Tbh I’ve just been call it Ithacan Naga, but it’s objectively it’s a mix of snake, owl/bird, and human. So 🤷.

Tbh the wings are supposed to be white/gray-brown, cause owls & Hermes, while his scales are supposed to be an oscillating scale from sea green-blue to purple-tinted gray. Uhm. Evidently that sorta didn’t happen but also did. So.

The purple/grayer scales are gonna be more around with the feathers and wings.

Those fin colors are. Too blue and too bright but I love the colors themselves so they’re staying for now.

hymns of the unholy drops tomorrow, I'm gonna make a track tier list but here's my initial thoughts before it comes out:

This feels worthy of a "read more" just because there's no pictures to look at and it's four paragraphs. TL;DR the album is very cheesy but I'm literally so excited I'm gonna stay up all night so I can listen to the new album the second it drops. The overly critical part of my brain is telling me I shouldn't derive enjoyment from this album unironically but I'm not gonna obey, I am cringe and free and I'm gonna crank this shit with no shame cause it's the game I like...IN MUSIC FORm

The lamb's song was kickass and if I heard it in the wild without knowing there was a metal album for this game, I'd spontaneously combust from sheer excitement. It's instantly recognizable and that's kinda all I wanted from it tbh! I've mentioned before that I'm way more of a djent/shoegaze/sludge fan when it comes to metal rather than the genre these songs have been, but I'm literally so excited the bishops are getting some kind of inclusion in a project that I'm gonna crank this album even if it reminds me of the shadow the hedgehog game soundtrack. Tbh this one is so solid that if they JUST announced this one and didn't make the others, I'd still think it'd stand alone quite well for what it is! Edit: I said I'm cringe and free, why did I spend half this section dunking on the genre.....

Leshy's song..........was totally lame but in an epic way, like the first time I listened to it I thought it was fine! But when I actually read the lyrics I had tears streaming down my face from laughter. I screamed out loud when the guy basically says "btw my name is leshy :)", the lyrics are actually so fucking bad. But c'mon it's LESHY he's the littlest brother, if anyone got a corny ass song it should really be him. The shredding solo at the end is fucking hilarious and if he was in charge of his own song, he 10000% would request that specific ending. Musically, this one sounds the least like the source material so far but it's got that arpeggio from his + amdusias' theme and that's arguably the most iconic part. Also, "DAYLIGHT WILL COME UNDONE AS WE ECLIPSE THE SUN" is insane and is the best part besides describing his blindness as "ETERNAL NIGHTFALL"

Heket's song...........It has my favorite lyrics so far but the vocal work after the 40 second mark had to grow on me. I can't describe it but it sounds like that post grunge style and as a grunge fan, post grunge is my biggest opp in the music world. I was hoping they'd get a female singer for this but for heket specifically I can understand why they didn't. The actual lyrics in the song are fuckin badass, when it gets to the "MAKE YOUR PEACE, CREATURE" part I always turn it up to a deafening volume because it goes BALLISTIC. Genuinely my favorite part of any of these songs so far. I adore that her characterization in this song is layered and isn't just "I'm leshy, I'm made of plants or something and also I'm gonna kill you", it goes through her arc PERFECTLY imo!! Instrumentals in this one are better than the leshy song as well, I really like that they brought back the pitch bending/choppy sampling from the ost for this one

I'm on my hands and knees begging for the shamura song to be good, the leshy song had me worried but they came in clutch for heket. If they don't work in shamura's iconic lines from the game, I'm gonna cry inside I think- I'll forgive a lame kallamar song but ONLY if it's funny. Narinder's theme is gonna be hard to fuck up imo I have faith it'll be top tier

You allowed yourself to lift your head from the desk as the bell rang, signaling the start of the first recess. At that precise moment, all your classmates sprang from their seats and bolted out of the room like wild animals, desperate to escape the classroom for even a second.

You waited until at least half of them had left to avoid being pushed and squeezed between their bodies just to get out yourself. After all, your entire group of friends was absent today, so there wasn’t anyone you were particularly waiting for.

“Get up. I don’t want the cafeteria to run out of empanadas,” Sebastian said.

