akdhdksjd of course!! i just had to tag you as a thank you for being my lost/txf mutual!! also, in another brainwave, i wrote 2k words of mulder and scully being in the lost pilot today and here is a tiny snippet of them meeting in that universe, for your reading pleasure...

"We need a doctor over here!" A man's voice. "Is anybody—?"

The words are cut off by a fresh swell of engine noise, but she makes out the source in the shape of two bodies, hunched together. A man in a torn-up chambray button-down, and a woman, her hand cradled over her bulging stomach.

Ignoring the stitch in her side and the pulse of her own wound, Dana pushes herself into a run, ducking under an outstretched hunk of plane wing—leaping over detritus, scattered seats and luggage. She is more agile in this moment than she thinks she's ever been in her life. 

At the pregnant woman's side, she falls to her knees.

"Please, help, I'm—I think I'm having contractions."

Scanning the woman for injury, she asks, "How many months are you?"

"Eight," the woman gasps out in between sharp, labored breaths. "Please—oh, God."

"How far apart are the contractions?"

"I don't… I don't know, they're just—"

"Somebody help! Somebody!" There's a fresh round of screaming from not far off, and Dana's head snaps up, looking around for an origin. But a hand clamps down on hers—the woman's, slick with sweat—pulling back her attention.

"Please."

Across the protrusion of her belly, the woman's other hand is wrapped fiercely around the arm of the man beside her, nails leaving half moons in his skin.

When she looks into his face, his eyes are strangely calm behind his cracked glasses. Green, her mind distantly registers, flickering with vague recognition. "Stay with her," she orders. "Keep her breathing normally."

He nods once, jaw tensing. "Where are you going?"

"Somebody help, my leg—my leg is—" The cry unfolds into a keen of agony that makes the blood drain from her face.

"To help," she replies grimly, pushing up to her feet. It takes more effort than it should, the blood rush making her wobble on the too-giving sand. "You're going to be fine," she tells the woman calmly. "This man—"

"Mulder."

She doesn't have time to contemplate the strangeness of the name. She's already backing away as she says, "Mulder. He's going to stay with you, okay? Just keep breathing." And with that final command, she takes off across the beach.

Love that the dwampyverse has a binary scale of how supportive an older sibling in hiding sibling shenanigans. On one hand you have Kevin Grant Gomez, who goes out of his way to help hide Gretel's superhero adventures. And on the other hand you have Candace Flynn Fletcher, who goes out of HER way to BUST her brothers for their invention adventures.

And then you have Sarah "Eh, whatever shit happens to my little brother is clearly none of my business" Murphy, stuck very firmly in the middle. If they didnt each live on three different points of the Tri-State Area across town, I genuinely believe they would be the best of friends.

Vivid BAD Puella Magi

Kohane - a newbie Puella Magi who wished to become someone who could stand beside An as a partner. Though still somewhat timid, she is a surprising force to be reckoned with when fought against in battle. Strangely enough, she has never been scared of witches. Her magic allows her to entrance familiars so that they follow her commands, which she can also do to a lesser extent with animals. Her weapon is a hammer.

Oriana, the muse witch with a meek nature. Having lost her once dear partner, this witch has shrunk into herself until she cannot be found. Now the size of a hamster, she spends her time trying to become strong enough to stand beside her friend again, training against unsuspecting humans who wander into her barrier. If only she could remember who the friend was… To defeat this witch, demonstrate the strength of your partnership with your best friend.

An - a somewhat lonely Puella Magi who has found new life with her partnership with Kohane. Long ago, she wished to always remember the legendary event known as RAD WEEKEND; the event that moved her so much continues to ignite her passion to this day. Due to her wish, her magic allows her to draw out and replay people’s memories, as though standing in the moment once again. She fights with a whip.

Étoile, the chanteuse witch with a reliant nature. Once filled with passion, this witch now spends her days singing eulogies, as if attending a funeral, though whose funeral it is, she cannot say. Though her familiars try to sing with her, she finds them dull and uninspiring, longing for someone who could match her in potential. If one is deemed insufficient, they are quickly eliminated. To defeat this witch, appreciate what you have while you have it.

Akito - a Puella Magi who fights with his best friend. Inspired by the event that he witnessed long ago, he wished for the skills to eventually surpass RAD WEEKEND. Though he is still somewhat insecure with the results of this wish, he continues to pursue his goal with dogged determination alongside his partner. His magic allows him to transform sound into a fiery blaze, and his weapon, oddly, appears to be fireworks.

Elio, the hellhound witch with a tenacious nature. Prone to literally burning himself out, this witch relies on his familiars to reignite himself. Though his goal has been proven impossible, he will continue to chase it until he is satisfied. He never is. He also prone to lashing out as his own familiars, being more likely to attack them than strangers - perhaps he is aware that said familiars may be stronger than him. To defeat this witch, freeze him in place so that he cannot move forward.

Toya - a somewhat stoic Puella Magi who has a strong partnership with Akito. His wish was for his parents would leave him alone, so that he could pursue his own passion of street music. While satisfied with his wish, he questions if it was worth making in the first place, and if it reflects his passion or self at all. Still, he deeply appreciates the time he spends fighting beside Akito. His magic allows him to evade detection, and his weapon is a laser gun.

Dimas, the virtuoso witch with a reserved nature. This witch has no familiars - he has chased them all away, yet the memories just barely linger. Alone in his frozen barrier with an eternal blizzard, he practises music that no longer resonates within him. To defeat this witch, bring along a blazing inferno to ignite him.
