i think houses want to love the people living in them and when you buy a house you don't want to live in just to rent it out on airbnb it makes the house sad. gives the house abandonment issues. you have ripped out the poor thing's soul! nobody who stays in the house will ever love it again because it's not a home to anyone anymore - it's being treated as nothing more than a thing to be used, no different than an empty shell! everyone the house ever meets will leave it behind in a few days and nobody will ever pour any Life and Heart into the place again. no bedroom walls painted a favorite color, nobody tending to a little garden in the backyard or beloved plants indoors, no familiar schedules and people coming home to where they're truly comfortable... stop! stop!! you are killing the poor thing...!!!

i specifically scheduled dropping my car off at the collision center to get fixed tomorrow morning instead of today bc i had some in-person meetings for work and i didn't want to deal with rushing to drop off my car and getting a rental car before going to them

so now idk if they're gonna open late tomorrow morning and i'll have to call and check and then deal with a rental car in winter weather which sucks bc no one here can drive normally but ESPECIALLY not in winter weather 🫠

A Momrad to Konrad post

Guess who finally met the consequences of his own actions?

That's right my lil night lord finally fucked around and found out.

He's fine he just fell out of his bassinet which was a foot drop onto the carpet but it scared him. He's now passed out on me (which he only does on dadtarion ((or the dad haunter still playing around with names)) )

But yeah night lord is fine just got spooked. He "spoke" to grandma and cheered up.

In other news my car still fucked. Have to wait to go back to work till Wednesday because we can't get a rental car before then and I because of where I work... I wouldn't be able to bring my phone with me on my commute to work, because I couldn't guarantee a phone locker, which dadtarion does not want momrad to be in an unsafe situation.

Conrad's musical tastes run the gambit within indie, and Luxor Rentals "Burn Yr Trash" is a cassette long microcosm of his tastes. Experimental, indie, noise...I could go on. I mean, the band themselves give us a roadmap on their Bandcamp page:
