There is a hint of spice in these Chipotle Pork Cheeseburgers from the chipotle pepper. There is melted cheddar cheese on top of the juicy pork patties, and they come with all the usual burger fixings. Excellent for a tasty and filling meal!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground pork. 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles. Mayonnaise. Ketchup.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced chipotle pepper, red onion, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Place the pork patties on the grill or pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have nice grill marks. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and let it melt. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of each bun. Add lettuce leaves, a pork patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and pickles. Place the top half of the bun on top of the assembled ingredients to complete the burgers. Serve the Chipotle Pork Cheeseburgers hot with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!

Add the sliced scallions, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to the bowl with the tuna. Mix well to combine. Shape the tuna mixture into 4 burger patties. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Grill the tuna burgers for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Tuna should be seared on the outside but still pink in the center for best results. While the burgers are grilling, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha hot sauce, honey, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make the spicy mayo. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of spicy mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a grilled tuna patty on top of the mayo-covered bun. With this simple Blackstone griddle recipe, you can make your own tasty burgers that look like the ones at In-N-Out. There is a special sauce, fresh vegetables, and perfectly grilled patties on these burgers.
Ingredients: 4 burger buns. 1 pound ground beef 80% lean. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 slices American cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish. 1 teaspoon white vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon sugar. 1/4 teaspoon mustard. 1/4 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce. 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh tomatoes. 1/4 cup thinly sliced white onion. Dill pickle slices optional. Vegetable oil for grilling.
Instructions: Get your Blackstone grill or griddle ready for high heat. Separate the ground beef into 4 equal parts and form them into thin patties. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Add the special sauce to a small bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, and mustard. After mixing well, set it aside. Just put the burger buns on the griddle and toast them until they get a little brown. Take it out and set it aside. Put the beef patties on the griddle after brushing it with vegetable oil. For medium-rare, cook for two to three minutes on each side. If you want it more done, cook for longer. Each patty should have two slices of American cheese added to it in the last minute of cooking. You can also cook them in a skillet on the stovetop over medium heat if you prefer. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden. Assemble the burgers by placing a salmon patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce leaves, sliced cucumber, and sliced avocado. Close the burgers with the top halves of the buns.
