also while im on it i dont care how magic a character is not everyone needs to have colored eyes. its like. fine to give people dark brown/ black eyes even if theyre "magical" or some shit.

random but i love the secondary eye mutations some of the characters have it's such a fun little thing. well all secondary mutations are cool but eyes in particular are such small details it's fun to see who has them

Most specifically thinking about magnets again - there’s the obvious of putting it in their hands so they can hold hands!

Of course if they’re on the same side i.e. right hand gets south polarity, left gets north, they’d only be able to hold opposite hands, so no handshakes (but I think that’s fine personally haha)

But on top of hands they could also have magnets behind their mouth! Kiss-magnets! My only real concern is the fabric pulling and developing kiss-wrinkles from being pressed against each other haha

They’d also be able to giggle with their palms to their mouths hehe, how cute! It’d depend on their kiss polarity

Which would of course depend on ship compatibility! Max has to be able to kiss Dex and Caleb, so if that makes it that Caleb and Dex can’t kiss, I mean that’s just an unfortunate side effect haha

Is there an actual reason why Chris's eyes change colour? They started off blue, then hazel/brown then back to blue again, his eyes are clearly brown Death Island which is set before RE8 but in RE8 his eyes are blue.

Why is it so difficult to be consistent with his eye colour?

hiii everyone i finished my newest oc batch :) the dragon tree guild members. Their guild puts a special emphasis on nature, plants and animals and all that. their guildhall is also built inside a huge tree in the forest (the dragon tree!) which has earned them the explanatory title of “the greenwood guild.” but for more info about each character itll be under the cut as usual!

Name: Uranus

Name Origin: The planet whose name means “sky”

Pronouns: She/her

Ethos (Power): Daze. Creation of a dark fog that robs those within it of their senses

Flaw power is based on: Her dark and arcane persona, though as she’s aged it’s faded which has allowed her power to evolve in a way that allows her allies to retain their senses in the fog.

Notes: Ongoing beef with guildmaster Venus for that one time she said “I’m not too old to be a guildmaster if Uranus is still at it” old lady fights ensue

Name Origin: A moon of Saturn, the name means “Flowery” or “Blooming”

Pronouns: She/her

Name Origin: The star that makes the “stinger“ of the Scorpio constellation, it’s name means “bite of a poisonous animal”

Ethos (Power): Venom. The poison itself is similar to that of a belladonna flower.

Flaw power is based on: Her mischievous streak which can sometimes become ill-natured

Notes: She could bite to transfer her poison but the knives make it easier and less awkward.

Name Origin: The southern cross constellation

Pronouns: He/him

Age: 25

Ethos (Power): Austere. The ability to turn his body into stone.

Name Origin: A former constellation, the limpet, a type of sea snail.

Ethos (Power): Lag. She can make things around her move in what seems like slow-motion.

Name Origin: The brightest star in Cetus, it’s name means frog (Or second frog more accurately)

Flaw power is based on: Their extreme hyperness and impulsiveness

Frequently described as “unusual”, the name Hivallion is of the ancient and long-extinct Falathrin dialect of Sindarin. Thankfully Hivallion himself remains to recall that the Falathrin word hiválew once described an impressively-sized (and now similarly extirpated) seabird—similar in appearance and manner to our Wandering Albatross, the hiválew has not been seen anywhere in Middle-earth since the destruction of Beleriand. His first name combines this word with the common male suffix “iôn”; notably, he inherited the avian portion of his name from his mother (Hivalleth).

With so few Falathrim left in Middle-earth now, Hivallion is always glad to explain the meaning of his name to anyone who asks, as he feels it is a “precious scrap of proof” that such a creature once existed in the world.

If Hivallion has a second name or a Mother-name, it is not known to most others (if anyone else at all).

His best known after-name "Pellithorn" is also Falathrin and roughly translates to "Fading Secret", which is likely an oblique reference to his trade as a master of lore.

hu tao, also gold accents, mahogany wood, smoky things, spider lilies unfurling in the dark. but it would be cool to edit her art so it’s more high contrast (darker outfit and hair) with stark black plum branches against winter snow 

chongyun, white, clouds, wisps of chill wind. fluffy things and a big fur coat

majority red palette ningguang would also be cool

and of course, zhongli with gold orange. old man can’t beat the geo lord cor lapis soulmates (ambiguous relationship) with azhdaha allegations
