Based on if you go to Noelle’s house and skip castletown (which I almost did bc I forgot you could go back there) without talking to Tenna, he just gets thrown out and you never see him again. But I’d feel so bad if that happened I’d probably reopen my save file to get him back 😭. Anyways he’d probably be in the void during the interim.

What would two of your AUs (the 'Megatron loses his cog' idea and your version of SG) look like merged together? I can only imagine the High Guard freaking out over just how cute (but also vulnerable) Megs is right now + OP not remembering D-16 and just being even more of a dick than usual.

I have earlier comics here and here where megs first loses his cog, and he’s with the high guard at the time. I think the charm of a small Megatron would wear off quickly since he’d been more of a handful (he’s extra aggressive to compensate and probably reverts back to acting like a young miner). I don’t think OP would be mean, he just thinks Megs (m-16 is the fake name megs gives to op) is some poor autobot that somehow missed getting a cog, so he’d treat him like glass (which megs hates but can’t say anything). If anything, Elita would absolutely take the opportunity to piss off megs at every chance she gets lol (totally deserved).

does megatron know that matrix messes with optimus’s mind? what was his reaction when he found out?

In this comic, he knows that something has made Optimus forget who d-16 is and is suspicious of the matrix (correctly so), but he just doesn’t know to what extent. He was probably shocked and angry at first (how dare he forget me), to guiltily relieved (oh so pax didn’t actually betray me, it was all just the matrix (he is wrong abt this)), to pushing down his feelings of the matter (how can I best exploit this new weakness to take down the autobots, let’s not think about the fact that my ex-best friend has no idea who I am).
