and Blitzø when he was the Clown from Loo Loo Land, the Brand remained intact over the makeup.

(although I believe that Blitzø only painted his skin and not the Brand)

So this Mark cannot be removed in any way.

In defence of Vivziepop and the women of HB

I’ve been seeing a lot of people criticising and bashing Vivienne for the way she writes her female characters compared to her male characters and to an extent fans and the antis are correct and their criticism is valid but it’s reached to a point that the fans and the antis are being more misogynistic than the person the claim to be a misogynist (Viv).

They are always blabbering about how she can’t write a woman who isn’t mean, evil, emotional and has no depth or a sad backstory. I believe that most of the times people forget that Viv is not the sole writer of the show, yes she is the creator but she is not the only one in the writing room she is not the only one who has control over the story and the characters there is whole team involved.

“But all her female characters are mean without reason”. Wrong there are reasons why they are the way they are.

Verosika is the way she is because of Blitz. In AT we learned that when she finally mustered up the courage to confess her love for the person that was her boyfriend and presumed bodyguard at the time (since she is a pop star) left her in the middle of the night without an explanation and stole her credit card which he maxed out on horse riding lessons. Ver isn’t a bad person just because, she is that way cause of heartbreak, hurt and betrayal. She even had his name tattooed on her arm that’s how committed she was.

Barbie Wire, a child with an abusive father turned to addiction and alcohol and we know that she still keeps on using because of a freak accident that killed her mother, burned the circus, left her and Blitz’s best friend disabled for life and scars than can never be healed.

Loona an abandoned child that grew up in the orphanage and every time she got adopted she got turned back due to her temper and problematic teenage behaviour. Of course someone who was never wanted as a child and treated nicely isn’t gonna be all sunshine and rainbows. Despite all that Loona has come a huge way from being the always mad, defensive and socially awkward hellhound we met in ep.1.

Octavia, one of the most if not mischaracterised and wrongly hated character of the show. The first time Octavia is shown to us she is a child that has a terrible nightmare where she can’t find her father anywhere. From that alone we can understand that Octavia is someone who’s afraid of being abandoned by the only person that she can find comfort in. Her parents constantly scream at each other and most of the time ignore her (whether it’s intentional or are too wrapped up in their own problems and goals) and never try to communicate with her properly or explain the whole situation. She is not a spoiled little princess who’s always broody and “emo” and annoying just to be, she is 17 a very vulnerable age at which she needs the two people that are supposed to take care of her in the world the most but she doesn’t and she feels that she never had them cause she never mattered, the only thing that mattered were their petty fights and duties. Via is allowed to feel hurt by her parents actions and lack of care and is right to confront them for their shitty behaviour towards her her whole life. She needs time to process what’s going on and come to terms with her own emotions and situation. If she doesn’t want to hear what Stolas has to say right now then that’s the right thing for her to do now. The love and trust she has for him is so strained and it’s gonna be a while before he can make up for his mistakes.

Stella is another character that the fans and antis complain that is evil (or cartoonishly evil which is boring as they’ve said after the last episode) because Viv has always to make her women unlikeable and stupid. Stella and Stolas were forced into the same fate without their consent at the age of 10 and have been miserable ever since. I like Stella I’m not gonna lie she is not the best written villain and we don’t know why she is the way she is but what we know is that she really hates and resents her husband and doesn’t really care for her child unless it’s to manipulate her against her father. Cartoonishly evil or not, she is entertainingly stupidly evil for someone driven by her hate and big ego, a narcissist that’s always right and above everyone else but what she doesn’t understand is that her brother is holding the strings and plays her like a puppet so he can do his own bidding in the disguise of getting rid of her husband. Sometimes villains don’t need to have a heart wrenching backstory, someone or something that made them evil some people are just evil either by them themselves or their environment. There are 2 more seasons left of HB im sure that the writers sooner or later will give us a good explanation as to why Stella hates Stolas so much and wants him out the way.

Millie a Wrathian who thought that she was good for nothing but killing people and being “the muscle”. Millie (as seen in GF) worked by herself taking jobs to survive and make a living until she met I.M.P and became a part of a team, a family that taught her that she is more that just a machine to kill people and is now the best version of her self. Married, happy with her career choices and I can’t wait to see how s3 will handle the unplanned pregnancy plot because there are a lot of things on stake here.

Why do we as fandom always have to demonise women for the smallest things and baby men for the horrible and wrong things they do and have done to others? Why don’t you give the same energy to Paimon, Cash and Crimson? Neglectful and abusive fathers? Striker? Who preaches about how royals are the worst thing to happen to imp kind but the moment he is paid by a royal to betray one of his own he’s quick to take it and run? Blitz? Who until recently never apologised for the bad things he did and ruined so many people’s life’s? Stolas? Neglects his own child in favour of his lover and stuck in his own foolish fantasies in the process losing whatever little faith Octavia had in him, obliviousness to see past his nose and his (not purposefully) prejudices?

With Blitzo too distraught, Barbie Wire takes it upon herself to share the tragic story of the hellhound who was part of their past. She explains how after Blitzo's playdate with the young Prince Stolas, the money he stole for his father Cash was used to buy supplies and a hellhound puppy for labor and other work. Blitzo felt sorry for the sad pup and took him out to play. The two came to like one another, and Blitzo named him Haven. He became part of the family, even as the years went by, and both Blitzo and Haven became like father and son. Around Fizzaroli's birthday, Haven helped prepare a wonderful gift for Blitzo to give the one he loved. However, things didn't go as planned, which led to the tragedy that affected all their lives.