You lazily glanced over your shoulder and saw him standing there, hands tucked into his sweater pockets, his messy, wavy black hair as unruly as ever, and his blue eyes sparkling with that peculiar glimmer they always seemed to have.

It had only been a few weeks since you’d started talking to him—or rather, since he started talking to you. It had surprised you when he chose to pair up with you for a group project, especially since your friend didn’t protest or complain about not doing the assignment together as you two usually planned.

And it just happened—you didn’t even know how you ended up getting closer to him. Once again, you were amazed that your social anxiety hadn’t caused you to say something stupid as it often did in so many situations.

A quick snap of fingers broke your trance, making you blink and focus on the tanned fingers in front of you.

You smiled and apologized before standing up to walk alongside him, leaving the classroom to head toward the place Sebastian’s stomach most desired: the cafeteria.

“How are your siblings?” you asked, trying to start a conversation to distract yourself from the overwhelming noise around you.

“They’re fine, though… my sister’s been annoying lately, and I have to be her poor victim. So unfair!” Sebastian complained, frowning dramatically.

His exaggerated gestures made you laugh. You always enjoyed hearing how he made every situation with his siblings seem over the top. There was never a dull story about them.

Hearing your laugh, Sebastian glanced at you out of the corner of his eye. A flush of warmth rushed to his cheeks, and his palms began to feel sweaty. He quickly looked away, pulling a childish face. Loverboy.

“Hey, I’m gonna head to the bathroom for a moment. Don’t wait too long for me,” you said, stepping slightly away from his side.

He gave you a confused look for a moment before snapping out of it and flashing you a lazy smile, giving you a thumbs-up in approval.

“Just don’t take too long. I won’t promise to leave anything half-eaten,” he called out, raising his voice to make himself heard over the growing crowd of students in the courtyard.

You walked off with a small “uh-huh” in confirmation, heading straight for the bathrooms. You hadn’t realized you’d been holding it in until your bladder gave you a signal that if you didn’t go now, there’d be a bit of trouble.

It was no secret that the girls’ bathroom always had at least five people inside, most of them standing in front of the mirrors for at least ten minutes. Luckily, you only needed to take care of business and wash your hands before heading back out.

You recognized three girls from your class in there and two others who you guessed were a year or two ahead of you.

You’d always felt a bit uncomfortable around them, especially since some of them drooled over Sebastian and fit the classic “queen bee” stereotype. Honestly, you never liked them.

You entered the stall without any issues and finished up quickly before heading to the sinks to wash your hands.

Catching your reflection in the mirror, you felt a twinge of self-consciousness as you took in your appearance. You felt uncomfortable with yourself. How could you even show up to school looking like this? How could you stand next to him when—

You shook your head quickly, pushing those intrusive thoughts aside as you hurriedly left the bathroom. You’d gotten better; you didn’t need to dwell on those things—at least not as much.

Your eyes widened as you stepped outside and saw the courtyard completely packed. It was almost impossible to make out individuals in the sea of students.

You began weaving through the crowd, narrowly dodging a small paper ball some boys had decided to use as a makeshift soccer ball.

Your eyes scanned every corner of the courtyard near the tables, searching for one specific person. It was challenging, considering almost everyone had black hair. But no matter—you’d find your favorite Chilean.

Your gaze landed on a head of snow-white hair, and a smile crept onto your face as you spotted Vincent Painter in the crowd. You knew full well that where Vincent was, Sebastian was sure to be close by.

You pushed your way through, tuning out the rest of the world as you zeroed in on those two specific people.

“Painter, Seb—” The words died in your throat in an instant, the air abruptly leaving your lungs as you felt a sudden force. A hand clamped down firmly on your shoulder.

A chill ran through your body from head to toe as your heart began pounding faster and faster. You forced yourself to relax enough to turn and see who had grabbed you like that.

“Clay.”

The name seemed to slip instantly from your lips as you turned to see who it was.

It might sound cliché to say it this way, but it was the number one bully, troublemaker, and overall pain in the ass for both students and teachers alike. Always bothering people in the most unpleasant ways just to have something to do—including you.

You’d struggled to turn him into background noise back in sophomore year. Every time a teacher publicly scolded you for being late or some other "important" issue, he was always there to rub it in, mocking you for every mistake.

