This probably isn't new but it just occurred to me that if sinners can't leave the pride ring, and the exterminator can't kill hellborns, then like 86% of hell has probably never even SEEN the carnage of the extermination.

We don't know how long the extermination go on for, but I feel like the way Adam is, that they're probably pretty quick, like legit a full day if not just one night.

And I can't imagine they BOTHER checking the other rings for escapees, if we're assuming there's nothing but the law stopping sinners from leaving, and THEY assume that's enough.

So there's like, probably a legit underground railroad of sinners trying to get out of pride, like probably at all times, but especially the days and weeks leading up to the extermination.

And I could see so many hellborns taking advantage of that, like life as a sinner cannot be safe or good in the other rings when you have to keep you head down and try to blend in. They're probably like, legit selling their souls for it. Which is what makes me think sinner can physically leave. (Or, can sinners tell their souls to hellborns or only other sinners?)

It's trading one hell for another. Literally.

And they're immortal. They'd get noticed if they didn't stay hidden, if they're contract wasn't like, passed down parent to child in a same house hold told to keep it quiet, because rtheye equally not auposed to have a sinner in their hosue. They couldn't lead any better of an immortal life.

Could you then imagine them trying to get back to pride just to be their own person again even if it means they might get murdered every year.

And getting back to 86% of hell's residence that have never seen it up close.

They've got to be buying into some kind of propaganda about it.

"Oh sinners are immortal and more powerful than us. They should be thinnes out or theyre rise up and take over hell" kinda thing, like the legit same argument heaven has for the genocide.

and since most of them never MEET sinners to empathize with, and the way they're encouraged to put down imps as children, they'd be it easy to convince.

But I feel like some Hellhounds and Imps would DEFINITELY be helping sinners escape pride.

I bet they help hide the ones who couldn't get out because I can't imagine sinners just go about their business as the extermination starts.

The days leading up there'd be so much going on as sinners try to get somewhere safe, in their own city, or places outside it or in other cities. The hours leading up to it, the streets have to be so quiet you'd think it already happened.

And because the sinners HIDE, the angels MUST be knocking down doors and raiding basement in house and business across pride.

I wouldn't be surprised if hellhounds and imps get killed, and the angels just don't see consequences because it's hellhounds and imps.

Like it's really actually that horrible.

THEORY: Lucifer Morningstar in Hazbin Hotel... Might Actually Be a Star

I was thinking of what Sera said to Charlie when she was first welcomed into Heaven... "Greetings, Daughter of the Morningstar"... or, did she enunciate morning-star? This is a real thing in the world that exists for us people on earth, in fact you can walk outside and see it very early every morning --- it is the last star shining in the sky. Tangent oncoming, but it gets back to the main point ----- Lucifer means "light-bearer", or, "light-bringer", because it calls forth the rising sun. In symbology, this has been interpreted as a man holding a torch. In Hazbin Hotel, we not only see Lucifer literally can produce fire from his hand, but this has been passed down to his daughter as well. They're light-bearers --- literally. Also, that is precisely what stars do... they produce light! Now let me advance to next bulletpoint of this post... Vivienne Medrano ALREADY used a "living" object, that can terraform into a more active form, in this web show. And that is none other than Kiki, the literal key to the hotel. She turns into a cat-semblant body.

On the same note, Vivienne Medrano is no stranger to humanoids or beings naturally being another thing. This was a primary feature of her extinct webcomic, Zoophobia, where every animal naturally has a humanesque form they can convert to whenever necessary. For example, Jackie is a great macaw (this isn't the parrot's true appearance, this is a format she takes alternatively):

Now, I know Lucifer is snake-coded, but I couldn't help but acknowledge how well-versed Vivienne Medrano seems to be in demonology and religion, to an extent, based on some videos from YouTuber cartoon analysis channels. And (I'm going to repeat, excuse my drawling), it is a common fact that the morning star.... in the sky... can be seen every morning. Hence, Sera uttered; "Greetings, daughter of the morning star". So, here's the next bulletpoint --- the acknowledgment of celestial bodies as sources of worship (astrology) is a key point in this universe. Stolas, a major character in the same world, studies and is a sort of regulator of the celestial bodies.

