The premise of the new Gwenpool book is that Gwen Poole and Spider-Man are hunting down an Evil Gwenpool who is, in fact, the original Gwen Stacy.

Who now has the Barakapool blades from X-Men Origins Wolverine.

So the answer to "Who dug up Gwen Stacy?" is apparently Weapon X.

This is the most unhinged thing I have seen in my life and I am in absolute love with it.

Not hearing enough noise about how we’re getting a Spider-Man and Gwenpool team up??? Let me say that again: PETER PARKER AND GWENDOLYN POOLE HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER! I don’t think it registered the first time I read the article and then it did and now im exited. Crossing my fingers that the banter is good, wondering who will get annoyed by who faster?
