i did a lot of randomly generated character prompts in march, and i think this mysterious boobed-up lady was one of them. the trans pride colours were accidental. but cute. i don't remember what the hell her tattoo represents.

my birthday was this month! had a powerpoint party with some of my friends where I attempted to explain my complicated feelings about sam & max, and ended up thinking about them a lot. here's some bonus doodles for the readmore-heads

i wanted to try my hand at ror2 modding by making railgunner a cute little outfit. honestly i had a lot of fun and got pretty far into it, but i just kept fucking up her rig. maybe i'll try it again someday.

when i was making this tumblr account, i was really into rain world, so i to replicate their Iterator Naming Patterns (they are also similar to how tumblr users name themselves after nouns; unlike redditors where its more likely to be a pronounceable jumble of letters and numbers)

the full name was supposed to be: Bright Green Dandelions Under Bioluminescent Trees

you're going to live alone for the first time at uni in just a few months!

how well do you think you'll handle that?

for me it went pretty poorly, because i had social anxiety going for groceries, and was too lazy to make myself food, until i was literally* starving

but you are a sibling, so that should be fine :)

I think I’ll be fine, my main concern is motivation - will I be able to eat and study without anyone coming in to my room to nag me? Eating, probably, because of hunger and a communal kitchen meaning it may even be a per day basis, like maybe Saturdays are my day to cook, so I’ll only have to scrounge for motivation one day per week, who knows. But for studying, that’ll be a lot harder, and is a lot harder to guess, because I just have to do it, and no one’s there to nag me or remind me. Right now I’m home alone playing street fighter instead of studying. To be fair, I have studied for about an hour, but still. I’m relying on my enjoying the content of the course to study, which probably isn’t a winning strategy. I genuinely will just have to get my head down - probably by doing schedules! When I think about doing schedules my main thought is that soon it’s going to be useless, but at the start of the term, that isn’t the case! So my first priority (or like after a week or two) is making a schedule, and being strict with myself. I doubt I’ll be able to survive without being strict with myself. Luckily my school’s been quite strict, but uni’s probably going to be quite hands off.

There’s also working - I have no motivation to work, whatsoever. I just don’t want a job, frankly. Even the small hour per week tutoring job can be a pain, imagine if it’s a multiple hour per week menial task job? Hell. Of course, I have no experience to tell if it would be hell, that’s all educated guesses and others’ experiences. Mum says I can use money as motivation, which I guess, but I doubt I’d be able to without seeing concrete evidence. A number going up isn’t going to do much when in a few months I’m going to get about £4000 and my whole conception of ‘lots of money’ is going to be permanently altered. So what I’m deciding to do is order the original Japanese manga of jojo’s bizzare adventure. I know it sounds silly, but you’re genuinely able to get them individually for quite cheap, and it’d be good Japanese practice too. Every hour I can think ‘alright that’s a chapter or two’ and I honestly think that would be quite motivating. I wonder how far I’d get into it! Would I be able to get up to date by the time uni ends? There are A LOT OF VOLUMES OF JOJO’S.
