- Go out and visit a friend
- Exercise

- Stretch your muscles
- Sleep or take a nap

- Go to your favorite cafe for coffee or tea
- Visit a museum or local art gallery
- Go for a drive 
- Eat your favorite candy
- Write a letter or family member 
- Write things you like about yourself on paper
- Watch a funny movie
- Visit a fun website (Make a galaxy here)
- Write a loving letter to yourself when you’re feeling good and keep it with you to read when you’re feeling upset 
- Paint your nails
- Change your hair color
- Take a bubble bath or shower
- Make a list of ten things you would like to do before you die
- Go for a walk
- Meditate 
- Cook a recipe you’ve never tried before
- Plan a trip to somewhere you’ve never been for (even if you dont know when you will ever go)
- Buy something you’ve been wanting for awhile (treat yo’self)
- Read your favorite book
- Turn on some loud music and dance
- Plant a garden
- Write a letter to someone who has made your life better (you don’t have to send it)
and remember to take care of yourself before anything else. You are strong. You are worthy. You are doing your best. Stay happy my little blossming flowers :)

So weekly story to share with you all ❤ Over the last 3 weeks I've added teacher to my list of duties, as many of you have as well, and while I thought I was handling everything it became very clear that I wasn't. After still putting in my 40 hours at work, normal household chores & errands and maneuvering 3 separate grade levels it all just came to a head on Tuesday night. I found myself locked in my bathroom crying uncontrollably for a good 5 minutes before washing off my face and resuming the night's duties. Like many of you I rarely take time to make sure that I'm doing okay and sometimes that just leads to a moment of feeling beyond overwhelmed. I can't let my kids know I'm tired because they didn't ask to be homeschooled nor is it their fault that it adds to my already overworked schedule. Point is ladies, take time to just let it out if you need to because being super mom doesn't mean you're incapable of having a moment. Listen to your body and try to find ways to lighten your load whenever possible. Aloha! 🤙 In Times of Uncertainty Times this can easily spark fear. The mind is a funny, powerful thing. How a situation is presented and viewed can shape our beliefs. This can easily trap us in a negative feedback loop, which can sometimes feel impossible to escape. When we allow our mind to get caught up in negative thinking it triggers certain hormonal chemical responses in the body. This activates the nervous system's fight / flight / freeze response which influences our whole state of being. We go into “emergency / protect mode”. From this state we tend to be more reactive and defensive. The actions we then take and the result of these actions circle back around and shape our perspective. This perspective forms how we view ourselves, others and the world. Warm Fuzzies
This post is not what you might think, its not about a relationship. Today I got to give someone advice that they just were genuinely glad to have. They were so greatful for it and it was something that I was so happy to be able to provide. Someone in one of my classes was talking to me about how she often ignores ger physical health for other things, this lead to the conversation of she has a cold and is feeling awful but might still push through for thr Intramural Volleyball game. I looked at her (someone I originally wasnt super fond of Tbh) and was like focus on the Marathon not the sprint. She kinda looked at me but I explained to her that if you just keep sprinting and sprinting eventually you wont be able to finish the marathon. Some days you can sprint but some days you have to walk, so today might need to be a walking day. Idk y'all I just felt really good about being able to give her viable advice for life and things in it. Hope Y'all are remembering that its Okay to walk sometimes.

Happy Sunday everyone🌸 Sunday’s are a great day for me to relax and think about the upcoming week and what I can do to be a better me. • One good way that I relax is by taking a nice warm bath with Epsom salts and essential oils! I love the lemongrass scent, but the lavender is great too. Lavender is one of the few scents that can help eliminate stress- which is perfect for those of you who suffer from anxiety, OCD, or any other stresses that may come your way. • I never believed in oils, until last semester when I was desperate and in need of a quick fix to help me focus or relax before bed. As my eyes awaken and my body comes to life, I lay and think to myself where do i want to be in five years. The thoughts go through my head, maybe ill be in Florida, or South Carolina. Wherever it is I know it will be warmer than Michigan. I know I want the best for myself but with the actions I take am I giving myself all that I deserve? I would like to think I am.Even though some days it feels like im back tracking. The inside of me is struggling to stay happy when the stress level is too high. Maybe i just need to get away. Maybe the thought of being in the position I'm in is pulling all my motivation right from my soul. Sleeping on a friends couch for the past 2 months hasn't helped me in any situation but has made me realize that i cannot settle. I will not give up on my dreams. As the light of day comes every morning. That needs to be enough of anything to keep my head in the right place. I am definitely trying to do things the average 21 year old would only dream about. I have been dealing with lenders and mortgage companies for the past 3 weeks trying to figure out this purchasing of a house. Its complex, a lot more complex than the average human knows. I plan to purchase this house and start my business from my garage. Were doing what i love isn't a considered a job. It's the passion that makes me want to do nothing but build things. I may not be one with a big vocabulary but i enjoy to write. This is my first small post on Feb 6 2016. Hope you enjoyed.
