Eren who falls deeply in love with you at first sight.
He saw you at an outing with his friend. You were getting tea from a small cafe in town with your pretty hair in a high ponytail, a white bow sitting perfectly at the top. Your outfit consisted of a business casual look as you were getting something to drink before a job interview.
Once Eren's eyes landed on you he couldn't look away.
I have to have her he thought to himself.
"Yo, Eren?" Connie called out to him snapping his fingers in front of Eren's face.
Eren blinked a few times before tuning into whatever Connie was saying.
"My bad..I'm listening"
"Anyways I was talking about how Sasha ate my whole can of pringles in less than an hour..." Connie continues to complain about Sasha's eating habits. While Eren was only half listening to him, you were grabbing your tea from the pick-up counter.
Before you left, you thought it was a good idea to get napkins just in case you spilled some on the table at your interview, which you hoped wouldn't happen.
Eren just so happens to be next to the table that has straws, napkins, and whatever else.
Walking towards the napkins, you grabbed a few before looking to your right to see Eren in all his glory.
His hair was effortlessly pinned back, a few stray strands escaping with carelessness. His soft pink lips glistened, hinting at a touch of vaseline, while his deep jade eyes met yours with unwavering intensity.
Too nervous to even process what's going on, you smiled politely at him and walked out of the cafe, pushing the door with your shoulder.
It didn't matter if he wasn't paying attention to poor Connie's words. If Eren learned anything from this short and small encounter it would be the difference between 'pretty' and 'beautiful'.

yeah i guess i would consider this my first piece of writing...enjoy!

Heyo, I think I made a post about this a while back but it is still haunting me, so… I’m looking for a post/fic, if anyone can find it? It was on Tumblr, a pretty long chain with multiple different people that added on to it.
From what I remember of the plot, it went like: Danny is in Gotham because his parents want to try and “fix” him. He goes to the same school as the Batkids. Tim, based off the amount of injuries that Danny has (from his parents attempts at “fixing” him), for some reason assumes Danny is a vigilante. Tim decides to try and help teach Danny the ropes, and follows Danny around giving him advice and such. Meanwhile, Danny is slowly getting more and more pissed because this random kid is a.) telling him stuff he already learned, very much the hard way, and b.) not comprehending that everyone isn’t as lucky as he is to have his support systems. This culminates with Danny punching Tim in the face (there was a punching image/gif here), and telling Tim that some people’s villains were a lot closer to home (or something along those lines). Danny gets suspended for punching Tim, and Danny’s parents blame “the evil ghost inside him”, resulting in Danny getting even more hurt. Tim feels awful, but Danny won’t go near him now. Damian takes it upon himself to befriend and help Danny, going as far as to visit Danny’s room as Robin. Danny panics because he’s ecto-contaminated and doesn’t want his parents to hurt him. I kind of forgot what happened from here but I think in one of the reblog chains, Danny gets pinned down/vivisected (?) and Damian comes in to rescue him (?).
Alright sorry I know that was a really long explanation, but it won’t leave my head, so if anyone can find it I will reward you with one (1) drawing of a shrimp or something, and also my undying gratitude. Love y’all, and hope everyone has a good day :)

the worst part of this app for me is seeing mutuals that are like fifteen years old (and even younger) talking about dating older men. it makes me so so sad cuz with some of the one i interact a lot with i feel this kind of of big sister obligation even though it's not my place. ESPECIALLY because when i was their age i was doing the exact same thing. and frankly, i still am the only difference is it's legal now. idk it just feels like im watching them go down this path but i can't say anything about it cuz i did the exact same thing and i know from experience if someone older than me tried to intervene back then i would just react out of spite because 'no one tells ME what to do i listen to lana del rey and st4rve myself!!!!! everyone else is just jealous of me'

lesson learned
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
✰ lee teaches you how to handle a weapon but you kept getting distracted
✰warnings: guns, crimes, suggestive
✰words: 2.2k
"we have the entire forest around us and live in the woods. who's even gonna catch us?"
it was just simple banter back and forth. except today it seemed a bit more unfair, mostly for you.
it sparked after you read an article about a break-in near your neighborhood.