"Busy?" he asked with fake interest, his hand still firmly gripping your shoulder.

"A little, yes, maybe. Actually doing something worthwhile, unlike some," you muttered the last part under your breath, quickly and quietly, cursing yourself a thousand times over the moment you realized what you'd said.

His grip on your shoulder seemed to tighten and grow more forceful. You’d struck a nerve.

"Why don’t you come hang out with me and my group for the rest of the break? We’re not as boring as some," he said, maintaining that same hypocritical tone.

His hand slid down until it rested around your shoulders, as if you were lifelong friends. The gesture made your skin crawl with disgust. You wanted to shove him away, to curse him out in every way possible, to give him the slap he’d deserved for ages.

Your mind screamed yes to all of those thoughts, but your body froze, paralyzed with fear of what might happen if you so much as moved an inch while he had his arm around you.

Your legs felt like they were bolted to the ground, refusing to respond to the demands your brain was frantically making. Even though no one else could clearly see it in that moment, it was humiliating.

"No, I’m busy—"

"Someone like you is never busy."

"SHIT, NO!" you yelled with all your strength. Before he could react, you jerked your shoulders forcefully, a sharp motion that broke his grip. You freed yourself and stepped back, your body trembling with pure adrenaline.

You exhaled all the air you hadn’t realized you’d been holding in, gasping desperately for the oxygen you’d been depriving yourself of. The suffocating feeling still lingered, especially after your outburst and the scene you’d unintentionally created in front of the other students.

The noisy schoolyard, which had been alive with chatter and laughter just moments ago, fell deathly silent at your shout. Those closest to you and Clay stood frozen, watching in stunned silence to see how the situation would unfold. Further back, murmurs started among the students, curious and uncertain about what had caused the commotion.

You looked at Clay, trembling, noticing how his muscles tensed and his eyes stayed locked on you, unyielding. Neither of you said anything, locked in a tense standoff, like a predator trying not to scare off its prey.

Time seemed to stop for a moment, the only sound being your heavy, shaky breaths if someone were to listen closely enough.

Then, you clearly saw his right hand—the same one that had been draped over your shoulders—rise aggressively toward you, giving you no time to react or process what was about to happen.

The blow landed hard and fast, a lightning strike of pain erupting like a volcano in your cheek and spreading through your entire head. Your vision blurred for a moment, a dull ringing filling your ears as the world around you tilted unsteadily.

You lost your balance, stumbling to the side. Your hands instinctively reached for the ground, but the force of the impact left your arms trembling under your weight. Your skin burned where his hand had struck, a searing sensation that seemed to etch the violence into your body.

"Stop acting like a wild animal toward me! You’re that guitarist’s lapdog, so act like it—"

His words were abruptly cut off when something struck him out of nowhere, silencing him mid-sentence.

You didn’t take the moment to lift your head and see what had happened; your mind was still struggling to process the words he’d just yelled at you.

“Who the hell threw a damn empanada at me?!” he roared, utterly agitated, his fury palpable from miles away.

“Who taught you to hit a woman like that?!”

A new voice broke into the scene, one you recognized instantly.

You wanted to lift your head, even just a little, but the wave of dizziness and trembling that overtook you made it almost impossible to move.

“Shh... Come on, get up slowly and carefully. Let me help you. That bruise looks nasty,” another voice said softly, this one closer to you.

They helped you up, letting you lean on them for support as you steadied yourself, focusing on placing one foot in front of the other. Squinting, you tried to make out who it was, though you already knew.

“Painter… Seb’s—” you murmured weakly, trying to get him to stop the sudden impulsiveness of the other man.

“I know. That idiot’s trying to act tough,” Painter cut you off, rolling his eyes at the unfolding situation.

“You want to put on a show for the whole school? Fine, Solace! Let’s see how you handle this!”

Clay’s voice sent a shiver down your spine as you watched the scene play out in front of you.

Clay was advancing, his steps slow but deliberate. Sebastian instinctively stepped back, trying to keep some distance, his eyes locked on Clay’s movements, searching for any clue of his intentions.

But the gap between them was closing rapidly, the circle of onlookers around them seeming to shrink with every passing moment. Each step back was a concession, and each step forward from Clay was a reminder of who was in control.