That's his whole schtick. Plus, he is royalty in Hell, so astrology is probably a no-shit presence of fact among the general population in Hell. On the the next bulletpoint: YouTube theorists and fans of both these web shows in general have expressed how they think Hazbin Hotel + Helluva Boss take place somewhere in 'outer space'. From the Pride Ring alone, we can see other celestial bodies IN the sky, like Heaven and a weird moon with a copy of Pride Ring's Pentagram on it. While I don't think the Hellaverse is in outer space exactly, I really think it's code for 'the heavenly realms'. Now on to the next and probably most important fact... now, what might the Pride Ring be? What does its parameter resemble? (Btw, follow this person on Tumblr and X, they are a great Lucy fan artist):

Not to mention the pentagram (which is also, coincidentally, and non-coincidentally a star-shape) floating right above it. What is a meteorite? A falling star. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is my final say on this? I might say Lucifer is... well, a fallen star. He may or may not be a literal star in the show, but this is a huge probability in the Hellaverse considering it IS Vivienne Medrano's brainchild. This is my headcannon now... that because these are the heavenly realms, the most powerful beings/ characters can and do exist likely in alternate/ first forms in the same existential plane. Charlie is half human and half angel... or further, half star. Also, this means Lilith fucked a star. (And Eve too, oop.)

I was browsing around reddit and came across someone who didn't understand why stolitz was attracted to each other and I came across a headcanon I very much like.

This headcanon is that due to bltiz being emotionally lobotomized by his ratshit of a father. He has a great appreciation for those who can express themselves often through artistic means which is part of why he's into stolas (the songbird,fizz the clown, veroskia the popstar and even moxxie the thespian. It also explains why he wasn't into millie and just wanted something platonic with her because she isn't exactly the most artistic in anything besides death. As he said himself stolas was his heart.

Inversely. Stolas accurately describes blitz as his light as in the guiding light of hope. As blitz much like the horses he's obsessed with represents freedom now not just for stolas but if blitz does become a matyr than all of impkind.

Blitz was the one who accidentally taught the owl he does have a choice in how he’s treated and he doesn't have to lie back and take it anymore (if he doesn't want to that is). As his first and only friend blitz was his ray of sunshine his light of hope.

So I want to think that when the archangels want to repair their relationship with Lucifer, in Hell, they are very awkward, they interfere with each other's words, they don't synchronize their memories, they get events mixed up and more. Lucifer sees this and it causes him great fear because he doesn't know what their true intentions are, and when he somehow confronts them (probably after some very undesirable situation) it turns out that all the siblings have hardly talked to each other since Lucifer's fall, and the only relationship was an official one between them, so not only do they want to repair their relationship with Lucifer, but Luci wants to help them as well. Like a sibling once again.

Okay so I have a random ass theory that connects hazbin hotel and helluva boss...

So we all know that Alastor is hungry for power and is "on a leash," meaning he made a deal with someone. I love all the theories that it could be Lillith or Zestial, but.. hear me out.. what if it's Mammon?

Think about it for a second.. Mammon is the embodiment of greed, and Alastor is greedy for power. Not to mention, Mammon has the same bright neon green color scheme. I also believe mammon has the ability to travel through the rings like ozzie can-? So what's stopping them from meeting in the pride ring..

Hear me out.. What if mammon had to go to the pride ring for a 7 deadly sins meeting or something. Mammon might want the power and/or the money Lucifer holds, but he knows overthrowing Lucifer would be too difficult. Alastor wants power. Maybe Alastor ran into Mammon by chance (or fate or on purpose lol) and they made a deal that Al will be granted ultimate power once he finds a way to obtain lucifers/Charlie's power/money and give it to mammon. Alastor is given a bit more power than other overlords have but is still on Mammons leash until he hands over what Mammon wants.

To add to this, what if Mammon has a crystal or something similar to what Ozzie gave Stolas that would allow him to access the living world- What if Alastor wants that crystal/item in order to take control of the living world

The Remaining Sins

Haven't seen much in ways of theorizing who the remaining 3 Sins of the Hazbin Hotel series would be like, and unfortunately I can't draw, but I can write. So here's my ideas. Satan - Wrath This is about the easiest one in my opinion. We've already seen a bit of what the wrath ring is like and we had Bee drop his name. I have this idea that he's, well, Satan, maker of all imps, and as such has that goat/saytr type design. Be kind of funny if he had that chiseled and sculpted look, and he has a bunch of battle scars, but nowadays he's an anger management councilor. Leviathan - Sloth IDK where I got the idea that Glitz and Glam were from the sloth ring, but it got me thinking into that wet aesthetic and lead me to this. I figure Leviathan being a huge dude even in his condensed form, either matching or beating Ozzy in size. He tends not to leave his ring because of this, but is always happy to help with what he can from where he is. He manages Hell's water supply. Belial - Envy I figure Belial to be the smallest of the Sins in their condensed form and end up wearing the loudest clothes, trying to be the center of attention. Belial knows everything about everyone because they need to know how much better someone else has it, but they are also the worst at keeping any secret because they need to boast about themselves.