"listen to this one," you announced the seventh reading session in the past five minutes to lee, not certain if she was genuinely immersed or lost track by the time you finished with the first story.
"a woman suffered life threatening injuries around late night hours while her husband was out of town. they stole cash and jewelry and left without a trace," you quickly passed through the story, turning head in disapproval.
"great, hope FBI has spare guns for the love of your life," you added jokingly, hoping she just might consider it an option.
with closed news tab and a slight bitter feeling left by the nearby crime, you run your eyes over to your unbothered girlfriend. post afternoon nap fashion on display. lazily done ponytail, chapped lips and one of your old hoodies.
she probably thinks she can just teleport from her office to the cabin if you're in danger only if she thinks really hard about it. so it doesn't concern her much.
and that's how it began. neither of you letting it slide easily.
how do you argue with an intelligence officer who holds the highest scores in top-secret exams out of the whole squad for years in a row? and the worst part is she wasn't even bragging, it was a walk in the park for her.
"no."
"lee, think about it-"
"-no, i won't do that. it's not safe and you might get hurt." lee led the conversation flowing with logic and as much as you wanted to exploit the girlfriend privilege and have her drop the attitude or else she can start planning her week on the couch, there are not many ways for you to win this argument.
your begging attempts didn't work for some unknown reason. you just wanted her to show you how to defend yourself, just in case you get caught up in a bad situation.
and who can be a better mentor than lee harker herself?
she bears the patience, the charm, the looks, the wit. all except one thing, she's stubborn loser that cares too much for you.
you were assured it would be no fuss because, in most cases, she lets you get away with many things and not much convincing. it usually starts with a fake, heavy sigh that tries to disguise the fact you already won her over the second you said "can we" followed by "fine, we can do that i guess".
the win-loss ratio goes heavily in your favor.
"i mean, lee, imagine this," you said, putting your phone down to be taken more seriously. "you, real deal FBI agent working overnight on top secret case and me, your average local barista home alone?"
"you're not average," lee stated convincingly, now her eyes locking with yours to further prove it.
modest chuckle left you but you can't falter. not now.
"what if something happens? the headlines being "officers cabin raided; partner had no idea how to defend herself". kind of embarrassing, right?"
she shrugged not fully convinced, again absorbed in the detective game on her phone you made her addicted to.
"not really. many people don't know how to defend themselves nowadays."
she both missed and had a point.
as you took the last sip of the coffee and softly slammed down the mug knowing it will make her look up from her phone, you said "well that settles it then."
and maybe if you add a touch of dramatic scenario, she'd get it.
"if someone hires a hitman, reason being me having super-important-intel-full girlfriend then i won't know how to defend myself and die."
which is partially your fault for wanting to know every single detail about the cases she is working on.
she frowned, putting her phone aside. disappointment clear by the look on her face at the terrible scenario you just made up.
"what? no. what? don't say that."
"it is kind of true, though." you got up carrying your mug to the kitchen. the look you shot over the shoulder made her sigh.
jackpot.
you caught lee looking around the house, chewing on her lip. hands fidgeting in the pocket of her hoodie. eyes searching for nothing in particular but her mind was.
her gaze lingered a bit longer at the fluffy, ruffled blanket near the fireplace she got from you with "FBI Agent Off Duty" sewn into it. even if it sounded incredibly corny she would take a bullet for it, quite literally.
chair screeched against the wooden floor and lee beelined towards her office without a word.
sound of drawers opening and closing slipped through the walls for a minute up until it got suspiciously quiet.
right when you were about to check if she needed helping hand, you stopped to find her figure leaning against the doorway.
jacket on and holster attached to her hip hanging loosely as she held two heavy winter jackets in each hand, presenting them to you. it was hardly that cold outside but she went that extra mile.