“DON’T BE A COWARD!”

That shout rang out like the toll of a bell, marking the inevitable start of what was about to happen.

Clay lunged forward, his fist raised, ready to land a solid blow. As he closed the last few inches between them, he swung with brutal force, grabbing Sebastian roughly and shoving him back. The shove was so forceful it left Sebastian struggling to regain his balance.

Sebastian didn’t waste a second to catch his breath. He recovered immediately, ignoring his body’s cries for rest; there was no time for that now.

“Uppercut him. NOW” Painter shouted, almost as agitated as Sebastian himself at the sight of his friend fighting.

Without hesitation, Sebastian followed Painter’s instruction.

His fist shot upward with calculated precision, aiming for his attacker.

The sound of the impact was the only thing that could be heard in the courtyard—a crack that left more than a few eyes wide at the sheer violence of the scene. Clay’s jaw snapped upward with the force of the punch, sending him stumbling back, reeling from the sudden blow.

Clay forced his gaze back toward Sebastian, his face twisted into a deranged grin full of rage.

Just as he opened his mouth to speak, the furious voice of a new arrival shattered the overwhelming silence of the courtyard.

“Solace and Torres! I want both of you in my office NOW!” bellowed the principal, his uncontrolled fury directed at the two named offenders.

. . . . . . . . . .

“That was stupid.”

Silence.

“Impulsive. Way too impulsive.”

Silence.

“Something you’d never do. Especially getting involved in something like this.”

Silence.

“Did I mention how much of an idiot you were?” You tightened the bandage around his palm.

“Ow!” he hissed, wincing at the sting from your touch.

You shot him a glare, still struggling to understand why his foolish mind had decided to intervene and start a fight—especially one that escalated so violently.

He avoided your eyes, turning his head to the side, causing strands of his dark hair to fall across his forehead like a curtain, partially obscuring his vision.

You let out an audible sigh, one that sounded more like an exasperated groan than anything else.

Your hand was still holding Sebastian’s as you finished wrapping the bandage. Even though his palm had small, raw scrapes, his touch was warm and comforting. A part of you didn’t want to pull away.

“I just… I felt awful seeing him hit you, and I couldn’t do anything. You didn’t deserve that—especially not from a guy like him!” he muttered, pressing his other palm against his cheek in frustration.

He looked endearing like this, grumbling while trying to explain why he’d felt the need to protect you from someone like that.

“Don’t worry about it anymore, okay? I’m fine, and so are you,” you reassured him, offering a soft smile.

A faint hum, something like an “mmh,” escaped his lips.

You laughed a little more at his antics, catching a brief glimpse of crimson red coloring his cheeks. How cute.

Hi ! No problem. We all start somewhere. So let's see each god separately, because they are indeed not the same. The line gets a bit blurry in later times (roman) but they are distinct in Greek mythology.

Helios

Is the god of the sun. That's his main attribute. He's the brother of Selene, the moon, and Eos, the dawn.

They're all children of the Titans Hyperion, the light and Theia, the goddess of sight.

Helios is the father of figures like Circe, Pasiphae, Phaeton and Aetes (Medea's dad). He has a few lovers, all of them being women.

He's shown riding a charriot of four horses, that even have their own names.

Helios appears in the Odyssey for example, as Odysseus' men steal and eat his cattle, then anger him

Little off topic but idk if you're a fan of Epic the musical but the fandom often confused Apollo and Helios. The "god of the sun" in the end of Mutiny is Helios. Because he's the one offended in the original Odyssey.

Just saying that so you know you're not alone in this.

Anysays, back to the myths.

He's also the one to snitch on Ares and Aphrodite when they sleep together without Hephaestus knowing. Then he snitches on Hades for kidnapping Persephone.

Helios sees everything and he's not afraid of telling everyone if asked. Because he's the sun. Iirc Selene also has this capacity in the nighttime.

Apollo

Apollo is the son of Zeus and Leto, as well as Artemis' twin brother.

He isn't really the god of the sun, at least that's not prevalent until roman mythology. His thing is more music, poetry, healing/diseases, truth, mathematics.

Edit : and he's a god of prophecy. Very important detail that I forgot in the original post.

As an Olympian, he's more prevalent than Helios and appears more often in the myths.

