...das einzige, was mich an diesem Artikel überrascht, ist der niedrige "ermittelte" Wert bei Homophobie und Rassismus. Würde gerne mehr über die genau Methode der Studie wissen, weil ganz ehrlich, meiner Erfahrung nach gibt es einen nicht geringen Anteil an Polizist:innen, die definitiv rechts/rassistisch/homophob/etc sind, aber entweder a) sich selbst nicht so wahrnehmen weil sie im Vergleich zu ihren Kolleg:innen immer noch gemäßigt sind oder b) sehr gut wissen, dass sie es sich nicht anmerken lassen dürfen.

So oder so. Mit mehr Schulungen und Lehrgängen ändert man da absolut überhaupt nichts, weil ein Großteil des Problems angelegt ist in dem generellen "Image" der Polizei und den Persönlichkeitstypen, die davon angezogen werden und entsprechend in den Dienst eintreten.