"which one do you want?" it's not much of a hassle choosing between her FBI jacket and yours, a bland one on discount.
your answer was fairly delayed because it took some strength to look away from all that officer look going on that often gets you going. her in strictly business outfits are reserved for the work-cramped mornings and nights, not on free days like this one.
"i-i'll take the one that wasn't on discount three years ago." it made her snicker like she saw that answer coming.
you reached to take the jacket first but she stopped you, "turn around first."
"what for?"
lee didn't care to explain why but instead turned you around swiftly by the hips and kept her hands there. her front against your back as she bent her knees slightly to adjust to your height. hair tickling you and cheek brushing against yours.
she can be sly if she wants to.
out of thin air, she pulled out another holster to wrap it around your waist. you concentrated on the way her fingers adjusted it, easy like breathing. speaking of it, lee's face was terribly close to yours. with just a little push forward you would have kissed the corner of her lips.
but you opted to tease her instead, squinting your eyes in suspicion.
"is this how you help interns too?"
that earned you a quick side glance and a pair of raised brows, sort of shocked you'd ask that. do you think she's all that immoral when away from home? does she need to prove it to you?
she turned you around again with more force, face to face with you. her bangs tickled your forehead and you swallowed nervously. looking down at her final maneuvers at strapping you in safely.
veiny hands that buckled the belt with precision, a blend of her unique feminine yet masculine perfume, the heat rising between you.
"i don't do interns."
"you don't do interns?"
lee either ignored you or didn't hear you. she raised her head but still kept gaze lowered, satisfied with her handiwork.
"here," she grabbed her thrown FBI jacket from the couch.
"so what do you do then? baristas?"
"you said you wanted me to show you how to handle a gun."
"i did. you know i'm just kidding lee." you pulled her closer by the hand while snatching the jacket with the other. high quality material hugged your body perfectly. plus points for smelling like her.
it's not often lee sees you in her clothes like this. she would be lying if she said it didn't make her feel warm inside. and whatever else love brings.
"shall we?"
✧ ✧
it resembled professional training, except you were surrounded by the comfort of your home.
and lee was far from just any typical instructor.
she was adamant about teaching you the basics and her dominant side was slipping through the cracks. you didn't mind, not one bit.
after scanning the forest carefully and picking a tree that will serve as the target, lee ordered you where to stand and what to do.
something about your girlfriend bossing you around did a toll on you.
"see where my fingers are? that's the good way to hold it," lee explained, using herself as a reliable example. she kept unnecessary long eye contact with you that made you feel small.
"did you get it?" she questioned with a steady tone.
you nodded too quickly, "yes, yes. i can do it on my own."
that was a lie.
perhaps this wasn't the best idea, and you should rather take classes with someone who doesn't have the same hands that make you see stars almost every night.
and thank god she doesn't do interns.
at first, you battled with the weight of it. lee moved quietly behind you, watching you struggle to recall the correct position. you felt her hands traveling all the way to yours and softly wrapping around them. they were warm to touch, a harsh contrast to the outside breeze and cold metal of the gun.
she guided your fingers to where they were supposed to rest. a shiver passed right through you and you knew who to blame.
"ease off on the grip for me."
you breathed out harshly, unaware you've been keeping it in this whole time. lee didn't notice, sound was muffled by the leaves rustling.
but she did everything else. your hands were trembling under her hold and you held your breath for too long. she didn't understand why. she owned endless patience, especially when it came to you.
she wasn't the most skilled when it came to comforting but at least there was a lot of effort present.
"it's okay, i'm here," her words brushed past your ear, causing you to nearly drop the gun. she can crack a decades old cold case but not comprehend the effect she has on you.
"i didn't know how to use it either but i learned eventually," lee added.
all you did was nod and she wasn't satisfied with that reaction.