He's in the Iliad for example, as a protector of the Trojans. He also appears in plays like Alcestis from Euripides or the Oresteia from Aeschylus.

He also plays a role in many isolated stories talking about his love life, his exploits, him punishing mortals or just people that annoy Leto. Because he cares about his momma.

You're absolutely right in the fact that he's related to light, most notably with his epithet Phoebus/Phoibos, which means shining or brilliant.

Funnily enough, he also has a cattle story, but it's related to his younger half-brother Hermes being an absolute scallywag of a baby and stealing them (this myth always makes me laugh 😂).

Apollo also has a bunch of lovers, with a lot of high and lows. Most of them being women but there are also some men : Hyacinthus being the most well-known. There's also Cyparissus, Admetus and Adonis for example.

For the women, there's Cyrene, Urania (the muse), but also stories that ended badly like with Cassandra or Coronis. The former rejected him despite a promise and the latter cheated on him.

And then there's Daphne, but that story is pretty well-known.

Among Apollo's kids, there's figures like Asclepius, Aristaeus, Idmon, sometimes Orpheus and even Chiron as an adoptive son (his biological father is Kronos).

Btw Apollo is involved in the life of every single one of these kids. Yes, praising Apollo as a father is important to me personally.

Fun fact: his daughter Chariclo even married Chiron. That's sweet :3

Fun fact n°2 : Apollo let Chiron raise his sons Asclepius and Aristaeus.

Apollo tends to react pretty strongly when offended, a trait he shares with many Olympians. Just don't mess with Leto, Artemis or any of his kids and normally you should be fine.

The fact that he says "The Gods will let him know" and "This is the will of The Gods", like, leave him alone 😭

Evil to start saying the baby reminds him of his own son

He is so against this I swear

First few "I'm just a Man" he wants so bad to justify not doing it

People already said it but the double meaning, asking when the baby would become someone who destroys his life, and asking if he becomes a monster if he kills the baby

I always thought the first line sounded like "please" and then two "forgive me" but it seems to be three "forgive me" instead, which is not bad, I'm just bad at hearing stuff

after life:

Odysseus is well dead. dead for around 3,100 years (alive during the 11th Century BCE) he died in his 50’s from his first son playing with a venomous stingray spine. he spent 100 years of his afterlife in basically hell, just in a very grayscale place. once those years were done, he ended up going somewhere called the resting place a place with muted colors, calm waters and just overall peace between fellow dead people. he ended up reconnecting with “Athena” (this Athena’s used name is Striker, she is really the god of war) and is now their top soldier in the afterlife’s army. he has been reconnected with his family and his his friends. They all had time before him to get used to well, we would consider modern appliances (but to them were otherworldly) Odysseus didn’t so he had to be slowly introduced to everything over time so if he didn’t die again (metaphorically die again). he both misses and is happy the old days are over. he is very aware of what is happening in modern day because this is him dead but in modern day.

Most of the events from the Iliad and the Odyssey still happen with some changes.

Over all differences:

1) Odysseus adopted Astyanax and told him at age 7 the history of his lineage, obviously a seven-year-old wouldn’t be completely fine with finding out his father murdered his biological parents and people, but after a year or so he ended up coming down and they’ve had a very good relationship ever since. 2) Odysseus killed Poseidon who really was just a demigod parading around as if he was really a god luckily good all human with the right tools can knock a demigod down a peg to death. 3) Odysseus an Penelope aren’t cousin anymore. 4) at the time this asks takes place Odysseus knows that most of the gods see grew up, believing in or demigods and are no longer roaming around if that’s them completely retiring or through more gruesome means. Not all though some were gods of some kind just a little different (IE: Athena, Hermes, Hephaestus, Aeolus, Aphrodite, Ares, Artemis, Phanes, Thanatos. That’s all I can think of right now).