Been thinking about this post I made earlier, and

The problem with the hotel is that Charlie went too big too fast with the goal. Unfortunately Katie Killjoy was RIGHT when she asked why anyone would care about becoming a better person, when you consider that it means going up to heaven to be with the very people that put them in hell in the first place (as far as they know), and who (definitely) then come down to massacre them once a year anyway.

But if you think of the pride ring specifically, rather than all of hell, as a jail of sorts for sinners, then, maybe they'd want to explore the rest of hell if they could.

And if Charlie got with her father and the other sins, and got approval for like, passports of sort, that give sinners who prove they could behave in the rest of hell- where people live who aren't saints but can still be good people and who ARE more often than not weaker that Sinners- permission to travel, I BET plenty of sinners would have at least wanted to TRY the hotel.

The hotel could function more as a voluntary recovery resedance for them. Like if Angel had been promised the opportunity to visit the Lust Ring, I bet he'd have committed a little more serious the cause sooner.

And it wouldn't even have to be an all or nothing thing. Each sin could have different requirements for allowing sinner into their territory. Ozzie would probably never allow people with sexual assaults on their record, for instance. And Mammon would probably allow pretty much anyone, wanting anyone who could pay to see his shows.

But it's still not a perfect solution unless the genocides stop.

Because it just leads to questions.

Do they tell heaven they're letting sinners got to other rings?

If they do, they run the risk of Heaven, specifically Adam, not agreeing to only hunt the unrepentant/unredeemed in the Pride Ring, and simply expanding the genocide, the violence, into the other rings, and the other sins might refuse the system soley based on that.

And if they don't tell them? That's not going to stay a secret long. Even if it take a decideds for enough sinners to have earned their passport to even one other ring, all the sinners that can, are going to bale on the Pride Ring during the genocide.

At first the angels might think they're successfully keeping Hell's population down, but eventually they're going to get suspicious, because whether they've been doing this since the dawn of time or only since the human population, and therefore Hell's population, boomed in the last century or so, for it to suddenly be working this well???

And all they have to do is capture some sinner during an extermination, and torture the answers out of them.

And then it's like.

Do they see that as Lucifer trying to get out of his side of the bargen? Do they say fine we won't uphold our end?

The fact Adam and them go after Charlie in the season finale shows there's no magical contract PREVENTING them from killing Hellborns. So what if they start giing after Hellborns too, since they're traveling rings now too?

Soooo maybe I've talked myself in circles.

Even though I dont THINK Charlie has though about all of this, it's still stands that she does have to go that big with the hotel. She has to get them out of hell as things stand now, because if there are genocides, nowhere and no one in hell is garenteed safety.

Now, in a post canon world where they get the extermination to end, I think this would actually be a good system.

Most sinners are actually in hell for a reason, and if they want to just keep indulging in that behavior, fine. Pride Ring Prison.

But leaving a voluntary out program readily available to them, where they can rehabilite themselves as much as they want-wether it be to Aesmodeos or Mannon's or Beelzebub's, or even Heaven itself's standards? Yeah, I think that would work really well to insintives people to change.

Possibly Unhinged Hazbin Hotel Theory Re: Carmilla Carmine

First I want to go over what we know about Carmilla:

Angelic Arms Dealer in Hell (only known Angelic Arms dealer, and according to Pentious, the best in Pentagram City)

She has daughters, which either means she adopted them which is weird for immortal sinners IMO, they are her Biological daughters, or she is actually a born in the afterlife (like Charlie, the imps, or hellhounds)

Has a disproportionate number of major roles in songs given how minor her role is - with a major role in Respectless, and Whatever it Takes, and a *SOLO* with Out for Love. She is one of 2 characters to have a non-pilot solo, with Angel Dust having a solo song in Poison.

