[ lol If you'd asked me a few months after I started out here I would have naively told you nobody did. But unfortunately I know better. And while I still think that Dead By Daylight is one of the more welcoming roleplay fandoms I've entered that does not mean you won't have problems. That's the nature of any large-scale community sadly.

Some people just won't like how I play Wesker.

Some people probably think I am the worst interpterion of him in fact.

There are probably some that secretly wish I would leave.

That's the risk of playing a popular character. I knew it going in and while I thought naively that I was doing a great job early on there's an inevitability about being disliked when you tackle canon. It's also an inevitable part about playing an antagonist. You kind of just have to accept that as part of your experience.]

In reference to this post and due to the fact that I just received a very hateful and disgusting submission directed at me by presumably a bot (their name was odd and didn't contain a blog of any sort), containing a screenshot of said hateful message from a url I don't know, which I reported and blocked, I'm gonna have to turn off submissions for a while for my own safety.

Thanks and genuinely don't be dicks to people you don't know and literally scare the shit out of them like this.

I mean apart from the fact trans people, intersex people and people of colour aren't harmful either and oppression isn't because a group deserved it and marginalised people don't need to be morally pure to not be discriminated against, no asexuality isn't harmless in conservatives' eyes. In an ideology where cis heterosexual marriage and sex for reproduction is seen as mandatory you having little to no sexual attraction ruins the whole set up. You can't 'be fruitful and multiply' in the way god intended. You have a nonsexuality that isn't being forced onto you by them. You're not repressing your desire in the name of god because you barely have any. You have control over your own body and you aren't supposed to do that. You're spitting in the face of conservative sexual and gender roles just by existing. Spit harder!