any dave music hcs? :) my playlist for him mostly consists of relatively popular rock music. besides wacky but awesome garageband beats, i personally think he’d be a rocknroll radio hits kinda guy, at least for pre-sburb dave, i don’t think he’d have as much freedom to really explore music the way he wants before then. some of my favorites for him are all mixed up (311), superman’s dead (our lady six), bound for the floor (local H), everything to everyone (everclear), inside out (eve 6) and birds (butthole surfers). i also think he’d like metal too! particularly nu metal. even if mixing music and rapping is an outlet for him, i see him relating to these types of songs a lot and maybe at the time when his #ironiccoolguy persona is most prevalent + affecting his interests/personality heavily, he’s embarrassed about admitting his popular favorites b/c it’s not cool to him to like what’s mainstream. but you know character arc! and besides when the earth explodes no music is really popular anymore LOL. btw i liked your davejade music posts ^_^ so i’m very curious if you have any thoughts for dave music on his own!

one of the first things we know about dave is “You like to rave about BANDS NO ONE'S EVER HEARD OF BUT YOU” but its never brought up again. so i can see him having a bit of a punky existence. but its pretty impossible to list bands that people havent heard about but him. it doesnt mean he can’t like known acts. pink floyd are one of the most well known music artists of all time but i think he would like it for instance

but of those known acts i know his ass does not listen to fallout boy or whatever

idk dave he strikes me as someone who listens to both brian eno and death grips but at the same time theres a lot of stuff i CANT see him listening to

i think he probably likes beastie boys. paul’s boutique (1989) is probably one of his top albums. deltron 3030 (2000) too. both experimental hiphop, paul’s boutique utilizing plunderphonics while deltron 3030 is a bit more epic and psychedelic.

nmesh dream sequins is another album i can see him listen to, the cream of the crop for experimental vaporwave (the type of slowing samples in vaporwave was a technique pioneered by dj screw who i think dave would also dig, as it essentially manipulates time and thats Cool). probably likes oneohtrix point never too, an experimental electronic artist who also took inspiration from screw

maybe a bit of biting tongues, one of my favorites. he couldve been led to it going down the eno hole. probably his favorite album being recharge (1989)

as for rock i’m pretty sure dave strikes me as a psychedelic / experimental rock type of dude. so yeah pink floyd is still on the table especially early with syd barrett (the piper at the gates of dawn (1967) and a saucer full of secrets (1968)). but i think he can like later after that (of COURSE he feels drawn to the song ‘time’ lol i bet he’d want to replicate the atmosphere of the song’s beginning in his own stuff). he likes this kinda sound. he i can definitely see him being a ween fan for sure, especially quebec (2003) or their satire art/prog rock album the mollusk (1997) —the latter of which i could see him bonding with jade over DEFINITELY just listen to the titular song — but really the whole discography. or a zappa fan. maybe a dip into metal if its experimental or funky like primus or zillatron (bootsy collins alias)

i have to mention that these are all bands i like to some degree because to know what they sound like and if they fit dave ive had to listen to them lol. but yeah so that could put some bias into it and theres surely more stuff he would listen to i dont know but heres a portion of what i see from where i am

Hi guys, sorry for being MIA for a while, I didn't feel like posting, but I recently posted on my alt but mf I'm bored as fuck and got this random idea

Anyways, I'm summoning epic The musical fans and KNY fans! I'm matching certain lyrics from the wisdom saga to KNY characters and without further ado, enjoy the yap session!

Legendary

"Stuck in my bedroom, living in this world you left behind." - Giyu Tomioka

Reason: You guys cannot see how he has some form of self doubt, despite Sabito's death, he was able to become legendary to train Tanjiro and even spare Nezuko in the first meeting, he gave her warm clothes and the bamboo muzzle, and even stayed behind to make sure Tanjiro and Nezuko were okay. Something Sabito would most likely do, he's kind and Giyu is also kind in his own way.

"I know life and fate are scary, but I wanna be legendary!" - Nezuko Kamado

Reason: Nezuko just wants the approval, I mean you guys saw that she resisted the smell of blood when Sanemi cut his arm just to tempt her! I'd say Nezuko deserves to be appreciated for even resisting as a demon! I wouldn't say that the Hashira were quick to judge however, they had the right to judge and/or doubt Nezuko because yes, she's a demon, they're horrible beings. But that can't stop Nezuko from being legendary like Odysseus.

