I think Jamie should be inspired by Uncle’s Day to come up with a holiday to appreciate Simon. Like, he’s not fucking connecting Father’s Day to Simon with a fucking gun to his head - one dad is stressful enough, he’s not adding an optional bonus dad to the mix - but he can totally make up a holiday or find some excuse to connect Simon to an existing holiday on which he now does stuff faintly reminiscent of how he might celebrate Father’s Day if his dad didn’t suck.
