made with my mental and physical health in mind that might affect you guys as well.

First things first, I know there has barely been any artwork from me and I've been struggling against burnout and art block for the whole year. I'm not going to sugar coat it, I've felt absolutely ashamed with how slow I've gotten and how little it takes before I get tired of drawing for the day or even the week. For a while I tried so hard to get back into a faster pace but as you can probably tell, that just made the situation worse. So instead, I've decided that I'm going to take things slowly. I'm going to try my best to not worry about the fact I haven't posted any art in over a month and instead I'm just going to learn how to rekindle my joy for drawing, even if it means one piece takes over a month for me.

On that note I've also been thinking about how I should handle commissions in the future. My initial plan was to take up to five at once, but I realized earlier this year that it wouldn't work out for me and caused me immense amounts of stress and guilt whenever the next person in the queue had to wait a lot longer because I was still working on the first person's commission. So I've decided that in the future when I take commissions, I'll only take one at a time, instead of many at once. It'll probably be a while before I open commissions again but I just wanted to give everyone an early heads up on the change.

And finally, on a more positive note, I've been really considering opening up a discord server! I know I'm not the most talkative on social media, but I think having a dedicated space for me to ramble on and connect with others would really help with this! I haven't fully decided on the discord server but I'll definitely let you guys know if there's any updates to this!
