Joker has the biggest fan base, obviously. For true crime serial murder reasons. The same goes for Crane Professor Pyg and Victor Zsasz. You can't throw a virtual rock without hitting a profile with a pfp that's just a mugshot with a flowercorwn edited on. Eddie is way down in popularity. His carnival antics and word puzzles do not have the same mass appeal as stabbing random people to death. He is upset by this, but he also hates his so-called fans. Half of them reddit guys who do cosplays in cheap polyester suits, and the other half all have Pepe Sylvia walls about him and send him disturbing stuff in the mail.

i think poison ivy has a dedicated fanbase split down the middle between "actual environmentalists who want to tear the whole system down" and "lesbians. thinks shes hot"

Do you sell sewing patterns for the plushies??

Sorry if this has been here a while! I've been really busy with con prep 😅💦

Currently I don't sell any of my patterns. There might be some in the future but there's a lot of complexity with it emotionally when you release something to others and tbh I'm not sure if I can handle it. I've seen what other patterns sellers go through and it's really rough 💔

As much as I'd really like the more passive income from it, I think it would be too upsetting over time to see people not crediting, claiming it as their own, changing it slightly & selling it as their own pattern, sending it off to large manufacturers, etc

Even sellers who make things that become really well known- people know the art but they don't understand who made the pattern. BeeZeeArt's patterns are incredibly popular, especially their bat pattern. I can almost guarantee you've seen it around if you follow anyone tangential to plushies or plush artists. But people harass BeeZeeArt because they think they're stealing their own pattern or posting it without credit

It just feels like a no win scenario that you have to be okay with at some level and I don't know if I can be ;_;

This is probably a lot more than this anon specifically was looking for answer wise but I wanted to elaborate on it a bit for everyone here since I think it's a really complicated part of being a plush artist that a lot of folks don't realize

Physically, he's in his 30s, hard to believe with that design XD

Though a lot of people mistake him for being younger due to his height, the way he dresses, mannerisms, and even how he looks

He still has his freckles and chubby cheeks when he was a kid

When my Jervis was a kid, he would never act his age and kept being mistaken for being way younger than what he actually was. It was always a shock to people to find out his real age
