Tuscan chicken recipe. This is what I did for my new video where I try to explain the keto diet with recipes. You can do this recipes with way less calories, just use low fat cream and low fat parmesan and you are fine ☺️ Don't forget to check out my YouTube Channel, link is in my bio. The whole recipe has between 300 and 750 calories depending on what chicken, cream and cheese you use. For the recipe You need: - chicken thighs or breasts - 1 onion - 1 garlic clove - 100g cream - 50g spinach - 50g tomatoe Fry the chicken until then brown. Remove it from the pan and add all the veggies and fry them for 2-3 minutes. Now add the cream and the parmesan and let it cool for 1 min. Add the chicken and let it Sommer again for 3-4 minutes. Another vegan high protein meal. This time it's pasta with a tempeh sauce. I didn't know that tempeh has so much protein and taste actually amazing. Add vegetable stock and bbq sauce and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Cook some pasta and it's ready. I made 100g lentilpasta and the whole recipe had roughly 550 calories and 45g Protein 😊. Today I did some vegan high protein meals. This was my breakfast. Toast with avocado and roasted chickpeas with oriental spices. Ingredients for the chickpeas are: -150g precooked chickpeas -1 onion -50g tomatoes -1 clove of garlic -1/2 lime -salt, pepper, curry powder Fry everything in a pan. As soon as the chickpeas start to become golden, add the spices and add the lime on top. Additional: -1/2 avocado 4 slices of bread Now toast the bread slices. Chicken curry with jasmine rice and paprika. What a nice balanced meal. Just be careful with the high amount of calories in the coconut milk 😉 Don't forget to check out my YouTube channel (link in my bio). For this chicken recipe you can do everything in one pot. You need this ingredients: - Chicken breast - jasmine rice - 1 paprika - 250g coconut milk - 1 onion - 1 garlic clove - juice of 1/2 lime - 1 tsp curry paste (I used green) Fry the chicken in a pan for 2 minutes. Add veggies and fry another 2-3 minutes. Now at the curry, lime and cooked rice. Styr everything and add the coconut milk. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Done :) Perfect comfort food and also full of protein ☺️. This is very easy to make. You only need: - 250g chicken breast - 100g panco breadcrumb - 2 eggs - 50g flour - hot sauce - salt, pepper, chili Mix the seasoning with the breadcrumbs and the hot sauce with the eggs. Now dunk the chicken into the flour, the eggs and than into the panco. Bake everything for 20 min at 180°C(360°F) convection mode. You could also use the air fryer. Low calorie protein cheesecake with bananas. Pls try this cheesecake version. It is super macrofriendly and tastes amazing. It's the standard protein cheesecake recipe with a little twist 😊 Ingredients: - 350g fat free cream cheese - 350g fat free greek yogurt/skyr - 60g protein powder - 2 eggs - 15g banana pudding powder - 1 banana Slice the banana in small strips and put them on the bottom of the baking pan. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you have a creamy consistency. Put everything in the pan on top of the bananas. Bake the cake for 30 min on 160°C(320°F) and then 45 min on 100°C(212°F). Let the cake cool down and put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Enjoy it with berries, whipped cream and pb2 on top 😍.