"look at me," sounded more authoritative than she wanted it to be. but you didn't dare to turn your face in her direction or else you might end up kissing her. or something worse. and you knew it would come full circle to bite you back.
with inhuman manner and precision, she snatched the gun from your weak grip, simultaneously letting the other land on your cheek, making you face her.
"are you cold?"
"of course not, i got your jacket on," you stated as matter of a fact.
"what is it then?"
"what are you talking about?" you laughed maybe too wildly trying to avoid her gaze.
lee dealt with many liars and you got something similar going on.
"you're distracted," lee stated, not leaving any room for your excuses. it was a plain observation and a correct one.
what a genius. you rolled your eyes, suddenly finding a tree branch interesting to stare at, deciding you can't keep this facade up any longer.
"it's you lee. you're a distraction."
"me?" just a tad of hurt in her voice apparent. probably thinking she wasn't good enough of a teacher. if only you could swap places with her right now instead of explaining yourself.
"yes. you," your hands sneaked up to cup her face, dragging against a rough material and for a second you leaned in forward. you lured her in so effortlessly. she mirrored your movements, eager breaths meeting in the middle but you backed away. not allowing her to kiss you.
you chuckled meanly, playing with your lips she kept staring at like she was about to snap. you left the kiss hung in the air and lee was ready to chase it.
"i don't really care about the lesson right now to be honest."
"i figured," lee barely finished the sentence before she pulled you in. both lips cold and soft. it was simple yet such a complex mix of everything.
her shoulders slumped at ease right as and you deepened the kiss further. her hands gripping your sides. hunger was spilling out from both bodies and eventually someone had to bite the bullet and move it inside the house.
neither was down let go, too breathless from a brief makeout. much bigger shame for a trained officer with good endurance who got all her air knocked out by her girlfriend.
"i thought you'd take it more seriously, you know," you teased, smile spreading across your lips.
"i did. this is a reward for not shooting me," she shot back matching your grin. "and i'll have to keep that jacket under a lock."
"yeah? i recommend doing the same for guns," you flashed the stolen one in front of her eyes before making a run for the house.
lee gave you some time to enjoy your fun and find a hiding spot. preferably somewhere close to the bedroom before she's had enough of her lessons being ignored.
so you'll have to learn a few. it's weekend after all.

Hey guys!! Serious post, unfortunately
My friends and I will be attempting to seek asylum in another country in light of Trump's reelection.
I will most likely be raising money for myself and another friend, and only being able to work a part time job makes that very difficult.
I have started a GoFundMe in hopes of at least getting a little support, so if you can, please donate.
All of this money will be going to relocation.
If you can't donate, sharing is just as great, even though I know I don't have a large reach!!!

Too Much Thinking Is Bad For My Health (Part Two)
Several hours had passed, and Wars hadn't woken. If anything, he'd gotten worse. Wind and Time refused to leave his side, Wind holding one of his hands and Time constantly checking and rechecking him over. Wind's sobs had long been quieted, but his eyes were red-rimmed and still teary.
Wars' breathing had stayed painfully shallow and he'd barely moved once. Hyrule had tried his magic, hoping to ease at least some of his brother's pain, but it hadn't touched the agony. Legend had pulled him back with a tired, remorseful expression on his face.
Four was curled up against Wild, still shaking and talking to themself. Their colors refused to be quiet. Twilight had taken to pacing, while Sky just watched with fear.
"Are ya sure 's hemlock?" Twilight asked, for the upteenth time.
"Yes, Twilight. It's hemlock." Time said quietly.
"Are you-" "Hush." Legend snapped. "We're worried enough as is, we don't need you pacing and fretting and driving us up the fucking walls. Sit down."
Twilight wrung his wrists and frowned deeply, before sitting down near Sky. He seemed ready to leap up at any given second, but at least he was sitting.
There was no known antidote for hemlock. At all. Even the tiniest amounts were fatal. Potions didn't touch it, no amount of Hyrule's healing magic was able to help, and even the fairy that brought him back didn't treat it.
They could only hope he didn't die again. They only had three fairies amongst them all.
