Five Pebbles, sluggified. He is not officially out and in R&A AU yet, but I wanted to design him for funs jsa;dkfajs;dflkajsf;lk

He's got some electric abilities that allow him to make a couple objects orbit him, allow him to let out bursts or small bolts of electricity, or allow him to reach for objects from further away, or pull himself to things.

He also still has his favorite pearl, and he carefully cut off the cloth from his doll to make a new cloak that'd fit him!

And despite what it might seem like, the Rot Bumps and such are more like... Scars, they're not doing anything to him anymore.

I have to stop myself rambling there, ajsdfl;kajsfd, people probably don't wanna hear that...
