Though we’re long since past that generation, when I told my wife you were ranking names, she insisted I tell you about Poo.

My wife names her Pokémon far more often than me, and when she caught an Abra in Brilliant Diamond, she wanted to name it Poof. The game rejected it, and I said “I think it’s because Poof is derogatory for gay people in British English”, but she said “I think it’s because of poo.” So she set the name as Poo.

And it allowed it

And she doesn’t rename her Pokémon.

So she has an Alakazam now named Poo

Sometimes in public she’ll look at me, a desperate look in her eyes, and say “I gotta Abra.”

at first i was like simple pawn Syl, as a joke. then i started thinking about arisen Winnie…

Hi this is Elwynn, she’s Winnie if her original Arisen died later and she was Bestowed. Tweaked her a wee bit (height, build, nose, eyes changed to how they looked before Syl summoned her). Her Bestowal was different, as it was mostly caused by her Arisen’s very last wish being for her to live. Oh I know that isn’t how it works, but shhh I’m just having fun.

Winnie exited the Rift for the last time to this world, but she remained a nomad of sort as she didn’t know where or how to settle down, she’s been traveling for a couple of years before answering summons for help against a potential Dragon attack in Melve.

She isn’t very enthusiastic about being the Arisen, with her memories spotty and her experience at the excavation site — she’d rather not command pawns, but if she must…

Much like Syl she sought only the perfect companion for herself when she approached the Riftstone, but with a looser idea. The only change to Sylvas is the tattoo colors matching hers now. Syl is adventurous and full of love for almost any world, he will help her take the next step when she feels it’s too risky, he will help her live.