XXX
That hope was short lived, and before the end of the night, they were down to two fairies. It was Time who was up and pacing now, just as frantic as Twilight had been. Wind had been corralled to sleep near Four and Sky, held tight to try and keep him soothed.
"Are there any Fairy Fountains nearby?" Time asked Twilight, voice wavering and cracking in the middle. He was grasping at straws, trying to find some sort of way to keep his brother alive and make him better.
He refused to lose Warriors.
"Not that I can recall. But we can always go lookin'. There ain't many that I can actually think of."
"Fuck." Time whispered under his breath, crouching to run his hand over Warriors' forehead, feeling the still-climbing fever. They really shouldn't move him. He was frail enough as it were.
"Do you have a map, by any chance?" Time's voice was even quieter, now that he was closer to Warriors.
"No. Usually didn't need one, anyhow. If we weren't so far from Ordon, I'd say we take him to th' spring. But that's about a day's walk, at our normal pace, from here. It would take more time than I reckon he has."
It would. In maybe six, seven hours, Warriors had needed two fairies. He was barely hanging on. They only had two left, so maybe they had about seven hours, eight if they pushed it, to get to the spring before they were out of them. But the spring was the only chance they had.
No one in camp was really asleep. It didn't take long for Time to have them up and aware.
"Let's pack up camp. Sitting here, waiting, none of it is going to do Warriors any good. He'll only get worse. Hyrule, Wild, while camp's being broken, can you go looking for fairies? If we're going to get to Ordon in any reasonable time at all, we're going to need more than just two."
Wild and Hyrule went off into the woods, for once without the intent of play or exploring.
Time settled down near Warriors, and started packing up his brother's things. A notebook, his pens. Time folded his scarf neatly, hands trembling. How many times had he himself been wrapped in it, when he'd had one nightmare too many, or was too sick to get out of bed? No matter how bitter he was, during the war, he'd loved this scarf almost as much as the owner of it. It was a comfort, even now, as Time ran his hands over it.
Time opened Warriors' bag a little more to fit the scarf, not wanting it to get ruined. There really was no other place for it, other than someone's hands or Warriors' neck. The bag was crammed full of things, and even though there was so much, it was neat and tidy.
Time pulled out a book, hoping taking it and putting it somewhere else would make room for the scarf. He caught a glimpse of the cover.
Old and worn, this was the book that Warriors had used to teach both Wind and Time how to read and write.
Time's eyes immediately teared, and he held it with a gentle grip. Why did Wars still have this old thing? At the bottom, in Warriors' scraggly handwriting - not neat like he would for war papers - were the words "The Good Ones".
Good what, exactly? Time opened the book, seeing the simple, childish shapes and letters. He smiled, and turned to a dog-eared page.
Oh.
So this was what he meant by the good ones.
The good memories, of the war. There were pages taped over pages and scribbles and drawings. Many of them were Time's own, when he'd barely known how to hold a pencil. Some of them were Wind's, when he was older, of Wars, of Mask, of the seagulls and the flowers and the things that reminded him of family. Of home. Some of them were Warriors', of a sleeping Mask and Wind, of Proxi, of Artemis. Pages of Wind learning how to spell. Pages of Mask learning how to draw a cat that didn't look like triangles.
Time didn't realize he was crying until a tear dropped onto a lovingly laminated page. He gently wiped it, then his own eyes. He tucked the book back where it belonged, in Warriors' pack. The scarf could be held. It didn't need to get shoved in here, unorganizing things Warriors clearly had in certain places. Time got up, zipping up the pack.
Time made his way over to Wind, who was folding up his bedroll.
"Here. Can you hold onto this?" Time asked, holding out the scarf. Wind's eyes widened. "Are you sure? I- I don't-" "It won't fit in his bag, and I won't have the hands to carry it. Please."