She never states where she gets angelic steel, but is able to provide a huge amount to the hotel crew within a short notice, especially since it seems like it is custom made (with Cherries bombs, Pentious' steampunk machines, Angel's Bullets and Husks cards being shown to kill angels on screen)

She knew how to fight against an angel during her first ever encounter, and after fighting one, she was able to teach multiple weak points in angels (when her knife boots had only cut off the neck of one angel)

She recognized Vaggie as not only an angel, but an exorcist, with her reasoning being that she has an X over her eye, and has an angelic spear, claiming it was obvious. Two things that aren't actually that weird. Lots of Sinners have weird eyes (Angel, Vox Nifty and Cherri just of main characters, and there are at least 3 living background demons specifically having "X"s in or over their eyes, 2 in the pilot, and 1 in Alastor's Commercial) and she sells weapons - including angelic weapons - presumably to anyone

My theory:

Carmine is an Angel, and a relatively high ranking one maybe even another Seraph, who originally was acting as someone who would sow war in hell, selling weapons to kill other demons so that even between exterminations the population didn't get too high. However when she met and/or had her daughters (maybe with a Hellborn like a Seven sin or Ars Goetia), she gained a soft spot for Hell and didn't wish to see hell eradicated. I believe she did know that angels could be killed, and always avoided the extermination with insider knowledge.

Evidence:

Similar skin tone as Vaggie, another Angel.

Duet with Vaggie, another Angel

Trains Vaggie, another Angel

Sells Angelic Weapons

Is able to source lots of angelic weapons

Knows multiple weaknesses of Angels after a single encounter

Seems to know Heaven's intentions beyond just population control.

Her weapons even spread to parts of hell unreachable by Sinners (such as Striker in Hellava Boss having 3 different Angelic Weapons, one specifically listing Carmine by name) This is a weaker point, as hellborn can travel to the pride ring, with I.M.P even having their base there.

I have heard some ideas about how as the i.m.p family develops they will eventually give up assassination work and become bodyguards or something and while this does look good on paper in terms of what it would really mean for the story I Don't personally think that it would fit.

Point one. The i.m.p team love killing humans and up until recently it could be argued that some of their targets didn't deserve to die. Blitz said it himself back in murder family no one is perfectly innocent and so far they killed a family of cannibals, corrupt agents, a greedy old miser, a Mexican con artist, a fish monster and likely many other such scumbags so over all I'd say they are really a net gain for humanity over all.

Point 2. Even when they did kill relatively innocent people they still got away with it. You could aurge that blitz getting harrased by emberlynn was "karma" for killing an innocent but while I love emberlynn as much as everybody else does anyone really think she didn't stalk or harass anyone in life? And then there's the scores of people in spring broken and the bystanders in unhappy campers so it's not like the narrative is punishing them for killing humans.

Point number three. The biggest and most important point in my opinion. Bodyguard work would put them at the beck and call of the demons that created the systems that they were trying to break free of. Look while Bodyguard work might sound like a more positive version of i.m.ps current occupation it would ultimately go against what they set out to do in the first place. I.m.p and Viviennes work as a whole is all about shaking up people's conceptions of hell and demons as a whole and one of the biggest if not thee biggest things she's done is something that has never been seen in pop culture before. Imps that work for themselves. Can anyone here actually say that they have seen imps in any other form of media that aren't at the beck and call of some form of greater demon? As far as I have seen i.m.p is the only example of imps that work for themselves and on their own terms. Blitz byckso has single handedly (ok maybe not by himself but the idea was his) done something that hasn't been seen or done in any version of hell! Gathered a group of what is considered by demonic nobles and mortals alike, to be the lowlyest forms of demons there is imps and hounds and not only lift them out of their own personal hells but create something that challenges the very idea of what it means to be an imp!! And no striker doesn't count he's Stella's and Andy's stooge remember? Blitz sums it up nicely as "I only wanted to get out of the shitty place you all forced my into!!!" And he did and not only that but unlike his father who got his postion by exploiting those around him. He got his postion as the helluva boss himself by lifting others up and making them stronger even if he never realized it. The point I'm trying to make being is that i.m.p was founded on the dream that imps could work for themselves and doing Bodyguard work betrays that Vison because it would send them right back to serving the same people that created the system they were trying to overcome.
