Another note I forgor to mention is I love how after hearing Simon go "it's enough to make your hair turn white" about Martin's office in s4 many of us collectively agreed his hair turned white because of his association with the Lonely. The shared consciousness is real and we use it to play hot potato with the communal brain cell dedicated to the sillies.

the fact that irving canonically survives through the end of asunder to be at wynne's funeral is so fucking funny to me. nothing but love and respect for MY unstoppable cockroach morally grey machiavellian mage dad!!! he's survived in his position through multiple attempted rites of annulment and blood mage plots popping up left right and center around him. the chantry keeps trying to stamp him out but his dodge game is simply out of this world, divine. civil wars, political machinations and minefields, chantry atrocities, this wily old motherfucker is dodging and weaving his way through it all, not-quite-no-hits-taken-running-it-but-honestly-close-enough-under-the-circumstances style. if solas does succeed in tearing down the veil I would fully believe that one of the like three people still alive at the end of it all would be a very weary 90 year old first enchanter irving going 'oh this shit again huh'. the maker has cursed him for his hubris and his paperwork is never finished (affectionate, it's fine he canonically loves paperwork)

Shout out specifically to the kind girls who i have met before exams in my academic life so far. Complete strangers i have met once for a couple of hours who have made the wait for the exam lighter. Talking to me like we had known each other for years. This includes, but is not limited to, the girl who saw me nervously waiting before my medieval history exam om my first year, and decided she was going to adopt me in her small friend's group for the morning to review things together and who kindly stood up for me when the professor ignored me while i was trying to get his attention to ask for something before the exam. The girl who randomly complained to me about a broken door in the bathrooms and who then saw me in line waiting to get in the exam room and chatted with me for over an hour while the professor was late, because being annoyed at things being broken/not working as they should is the best bonding excuse on the planet. The girl who i asked directions to yesterday and ended up waiting for my same exam who acted with me, a random stranger, like an old friend. I am collecting these people like pressed flowers. I have no idea of half of their names but i will forever be grateful to then for being there and being kind. As an extremly anxious person who becomes a nervous wreck before exams and who has terrible social skills people like this are such a gift and I wish them all the best.

I want your opinion, so I have a tiktok account where I frequently make videos about LoF and other marvel/dc related content (@tonystarkstwin) and I recently made a video saying jaytim was weird, basically it was a parody of the sound from frozen “i mean it’s crazy, what! we finish each others… sandwiches! …the fuck” and i made it like “i mean it’s crazy we both ship tim with a noncannon ship, yeah! jason, the fuck?” watch the video idk if that makes sense 😭

in all seriousness, you did nothing wrong. you have every right to talk about your opinion on something. you didn't call out anyone specific, you just said your opinion. you weren't calling for censorship, you were calling out how insane that is. you can go and say over and over again how disgusting, vile, disturbing, nasty, and downright horrific shipping an incest ship is, and how people who do ship it are unwelcome on your page because they are illiterate fucks with no prospects in life that will never know the love of another human being without perverting that relationship, and who will die lonely deaths, rotting in their casket and stinking that up as much as they stink up their everyday lives.

they have the right to block you and continue being delusional shit stains (and i'm talking the kind of people who, if they were rats, would carry the plague). and YOU have every right to make them uncomfortable with being in YOUR space. they obviously have no concept of boundaries or human interaction, so don't worry if they miss the message as much as they miss the meaning of a platonic or familial bond, they'll probably be so incensed that you dared to have a brain in your skull that wasn't made of styrofoam that they'll comment on your page. they'll show you who they are and you can block them.

question for people who've played the original baldur's gates:

I know it's a reveal/retcon in the second game that Imoen's a bhaalspawn too, but does this mean she's also getting weird bhaal dreams or is that like a special protagonist present only??

Like I know out of universe the reason no one ever acknowledges Imoen is that she just didn't exist until late in development, but in universe, should I assume she's actually dealing with All This too or is Bhaal just more interested in Charname for whatever reason?