WELL IO THINK I JUST FIGURED OUT WHY

SO IN OOPS FIZZAROLLI SAYS THAT NO ONE TOLD HIM THAT BLITZ CAME TO VISIT HIM

AND BLITZ SAID THAT THAT THEY TOLD HIM FIZZ DOESN'T WANT TO SEE HIM

AND ALSO WHEN HE TRIED TO VISIT BARBIE WIRE IN HOSPITAL AND EVENTUALLY FOUND HER SHE SAID SHE NEVER WANTS TO SEE HIM AGAIN

SO HE PROBABLY SUBCONCSIOUSLY WAS SCARED THAT STOLAS HATES HIM NOW

ALSO I THINK I KNOW WHO TOLD BLITZ THAT FIZZAROLLI DIDN'T WANT TO SEE HIM

So the person responsible NOT ONLY told Blitz that he doesn't want to be seen, but ALSO told Fizz that he wasn't seen

So if only the first one was true you could argue that was just someone that thought that Fizz won't want to see the person who almost killed him on his birthday

BUT, the person didn't tell Fizz about anything

Now, considering the huret Fizz expressed in Oops, it's safe to assume that the effect of the presumed willing absence of Blitz was visible from the outside

Meaning that any person who made an honest mistake would tell him and maybe even call Blitz back in

But, they didn't

Meaning that it had to be someone who didn't give a SHIT about Fizz's emotional health and about Blitz in his entirety

Now, I know a person that fits the description

Cash Buckzo

Also known as Blitz's dad

Think about it

It's clear that he doesn't give a rat's ass about Blitz, his biological son, but does kinda care for Fizz

But the fact that he was willing to sell either of them to Paimon meant that he didn't care for him as a person

He cared for him as a star preformer

He cared for what was basically his property

Now, why would he did what was described to happen in the series?

Imagine you have a teddy bear. It's your favorite, it's soft, the perfect size, as firm as you want, and you cuddle it every night.

Now imagine you also have a friend who loves your teddy bear

He makes little dresses for the bear, always plays with him when coming over, gives compliments and sometimes brings him up in conversation

Now, one day, he accidentally tears the bear's limbs off

There's stuffing everywhere, your friend is apologizing, you call up a different friend who can sew, but the bear is visibly re-sewed, not as firm as before, a bit less comfortable and visibly damaged

So you tell your friend that he can't come over again, because he tore your teddy bear apart

To make sure he never breaks the bear again

And that's what I think is going on with Cash and Fizz

He doesn't see Fizz as a person, but as an object

So it would make sense that he wouldn't want the thing that destroyed the object around it, now would it?

Thinking about that night.

He was covered in bloody burns. It must have stung and temporarily blinded him (Maybe he has vision trouble in one eye because of it?). Tears streamed down his cheeks. Everything hurt. But his body didn't hurt nearly as much as how he felt inside.

His mom was dead. Her mangled corpse was being carried away in a body bag. It pained him too much to look. All of her light, her gentle sweetness, the only good parent he had in his life, gone.

His best friend was taken to the hospital. His body was unrecognizable, skin ripped and torn, burned to a crisp, his bones were crumbled to ash and his horns were shattered; all because of the explosion. He had no idea if he would survive.

His dad was, for once in his life, silent. His eyes were wide with horror, jaw slackened with shock. His head shook slightly, back and forth, as if to say what have you done?

His sister was sobbing, grieving, choking out despairing tears. She was emotionally in a wreck, cut and bruised, but at least she was alive.

The world was burning down around him. Everyone had fled, and those who hadn't managed to escape had been burned or crushed. The animals had ran off, the horses were far gone by now. Everything was gone. All of it. Consumed, eaten up by the wicked and bright green flames.

All on his friend's birthday, too.

This was all his fault.

Imagine, if you will, Moxxie or Millie or Loona being with him.

Being so confused to see their big, loud, extroverted, flamboyant boss quiet and soft, his replies low murmurs, trying hard to be snarky and smarmy and casual but shrinking in on himself more and more with every passing moment.

Cash's comments go unchallenged where anyone else would get a ball of anger and attitude, his nasty jokes are met with weak laughter and "Yeah, right" comments as Blitz desperately tries to just get him to SHUT UP so they can extract themselves from the situation, his eyes never lifting above Cash's chin, his hunch more pronounced.

The flinching when Cash touches him.

Imagine them being quietly horrified, unsure what to say or do as so many things become clear. As they leave and Blitz tries to play it off. Tries to get them to drop it, play it down , yeah that's my asshole dad, he's a dick, I want lunch, do you want lunch? We should get lunch, maybe a drink-

Except for Moxxie. Who knows. Who gets it. Who brushes his hand over Blitz's, barely a touch, who gives him a small, tired smile, who "trips" and makes a silly fool out of himself long enough to let Blitz wipe tears away and stop the shaking in his limbs and take a full breath, pull himself together without scrutiny.

Because Moxxie knows.

If Cash Buckzo is alive (I hope he's not), I cannot bear to see an abused Blitz regress back into victim mode and flinch from him and just agree to everything he says or whatever. I would be seething.

But the way he looked at those memories ...makes me think that's how an in person interaction would go.
