shoutout to the companions of the 5th Doctor, they had more guts to destroy lifetimes of honour than anything in the world while TARDIS McGee himself was standing there the entire time and literally called himself a 'legend' right after because that title was directly for the companions and not the Doctor so the title of the 'Doctor' went to them and yes, they deserve more screen time to prove that cuz that's how they'll pull him in for 'one last fight'

I absolutely fucking love when I'm really into some piece of art/media and go looking for the cast and what else they're involved with, and the absolute pinnacle of this is when one of the cool things I find outlives my interest in the original thing

To be clear this post is about 2016 me being really really into Steven Universe (I still have the Peridot fan account on Instagram, not active of course lol) and I found out that Zach Callison (voice of Steven) has an absolutely amazing punk/alt/rock album that I listened to on repeat for years.

And, even more long-lasting than that but far more niche, Tom Scharpling (voice of Greg) has a long-running comedy/music podcast/radio show that is absolutely amazing. Seriously, look up Scharpling and Wurster on any music streaming platform and there's a ton of really funny comedy bits that they did in the early 2000s. If you like that, it's still active so look up The Best Show on your podcast app and enjoy! I really didn't expect my love of this silly radio show to outlast my love of SU but here we are
