ok, this has been in my mind since I last listened to this song, so I'm gonna say it

I can interpret this as in meet in the hallway, where h says "Give me some morphine" and "Give me some more, just take the pain away" like he's asking for an antidote, he's asking for love because that's the only way he gets to feel better. He's been craving it.
