I have conflicted feelings about the FNAF series in general, but seeing a movie where practical animatronic puppets are the primary focus of the film becoming not only financially successful but also well received by general audiences is pretty damn neat.

finding out disney is getting rid of muppet*vision on the same day I had to make the smart financial decision to NOT buy the stray kids tix is had in my cart is not fun.

I regret not grabbing them, but also would have regretted spending $280 on tix and even more on a hotel room in nyc, let alone deal with covid still rampaging and h5n1 already being ignored BEFORE they gut public health even more.

Okay so like tbh the fnaf movie looking like it'll actually be really good is honestly a good thing because if it's a genuinely good horror movie it'll make news for being too scary/mature for kids and then finally parents will pay attention to Scrimbly or whatever being probably not appropriate for their 5 year olds.