Wind took it in shaking hands and just sort of looked at it. He hadn't lived the war yet. This version of him was still fourteen, hadn't seen everything that he and Mask could get up to. Hadn't seen Warriors two years before now, commanding an army. But he'd naturally gravitated towards Warriors. It wasn't hard to see who had won his favor first.
Wind carefully wrapped the scarf around his neck, having to do it three times more so that it didn't touch the ground. "Thank you." He said quietly.
Time had already made his way back to Warriors. It hurt to see just how thin and weak Warriors had gotten. How had Time not noticed? How did he let it get this bad?
Time carefully helped Warriors out of his bedroll, and moved him to lean against a tree. He was so out of it, he almost looked like a doll. Limp and fragile. Time packed up the bedroll quickly, then scooped Warriors up gently, like a child. Warriors' head was easily pillowed against Time's chest, and he seemed to cling to the cold, hard armor.
He held Warriors while everyone waited for Wild and Hyrule to return. It didn't take long, maybe four more minutes. Wild's face was muddy and Hyrule's hands were scraped.
"We didn't find many. They gave us a run for our rupees trying to catch them. We only got three." Hyrule's voice was slightly breathless.
Five fairies total. Maybe fifteen hours to get Wars to the spring, if his cycle of decline stayed the same. Time nodded. "You did what you could. Keep them close. Let's be off."
XXX
Warriors' cycle of decline did seem to stay consistent, even three hours later. One more fairy down. Twilight was heavily skeptical about reaching Ordon in time. Even with the brisk pace they'd set, it was hard to keep it.
There was no warning when Warriors started to seize, jolting Time out of the half-aware state he'd been in. It had been a frantic rush to get him on his side and stay near him, fairies at the ready if they were needed.
That was thirty minutes ago. Currently, they were surrounded.
Wolfos, and lots of them. Not to mention the lizalfos. Legend tossed Twilight one of his fire rods, and drew his sword. Hyrule stayed near Time, ready to heal. He'd never been a fighter. He would, if needed. But he would heal, before he fought. Time gritted his teeth.
They didn't have the time for this. Wild climbed a tree and readied his bow, and started letting ice arrows fly. Wind was fighting, Sky was fighting, Four was fighting, they were all around, getting rid of the enemies.
Time was standing there, doing nothing.
Time gently set Warriors down near Hyrule, but before he could take his hands away, Twilight put a hand on his shoulder. "Let's go. Pick him back up, we can't afford to fight here. Th' others'll stay back and fight them off. We've gotta get him to th' spring." Time looked at his boys, his brothers. He didn't want to leave them to their own devices, what if they needed him? A shiver wracked Warriors' body, making Time look down. This brother needed him more than the others did.
"Alright. Let's go." Time whispered. He scooped Warriors back up, and with Twilight at his side, they bolted from the battlefield.
XXX
One fairy. They had one more left and they were several hours away from the spring. Running for so long was making Twilight wheeze, and Time had reluctantly made them take a break. Chest heaving, Time put his head in his hands and cried. They wouldn't make it to the spring in time, he just knew it. No matter how they rushed and ran, they wouldn't make it.
Time had failed.
Worst of all, he'd failed his brother. Someone who took care of him, who loved him, who taught him that all life was to be cherished. And Time couldn't even repay him the same favor. Warriors would be dead, by the next sunrise. Time would never hear his laugh, his teases, his advice, his comforting voice ever again. Time would never be able to forgive himself.
Twilight looked down at his hands. Eight hours, that's all they needed. They only had about three. They wouldn't make it. No amount of praying to Hylia to save Warriors would help. They just wouldn't make it.
Time had himself convinced of that fact, when Twilight scooped Warriors back up. He'd given up. They'd never reach the spring in time. He kept chasing his thoughts in circles, while Twilight watched him. What were they going to do? XXX
holy shit the people who reblogged this, that messaged me, that read this, holy shit. You guys are amazing! This part two is for all you guys because WOW. I didn't think it'd be received with so much enthusiasm! But guess what? I'm gonna have to make a part three >:)