"I'll fight the harpies and chimeras, the minotaur, even Cerberus!" - Genya Shinazugawa

Reason: I see so much in Genya, he has the potential to be a demon slayer. His abilities are exceptional. But I want to point out that Sanemi is distanced from him, he was willing to do anything to have Sanemi look at him. It wasn't until the infinity castle arc when Sanemi finally looked at Genya. Genya, in the series, was willingly doing his best. And just like Telemachus, he wants to also be legendary!

A/N: Yeah, I covered the younger siblings here! But like you cannot expect me to not!

Little wolf

"I've no respect for bullies, those who impose their will, I've seen plenty enough to truly understand this kind of filth!" - Mitsuri Kanroji

Reason: No one can say that Mitsuri is a bad character, she was very well written and has the most relatable backstory, mostly to my ladies out there who suffered something similar like our favorite love Hashira did. She has no respect for demons who put her loved ones down and she's seen plenty enough to actually truly understand the filth of this world, both how she is now and in her backstory.

"Fight, little wolf, fight! Show them that you've got some bite, little wolf, bite! Take advantage now and strike! Little wolf, strike!" - Muichiro Tokito

Reason: I'd say that Muichiro was strong enough to handle that demon who attacked him and his brother, he fought the damn thing and still forced himself to get up just to hold his brother's hand one last time. He fought the exhaustion just to see Yuichiro one final time before passing out.

"Get up and fight! Fight little wolf! Fight!" - Shinobu Kocho

Reason:In the manga, Kanae had told Shinobu to get up and continue fighting despite her lung being severely damaged, even though Shinobu lost to Doma, she got up and fought.

A/N: I really loved covering a KNY character analysis with the lyrics of the song btw! The song actually suits them in general!

"I had a friend before and he was a lot like you." - Giyu Tomioka

Reason: Again, about Sabito, Giyu might've seen something in Tanjiro that reminded him of his late friend, enthusiastic, fun, and very optimistic in a world full of darkness. Tanjiro always had a smile on his face and Sabito did too, Giyu saw Sabito in Tanjiro.

"You're my friend, I couldn't ask for more!" - Inosuke Hashibira

Reason: Despite him having difficulty pronouncing Tanjiro and Zenitsu's name, Inosuke is thankful for Tanjiro and Zenitsu's friendship. It's clear in how comfortable Inosuke is with the two other boys.

"I know it's light you'll find!" - Tanjiro Kamado

Reason: Okay, this is for Giyu, I feel like Tanjiro would be there for our favorite(and deffienetly not friendless!) water Hashira, Tanjiro effect everyone, the Tanjiro effect! Giyu managed to actually be comfortable around Tanjiro! And Tanjiro is the light in everyone's life. We all need a Tanjiro in our lives.

A/N: Can I just say I really love Teagan Earley (Athena's VA)? She sounds so beautiful and majestic omg!!!

Love in paradise

"Time can take a heavy toll." - Giyu Tomioka

Reason: Again, Giyu's back in the podium. Giyu was at his best when he was younger, and he's gotten better. But the effect of time was physical and emotional, if I can recall, Giyu didn't have any of those highlights in his eyes at age 21. But him at age 13 and age 21, that was some improvement. Overall, time does take a heavy toll on people.

A/N: It's all I could think of, honestly, but I'd like to point out that I absolutely despise Calypso, but her VA, Barbara Wangui, she did a good damn job voicing her, her singing was amazing for the recordings, I love her! And Athena's time dive was so good. You cannot convince me otherwise.

God games

"Trust is not given, it's forged." - Sanemi Shinazugawa

Reason: Okay, hear me out, Sanemi would say something like that. BUT he would not release Nezuko so easily, he'd say trust isn't given but can be forged, but according to the trivia of Hephaestus, his instrument is a hammer and church bells, don't call me crazy but I say Sanemi's instruments can be similar to those too(If not an electric guitar)

"Really Athena? These old tricks?" - Obanai Iguro

Reason: I feel like Obanai would be somewhat similar to Ares. I dunno about you guys but Ares sounded sassy or condescending, I dunno, it's still actually really amazing to think Ares and Obanai share small similarities in some way. Though I was unable to find any trivia that directly indicate that they share similarities, one thing is damn certain, Obanai and Ares love their partners.

A/N: I couldn't think much for God games, but I put more effort than the one for love in paradise, I legit couldn't find anything that matched the other slayers.
